Another excellent meal at a place that is totally consistent and reliable. Scrupulously clean and following all the Covid rules so you feel as safe eating here as always.

Had a curry... made by a new chef Ask for the original chef and it will be ok... too much oil just puts one off and when i had this one it was poor

Lamb paratha- tender lamb, spicy sauce fresh bread, plenty salad and sauce on the side - Deee- licious !!!

We were in Bolton depating where to eat when my son suggested this place, from the outside i was sceptical as it did not look like a sit down eating establishment but it has curtains to keep your privacy and the food is amazing yes amazing. I was not very hungry but finished my plate as it was that good..love this place!

Another fantastic party here with family. The service was excellent. Food was delicious served promptly with a smile. Very clean kitchen and restaurant. Second time large family gathering catered for with ease.

We come 20 miles away every other week. Never had a bad meal. Steak and chip on point. Tried a curry for the first time and didn't disappoint. Also ordered mix starter which was great too

Chicken and chips from here is really nice. Probably the best steak out restaurant in bolton. Lamb bhuna is also nice. Clean place and service is very good

Went there with my sister and cousins and even though it was packed we got seated straightaway. I like that it has areas where you can close it off so I could take my veil off and eat comfortably. The food was nice also, the only minus point is that there's not enough curry in ratio to the size of the Chapati. We've been there twice on the same day but different year, maybe we'll make it a tradition.

We went for a family get together on new years day. There were 20 in our party. The staff and the owner were excellent. We had children who were picky eaters. All their needs were met. Food was delicious. Everything fresh and hot. I couldn't fault it. We had a lovely evening.

I had the Keema (mince meat) karahi £6.50 served with 2 Chapattis for Free.Nobody asked how spicy (hot) I wanted this dish - so I assumed it would be medium heat. However, what arrived was way too hot and I broke out in a sweat - which only got worse the more I ate. The Keema itself was well minced and besides the spice heat, tasted good, but I had hoped for a slightly drier dish as this had a lot more moisture. The Chapatti's were very thin and flaky and fell apart easily, which i liked - however they would have been even better had they been buttered. No Salad offered or served - No water for the table. I asked a waiter for some water and nothing arrived. Mid meal and with the heat burning my mouth - I asked a different waiter for water - this time I got what I asked for. Nobody asked how the meal was or asked if i wanted any further chapatti's ??Service was lacking in general and the food although piping hot was just too spicy for me. When I went to pay at the counter after the meal - I informed the attendant about the spice level, which was too much for me. The attendant said "it was a Medium heat" - wow - I thought - if this is medium I'm soo glad I didn't get a hot one. I think the next time I'm in Bolton - I'll go somewhere else.S4L M XCov.

Ordered kebabs. They gave me Fatima deli kebabs for £27. Could have just bought Fatima deli kebabs for £6.99 directly from another shop. Complete waste of money. Will never go again

I ordered 25 sheekh kebabs for my sons party. It cost £27.50. They didn't tell me that they would be the Fatima deli frozen ones (£7.99 for 20). After collection we saw that these were not fresh but we're the Fatima deli ones. It was embarrassing. I don't want the money back but this is cheating.

Went with family.very friendly staff who appreciate their customers. Clean and tidy.did not disappoint

I would highly suggest not to go to this, the worst food you could ever have. My wife and me went to have steak. The food they served us was shocking. Lamb steak was cold and they tried mixing it with hot pieces of chicken. When I made complaint an arrogant member of staff started arguing. They kept us waiting and waiting and after 30-35 mins brought another plate which was worse than the one served before, now steak was burnt and there was smell of burnt meat from it. Well I asked for manger and the guy I spoke to you won't believe was talking to me as he was owner of Buckingham Palace .. he said either eat it or through it but this is the final that we can serve. He made us pay for 2 so called steaks and we kept the food with us as evidance as we know this will make us ill. Same night on 23rd Jun 2018, both of us had severe stomach aches and loose motions. I've made a complaint to food hygiene department but wanted people to be aware of these place who put pictures of nice food on their Google profile and trap people. Worst food ever !! Never recommend to any one !!

Really good kebab and curry place. Clean, small purdah section and really good chicken n chips/ lamb n chips sizzlers. Best to eat in looses it freshness if in taken out as chips and others get steamed soggy.

Decent food was tasty but nothing special. Nice for casual dinner/lunch with friends. Not for couples

Been here a good few times. Mix steaks and good and other food items are not bad either. Inside eating is ok too, reasonable space and can get curtained area for family.

Been going here for sometime and the food is good. However, the place has a new stand in chef one that im sure ive seen on the street and this is a mistake... by the place..

I have visted barakat on a number of occasion food is very good, cheap an very consistent. I would advise anyone coming to Bolton to visit and eat at this place

Bien preparado, perfectamente sazonada y deliciosa comida. Tuve tiras de filete con ensalada, la carne era deliciosa y las porciones eran generosas. Puede comer en la próxima vez. El lugar estaba lleno, así que es una buena señal. Este fue recomendado por un amigo y voy a hacer lo mismo. El miembro del personal que me atendió fue muy eficiente, no preguntar los platos más populares y volveré para probar el curry.

En múltiples recomendaciones, sinceramente creo que esta es la mejor comida india para llevar en Bolton.

Yo lo clasificaría más como un lugar social/cafetería/quitar. Es excelente y el ambiente es fantástico, no me malinterpretéis, pero no es un restaurante indio en el sentido más tradicional. Al entrar el personal es atento y le trae más de menús. El personal de servicio es positiva y atenta, es increíble lo que puede hacer una diferencia en su experiencia. . Si estás sentado esperando para demasiado largo o se olvidan de las bebidas. Simplemente hace que la experiencia sea menos agradable. Cada vez que he ido han sido en forma! Hacia la comida, el plato clásico de aquí sería el pollo, bistec con patatas fritas. Supongo que es una icónica de la cantidad de gente que pedirlo. He tenido en ocasiones anteriores y es una buena opción. Agradable y picante, pero asegúrese de traer su apetito, es grande! Anoche fui una ruta más saludable y nos dieron la de pollo, ensalada y pan. Wow, eso fue suculento pollo! ! ! El pollo era perfecto, la ensalada era fresco y el pan estaba caliente y fresco. La comida es también bastante bien de precio. Mis dos piezas de pollo a la parrilla, pan y una copa de vino de alrededor de £5. 50. Recomiendo encarecidamente probar este lugar si quieres comida con calidad de restaurante en un entorno informal relajado. Sigan con el buen trabajo!

Depending on the chef the food can be poor or ok. Short guy cooking os good, tall guy slim cant chef...also if you ask for certain spice level make sure u clarify a few times as otherwise you will get not what is expected. Its...

Un grupo de amigos y yo decidimos salir a este lugar basado en un amigo de una recomendación amigos. Empezamos a lamentar nuestra decisión tan pronto como entramos en el establecimiento. La decoración es algo que puedes ver en un baño 70. Si la comida no te náuseas luego los azulejos rosa sin duda.

Hubo una época en que el lugar a donde ir, pero muchos otros están cerca, que mejor y más barato. Las porciones son pequeñas y los precios son grandes.

Been a few times to the eatery, Admittingly the steak is very palatable, But, as regards to the legacy continuing ? - sadly not methinks, average food and though steak is fresh, the idea & styling is now dated :( some may argue it adds to the charm and character , but so does adding perhaps a little t.l.c to the dining area, chairs now less than comfortable and I strongly believe the pricing is somewhat inflated overall; As a final note to end with , Please raise the bar AND let My next visit be more than average & satisfactory....

The food is excellent here, like some other lesser known places in Rusholme.We had steak and chicken mix,karahi chicken, lamb chops .a burger,drinks all for £32. The food quality is unquestional.service is quick and the place is clean and tidy.well recommended.!

Love the lamb and chicken curry was well tasty tbf tastes authentic like home cooked food definitely satisfying.They do have a slight issue with consistency but hey the defo worth a try and cheap on food

20 mile journey to eat shredded steak and chips. It's nice and filling down to earth honest grub. Nice staff and clean small takeaway with seating area. Steak is better then the chicken.

This place has been running for a number of years and their sirloin steak is still unbeatable. A classic meal here consists of ordering starters preferably mixed grill which is provided in generous portions and consists of sheekh kebabs, lamb chops, boneless chicken, wings and legs. Thereafter ordering the sirloin steak with chips. Portions are generous and you get good value for your money. Not very expensive. It's on a busy main road but parking can be found on any of the side streets. Has dessert places close by. Overall a fantastic place and I will definitely be coming back here.

Went here last week after a recommendation. Was worth it! Friendly staff and great food. a bit out of the way, even if you live in Bolton, but no problem. I really highly rate it for both Kebabs and curries. Five out of five!!

Been here a few times at night.Its on the main road so parking is limited.However they serve good food at good costs. It has seating but is always busy.I'll be going again soon with my mates

Usually the place is busy and good but last few times with takeaway the food just not consistent.. Have they become comfortable..? They need to return to high standards that they had and can still have...Consistency makes a good restaurant...
