Cheap food but also quite low quality.

Scammers. Always check your food before coming here. They’ve denied taking my payment on one occasion and just now gave me 5 wings + chips when I paid for 10 wings. They are prolific scammers and will take your money and give you the wrong items. Come here at your own peril. Seems very cheap at first which is how they lure you in, then they begin to take the (p) bit by bit. Staff were good 2-3 years ago, now are a total sham.

I should have read the reviews before going to this place. There are lots about getting food poisoning and after eating this I also have stomach cramps and frequent toilet visits. When I ordered the man refused to give me any sauces with my meal and said they have no chilli sauce when I clearly saw another staff member taking the bottles to be filled up. The chips were still raw. I wish I could go back for a refund and show them their food

I had severe food poisoning after I ate some spicy wings from that shop. I been to toilet more then 50 times and my friend been admitted to the hospital.

My friends were considering moving to East London, but there was one thing and one thing only that stopped them - ROOSTERS ‘a good name in food’. We had an order with them and we received the food 40 min later than expected. Poorly packaged, soggy bags and cold food.

I have had a terrible experience with these guys, telling them one thing and receiving another. On three ocassions I made it clear to them that my burger for my child should not contain any sauce at all, as if I told them do the opposite. First time, I found out they had put sauce when I arrived home (20 min far), second time I opened the burger and found ketchup and mayonnaise in it and had to wait again for another burger. Today, after having made it clear to them that I do not want any sauce, they did the same thing. Their business is set to break people nerves. The manager said, you dont talk like that because we gave the money back. Total disgrace for this shop, I had to go in another shop to order the same meal and waste my time. Please avoid this place and save yourself time. They don’t deserve your money.

Really dirty place, guy licking fingers to open bag for fries, then handling food. Also had me waiting 30 mins serving others while my food was waiting on the side for 30 mins. Used to order here online but after coming in, never again

You get what you pay for. It's probably the cheapest wrap in town for £3. But also the worst falafel wrap I've eaten in London.

I genuinely love this place. Prices are super affordable. Fillet burgers are 10/10, crispy and tasty. Wings are 9/10. Pieces of chicken 9/10. Masala fish 10/10. Chips can be a bit soggy though. Eat in is quite small in my opinion.

I waited for ice cream 3 hrs restrestaurant then rang and said its cancelled and ai would get my 14.99 pounds back but that was near a month ago and no refund to my card yet.

The coleslaw was so smelly, smells like dead fish!!! Missed one pizza from my order, and rest of the food came so cold and in very bad condition, the worst thing was their customer service, I tried to get in touch with them they was so rude! Not recommended at all!! Waste of money

It is a fast food restaurant.There are few tables on the grass area. Very good service, friendly staff and very good price. They had sanitizer on all the tables.

As a fried chicken aficionado, I can vouch this is one of the best places in all of London for cheap good quality food. The only drawback is it could get crowded and there aren't enough places to sit. Have been visiting here for the last 4 years and haven't been disappointed even once

I came here few times for whole chicken.. the chicken is great (if u spicy lover or nandos fan.. this ia the alternative just for 7£ whole chicken chips and can of coke) cant go wrong

Quite a surprise, finding this little gem amongst a parade of fairly nondescript takeaways. While it's decor is faded and well used the food is fresh, carefully prepared, plentiful, affordable and covers everyone. Omnivores, pescetarians, vegetarians, vegans, and gluten free can be happy with th menu. I had an astonishing value for money £3.29 falafel wrap with beautifully shredded salad, pickle and dressing plus chips and a drink. Yummy. I'm going to see if they deliver. If l have to stay indoors for twelve weeks as recommended, l need to eat yummy food

Had to stop for a quick bite. Found this place has 5 rating on Hygiene Website. Great service. Low prices, but don't let that fool you, food is still great. Grilled chicken lemon and lime, and crisp well made chips, were just right. Had to ask the name of the lad serving. Sheikh, I believe it was. Pleasant, thorough and very efficient. Also knew who ordered what with a number of us waiting.

DISGUSTING ! Very unhygienic, old dry tasting food, food smelt something was gone off and out of date. If you dont want food prisioning avoid this dirty place. Careless staff to lazy to keep place hygienicly clean and food quality up to date.

Avoid. Edit: charged more than the price on the menu in the shop. Doner was disgustingly crispy and dry from being reheated many times. Staff was rude and hides behind bad english to justify it.

I hesitated a lot before i got in but in the end i had a very good whole chicken, spicy and big enough for the price. I was really surprised and for sure I'll go back because excepting the brand that chicken was much more delicious than in other expensive places. I strongly recommend.

I made a mistake on order I made and when i called them thinking they made the mistake, they didn't hesitate to send me 2 extra pizzas for free but after I realized the mistake was mine I called them and told them that I have to pay for it. They were generous and said yes but will give you £5 discount.

The food was delivered late and was cold. I had ordered two chicken fillet burger meals, both burgers were cold along with the fries. I had to reheat the fries to enjoy them. The batter on the chicken fillet was also spicy there is no mention anywhere on the menu that this would be the case. My 7 year old son did not enjoy his meal due to the fact I had to strip the burger of the spicy batter. Very very disappointed. I will not b ordering from here again! Horrible cold food, a waste of money.

I don’t understand why it would take 2hrs from when I made the order to being delivered. made the order around 21.10. at first it said 22.05 but then changed 10mins later to 22.35 which I get, sometimes happens if it’s busy. finally received my order 23.15. food was really good, just a shame it took 2hrs to arrive

Food arrived on time and was very warm. The pizza base was pleasantly fluffy and consistent. It was delivered by a friendly driver who didn't even complain about the flight of stairs.

Ok the food was 15 minutes late (on a Friday night, I guess it’s ok), and a bit soggy - but chicken very tasty & just the right amount of spicy. Both shopkeeper I spoke to & driver were very polite and helpful.

Food was 30mins later than it said it would be. Chicken fillet burger was so so spicy none of us could eat it. Will not be using them again.

Delivered 45mins late.... and the original estimate was already an alarming 1hr 10 mins so waited almost 2 hours for food. Delivery man was not apologetic and was not even sure about the payment (paid online, he then wouldnt let me shut my door as he tried to figure out if he should be getting cash). Food arrived so messy it was off putting, bag had a big puddle of sauce in it, which was a shame cause the chicken was dry and could have used it.

I ordered bQ wings but they were to spicy and on the Menu it did not indicate food being spicy as bq means not spicy at all .

So I order from this place and the delivery guy says we gave u a 1.5 litre drink and u ordered a canned so pay us next time but I checked my receipts and I ordered a 1.5 litre drink so I’m not paying anything extra next time !

The food was horrible, soggy, cold and not fresh. The sauses were spilt everywhere and items were missing. When I spoke to the restaurant the employees were rude and didn't care about the time taken to deliver the food. The delivery time was an hour anyways so waiting 1 hour and 15 mins is way to long to wait from a restaurant only 15mins away. Please please please do not order from this restaurant if you want edible food.
