Just been with my wife, found it unbelievably disgusting. The Koobidee was raw, and even the waiter admitted that was not meant to be served like that. Not a word of apology from the Manager, bill was written on a piece of paper she was just interested in getting the bill paid.

Found this restaurant across the road from the exhibition we were visiting and gave it a try, wow so glad we did. Family run and it shows, they care about the guests and the quality of the food they serve. This place is all about the flavours and its authentic Persian cuisine. Delicious.

Lovely authentic Iranian food at amazing prices for London, the shisha and tea afterwards in the garden with heated lamps meant even during the cold winter we felt like we were almost back in summer time. Well worth the visit and well done

Got coerced into going here. Not the sort of place I was eat at. Seemed quite dirty and not clean, in general. Food was bland. Felt uncomfortable eating here as everywhere just looked and seemed so not clean. Would have left, had it not been for my friend wanting to be there!

The BEST Persian food I have ever ever had! The flavour is immaculate I eat lunch here everyday, the meat is cooked to perfection and the flavour in the saffron rice is unreal! The hospitality is amazing, so so friendly and not a long waiting time for the food!

My friends and i ate here today, and when I tell you they had the best food and best customer service ever, their lamb kebab is very underrated and they tea was top tier. Felt as if I were back home.

Food was average and a bit bland. The restaurant had a powerful smell of cleaning fluids which was unappetizing. We were allowed to bring beers from next door which was nice. Staff friendly but forgot one of the items we ordered.

The fooood is soooo good, and the portion size just right. They are so friendly and such nice people! Very attentive and friendly!

Popped in around midday on a Monday, the whole place was empty. I am heavily pregnant and was desperate for a wee so politely asked if I could use their loo. They flat out said no. I can see from the below reviews others have had a similar experience. Very short sighted of the restaurant owners as they will just end up going bust. Bad business. What a shame.

I was a first time visitor, for a while ago… I ordered a Kebab kobideh £13 and asked for red wine. I was told it’s BYO (Bring Your Own!), but I could be “helped out”, so someone while eating was asked and he quickly ran out/in with a £6 bottle (Jacob’s Creek - Shiraz), which I was charged £26 for at the check out… !??! Food and wine charged on same bill (£39!!! for one person!!), so what’s the point with BYO? Is this even LEGAL, without an alcohol license…? Food and service ok, but I feel robbed/disappointed, for a bottle I could go and buy myself from literally next door’s convenient store, where their guy did the same…. Not ok!

**TERRIBLE ATTITUDE** No sympathy, cold hearted woman would not allow me to use toilet unless I was a a paying customer. What she didnt know was I had my family with me and we would have likely eaten there. I definitely did not eat there after that. People can have medical conditions and need toilet, but this ignorant woman (the owner) did not understand this. It was empty after a massive convention at the Olympia - I can see why!

All the food I had was so bland: the smoked aubergine and the Fesenjan. But big portions so good value for the price, I guess? We got boxes for takeaway. My husband had a chicken and saffron rice (which I wish mine came with rather than white basmati rice with some saffron rice sprinkled atop), with red berries sprinkled atop. He also got a side order of the yogurt and garlic sauce which was quite tasty. His verdict: nothing to write home about but good enough. I ended up getting a side order of berries as well as mine was so bland (the Fesenjan sauce was practically flavourless). My husband enjoyed the tea and baklava - it definitely doesn’t taste like the standard baklava which I enjoy more, as there’s more of a rosewater flavour. Like I said, the server was so motherly I hate leaving a mediocre review. I’ve just had much tastier Persian food elsewhere.

Highly recommend this place. We’re visiting from Los Angeles with lots of Persian restaurants. I can say without hesitation that the food here tops them all. The owners are also very personable and pleasant. A must try!!

I really enjoyed eating here this afternoon, slightly past normal lunch hours. I ordered Torshi (a bowl of mixed pickles) and a main course of lamb skewers and saffron rice, and there was a flavourful tomato and a lemon wedge. Mixed together it was a burst of flavours and a juicy meal.

This is our first time trying Persian food so not sure what to expect/how it compares. But the food was delicious so that's all that mattered to us! Came to £44 total for 2 pax. Fair price and affordable. Starter was excellent, smoked aubergine, Mirza Gasemi was the star of the meal. Roti was great and we wish we got more. Mains were filling. The skewers come with saffron rice and a grilled tomato. Could do with a little less rice and a side salad as standard but otherwise, flavours were great. Lamb was tender, juicy and well seasoned. Same for the chicken. Ghorme sabzi, lamb casserole with kidney beans. Very hearty, good portion size. Meat was tender. Persian tea was also nice. The restaurant is quite basic. OK decor but no frills. Having fancy table wear and tablecloth is not important to us, just the food quality! No breakdown of receipt upon payment. The bill was accurate but it would be nice to get a proper breakdown. Staff were friendly and the service was very quick. Overall a nice meal.

Maybe it is due to processing meat in the shop but I would use aromatic products to cover the smell.

The food was very average. We tried different dishes but they didn’t taste of much. Quite a few vegetarian options. Service was quick and good until we had to ask many times to get a breakdown of the bill which still wasn’t broken down per dish. It seems we were bothering the waiter. I won’t go back.

Wonderful food experience- we ordered a selection of starters . The aubergine hot starter was to die for! The meat (chicken and lamb) was tender, juicy and full of flavour. The Persian tea is delicious! Highly recommend !

Great lunch time meal , food was great , it’s really good and should be 5 stars really . The only thing that marks it’s down is they didn’t give free bread with meal.

The quality of the kebab was impressive. No salad 🥗 with the food except one tomato 🍅 & a slice of lemon 🍋. Maybe, we did not order any salad. However, I'm not complaining. Saffron rice 🌾 was flawless. I will return to this restaurant in the near future. But, not sure when…. Maybe in 3 years Wanted to offer 5 stars, but changed my mind and I can only give two stars ⭐️ ⭐️ due to lack of customer service staff & an awful attitude of the customer service lady. She said she was the manager, but I expect a high standard from a restaurant manager! I could not truthfully offer more than 2 stars. She should change her behaviour or else, there won’t be any customers. Customer service is the primary pillar of every business.

Lovely dishes with delicate spcies. I really loved the skewers. Be aware that most of the dishes will serve with safron rice so the portion is quite big!

Went to have some lunch after VegFest today. Had lentil soup followed by lamb kebabs served with saffron rice and a grilled tomato. Good selection of dishes and would have loved their traditional rosewater ice cream but I was too full. Next time ... definitely! BTW - recommend a big pot of their tea. Lovely and scented with cardamon.

Amazing hidden gem in Kensington. Authentic Persian food without the London's rippoff. Prices are good and portions are big. I personally recommend the Fensajan chicken and Saffron ice cream for dessert.

This place was great! Stopped in for a quick dinner after work, and was very impressed with the friendly service and the generous portions. Everyone working there was lovely and seemed to take pride in the service and the food. Would certainly recommend it.

Stopped by for a quick meal with my mom earlier today. It was our first time trying Persian cuisine and it was a wonderful experience. Rice cooked perfectly and uniquely seasoned meat served in minutes. Gladly took the leftovers home becayse I couldnt part with the taste yet. I would surely return if I visit London again. I came here and had the mince lamb , the prices Have not increase since before lock down ! The kebab with rice was £11 , most restaurants charge £16 but then these were very thin , the bread only £1.50 was not as fluffy and much smaller than usual . But then you are paying 40%less ! You pays your money and make your choice !

First visit and I thought it was pretty good, food was good and coffee was good. Food choice is good. Lots of biscuits and cakes on offer too. The place could do with spruce up but the staff are very friendly and welcoming. 👍

We tried this restaurant our first night in London and the food was fabulous. We shared an order of hummus and the dinner of 2 kebabs. We had a kebab of chicken and the other was lamb. It was served with rice and a baked tomato. The portions were so large that we could not finish everything. The service was outstanding and the owners were extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

Came to this place looking for a chill spot. Wasted around £50 to be served with expired meat that wasn’t edible. It was leaking of some green juice 🤢 Safe to say, we only got food poisoning. So it wasn’t that bad. Ohh, stop requesting for cash on payment and pay your taxes….

I had the pleasure to eat lunch with my family at the this lovely restaurant. As soon as we entered we were welcomed and the service was 10/10 and the food was so good it felt like I was eating at home. I would 100% recommend you come and dine in at this lovely restaurant.
