Mold in Naan bread. Food is not fresh. Horrible customer service, you have to pick up the plates to your table

The food was sublime, the chilli sauce was on point, and clearly made in house, as were the naans, soft and pillowy, i cant reccomend the chicken tikka shish high enough, the best ive ever eaten, will deffinately order again, and again, and...

I use this place a lot I always get the same order never have I had a problem normally it’s really nice and I’m really happy with it but when I visited last time I ordered my usual order and the chicken tasted undercooked and had a very bad stomach the next day I will NOT be going back sorry

Food is always fresh, hot and delicious. The portion sizes are also generous and the quality of the food is excellent. Delivery always within the time specified and even earlier than expected.

Food was good. Unfortunately I did find a piece of metal (2cm) in my food. I was lucky I didn’t swallow it.

my food was so nice! Everything about it was great, the salad was fresh and crisp, the meat was cooked to perfection, there was the right amount of sauce on it and it all came together perfectly to create the perfect kebab! I wish I ordered extra meat though as it was so delicious!

We had ordered food and asked for an item to not be put on, when the food arrived the specific item we asked to not be put on was there. We proceeded to call them and they just started shouting at us through the phone saying they will come and get the food then give us our refund and we can order somewhere else. I would only recommend if you want to experience terrible customer service.

the food was very dpicy with some wrong sauce. i only asked bbq whichbis sweet not hot... i can't eat it at all 😞

very disputing services and food rang to confirm my order was wrong due to dietary issues they was rude swearing at me down the phone i offered to go there myself for them to change it i spent £45 on food and they are refusing to change my order and make it correct. also it’s rammed in a small box rammed on top of each other no care what so ever.

Nice food, tender meat, soft buttery rice and quick, friendly delivery. Perhaps a little salty, but tasted good. The only thing was for 45 mins the websites said order accepted, then suddenly order dispatched and as message appeared the door bell rang! Some kind of middle message missing in the system, however still arrived in the window of time promised.

We ordered the Kebab house special mix, cucumber and yogurt and chips. The food is good. The restaurant is self-service, as in they call you to come pick the plates, they don’t bring it to the table. Staff were lovely. Prices are great too.

Well, I had no choice to taste the food as this was stuffed with different sauces. Never experienced like this before. Couldn’t you serve it in a little pot ?

The food is consistently delightful, and the delivery driver was exceptionally pleasant.

I try to give this place chance but honestly this is my last ever visit. Everyone time I’ve eaten here I have upset stomach or after have the sickness, the doner meat always seems few days old and the worst cut of meat put together. There chips must be cooked in old oil again over used from 2 or 3 days without changing. On top value for money on portions they give is awful and then add to a rude comment made today this has just put me off. Honestly i advice to stay away unless you like poor quality food and poor service then keep going there.

The kid at the front of the shop is a massive bellend - rude - no customer service, refused to give salad on a kebab unless I paid extra, wouldn't give an extra fork as I was sharing with my partner - thinks he's a gangster or something - guys in the back calling him "human" or something, wish I had got his name so I could name and shame!

Should be zero stars. Ordered on just eat amd they cancelles my order. As they dont deliver to lorry drivers parked in lorry parks. Shocking.

food was cold and naan bread was soggy/wet, had to microwave the food for a couple of minutes which made the salad and the naan bread inedible

Been going to this place for years, the Doner is excellent (gotta ask for it well done) the chilli sauce is the best around, the Tandoori chicken special Fryup is awesome and the chicken Joujeh is amazing ….. The owners are very friendly/cool and the ole boy loves his fags too 🚬 he’s old skool and he don’t touch that vape rubbish either…… Smoke ‘em if you got ‘em I say !

Have ordered every week for a the last few months and hands down this is the best takeaway in Oxford. We have ordered a huge array of items from the menu and have never been disappointed. The meat is incredibly tender and delicious and the salad is crisp and fresh. Every order that we have placed has been delivered on time or ahead of schedule if we wanted. We have never had an issue with what we have ordered and all correct as we have asked for. Will continue to order regularly as we know exactly what we are getting.
