I have been here almost 10-15 times. Not a bad experience yet. Every Tuesday buy one get one free offer. And the pizza is halal and taste good.

Very dry hard chicken wings. Poor marguerita pizza.. not warm and thin and soggy. Garlic bread soggy and cold. Not a good first experience

I ordered food online for pickup last Sunday. The website gave me 11 am as the pickup time. I was aware that the shop opens at 11 am so I gave them an additional 10 min to prepare it so arrived at the shop at 11:10 am. The employee was sitting at the front desk talking to someone on the phone. I thought maybe he is waiting for the person who prepares the pizza. To my surprise, after 5 min of waiting, he went to change his clothes and started preparing my pizza. My main problem other than his carelessness, he started preparing the pizza without washing his hands, he kept being distracted by his phone by sending messages while preparing the pizza, and never washed his hands after using his phone. It is generally advised to wash hands after using a smartphone or touching any potentially contaminated surface. Smartphones can harbour bacteria and other pathogens, and if someone touches their phone while preparing food, there is a risk of transferring these contaminants to the food they are handling. I am disappointed. The pizza was 30 min late.

The pizza's pretty good but I spent a long time waiting in the shop to collect the pizza after ordering online! Please be more generous with the vegan cheese and prompt with orders.

Would have given a zero . Pizza arrived Luke warm . Chicken wings burnt . My first experience was an absolute delight . Tonight's experience a total disaster . Sorry never again

It's ok, but not better than Domino's..

Very nice pizza (if they get your order right) but consistently up to an hour late and 90% of the time the pizza is cold. And when calling the store to ask where it is, they dont ask who you are/what your order is, they always say oh 10 minutes..to resolve this issue yesterday when I demanded a refund after yet another bad experience, 2 hours later they delivered 2 more cold pizzas and said the issue is resolved?! We sadly wont be going to them again.

I’ve been using this Caprinos shop since it opened. Always had great service collection & delivered. On time hot and tasty every time. Staff polite & friendly.

Nasty smell and takes to long. I was in there for 45 minutes just for one 12 inch pizza. (The place was not busy)

Delicious pizza, way better than Dominoes and so much cheaper. The Kit Kat muffin is to die for. 4🌟 because they don't ever read the notes when you're ordering off the website.

We have used this pizza takeaway a few times and often have not received what we ordered. The English language skills of the person who took the order was very poor but I repeated it several times. Last time we received the wrong toppings, this time it was the wrong base. The reason being they were busy. Mc Donalds is almost next door, Dominos down the road, they would be a safer bet

AWFUL EXPERIENCE - Ordered for the first time as they have recently launched their Vegan menu, waited an hour for the food to arrive. When it arrived, I noticed the VEGAN pizza had normal cheese on. I called the restaurant who were extremely rude and did not even apologise. Nothing was offered to compensate what happened and we had to wait a further 45 minutes for a redelivery. Will never order again.

Honestly very bad trust. I ordered my dinner and never arrived. After that I called again to the restaurant and nobody help me for refund my money. So, after that I went personally to the restaurant and there they didn't do nothing.

Size of the pizza is good for the price. Missed a bit more pineapple in it but in general good. Cookies could be bigger but taste is good. In general the price is fair for the amount and quality of food provided. I will order again.

One of the best pizza I had. I was bit of hurry and staff said they can make pizza ready in 10 minutes. And yes they did it. And it tastes delicious. This place doesn’t really honor it’s deals hosted on its Website and appears to make up the T&Cs. They should be clear on their pricing - especially for the NHS.

It's funny because it is just 5 mins from my place almost without traffic lights especially after 10pm. I called third time to find out that driver will be in 5 mins. Pizzas were burned on the top probably because they had to warm them up before the delivery. We ate only because we were starving like never. The worst thing they lied instead of telling us they are extremely busy and ask to be patient, or we could collect our order. Neither any discount was offered. Shame. Not going to order anymore.

Great tasting food, generous amount of toppings, and a fraction of the price of the well known pizza companies

I am living close and since they opened I was eating regularly and very good pizza..but apparently the shop is under new management and the supervisor there is super rude and on the phone and at the shop when I came to collect my pizza.. It will be the last time I will be eating there even though the pizza is good.. Management personnel should be reconsidered if they want the business to continue to be good.

Great value for money and a good covering of toppings

Used to be a great pizza establishment. However, recently prices have gone up and quality has gone down. The pizza is dry and price has gone up by £1. I was not aware of this change as they had not fully updated their menu and the menu still said old prices. Pizza went cold while arguing about the falsely advertised prices.

Used for first time last night, first the website not as good as dominoes ut easy enough to use. Food was meant to be delivered at 21.00 but was delivered at 20:40 which is so much quicker than others I use, the food was delivered hot and delivery drive was great and friendly. Food was great quality and the choice of food is so much better than dominoes and the price was very fair for what you get, I will be using these guys going forward highly recommended.

Agreed the price on the phone but different price on delivery. Won't be using again as pizza going cold whilst arguing over the price.
