Black Sheep Coffee in Oxford

Warm and cosy place, smells great, and has a chill vibe. Loved the art on the walls! I enjoyed their new Biscoff waffle—you can’t go wrong with Biscoff! The waffle was warm and had a crunchy exterior, but was chewy and gooey with Biscoff on the inside. Yum!

I have been a regular customer at the Black sheep Oxford whenever I need to study/ work with a cup of coffee. They have a variety of coffee to choose from, including new interesting drinks and a nice venue with good vibes :)

Parece atractivo desde fuera pero no te dejes engañar. Algunas personas allí (las 10 am) parecían haber estado durmiendo a la intemperie toda la noche. Acurrucado en abrigos, bostezando constantemente, 1 se tendió en un sofá en la entrada sin zapatos y sin comida o bebida frente a él. 1 pedazo de tocino graso en el rollo. Completamente diferente a la imagen de la tableta. Tabletas para pedir, así que debería haber ido a McDonalds en su lugar para un mejor tocino. Trqys demasiado pequeño, así que tuve que hacer 2 viajes arriba y abajo de escaleras. Se lo dije al miembro del personal pero no ofrecí ayuda. Tenga en cuenta que la dirección no ha respondido a ninguna revisión que lo resume. ¡No les importa! En 1 buen punto el café era agradable, caliente y un tamaño decente.

Sorry to say the hot chocolate was grim. Not worth the calories! Friendly staff but prefer for you to order from the screens.

Very tasty coffee and excellent location in the city center! A great place to meet and chat or work or study. Beautiful view of Carfax Tower and spacious ground floor and basement. Staff are all super nice and make delicious coffee :)

The only thing I didn’t like was the digital ordering which was confusing to this first-time user.

Best matcha and coffee in town! Everyone here is so lovely and friendly - Luna and Karina especially! It's my regular and I have no plans of changing that anytime soon! 10/10 for me.

Fui a tomar un café por la mañana. Seleccioné leche desnatada en la pantalla cuando pedí, ya que no me llevo bien con la leche entera, pero vi al barista verter la leche de tapa azul. Me vio mirándola y se rió con otro miembro del personal. No entiendo por qué las cafeterías encuentran esto divertido, sucede una y otra vez. ¿Por qué ofrecer diferentes tipos de leche si solo le vas a dar a todos un tipo? No volverá.

Popped in yesterday afternoon n whilst the drinks were quickly made, we’d both specifically asked for extra hot n neither of them were For the money very disappointed and will not be returning

Generalmente el café es increíble en ovejas negras, la comida es sabrosa y es un gran ambiente. El wifi es decente para estudiar. Sus elementos del menú normalmente son siempre increíbles, pero el latte de pan de jengibre y el latte de especias de calabaza sabían normal, idk si mi pedido estaba mal pero sabía como un latte normal, todavía sabía increíble, pero no lo que pagó. A pesar de esto todavía vuelvo a tomar café con leche regular, ya que son deliciosos.

This is one of my fave BSCs!!! Cozy and buzzy all at the same time. Artwork is excellent like normal, people are fab, smiley, and they whizz round and tidy up frequently (not all coffee shops bother this much!). Ultimately, thank you.

Café caliente extra tibio. Hicieron una segunda pero parecía que se había volcado de la taza, calentado y luego arrojado de nuevo. No hay rollo de papel higiénico en los baños de mujeres. ¡Sólo yuk!

Wifi doesnt work.. waste of time

Ordering was quick and we got the matcha late but it was quite weak and not breath taking quality. The atmosphere and the space was nice so good place to relax with friends.

Incredibly disappointing Ordered 3 coffees , 2 were Luke warm the other one arrived without milk but I was ordered as a white coffee. I asked a server where I could get milk and she said I don't know. Great! To make it worse we sat downstairs, a family had 1 cup in front of 5 of them were being really noisy and then were joined by 2 more families..we left I should have gone to an independent

Why is everything always out of stock? Plus they’re stingy with how much blueberry they put in the matcha so it tastes bland. London chains are much better.

Drink came quickly, was fairly busy when I arrived so very surprising, it was nice and the environment was very pretty great for people watching

This cafe was recommended to us and we can recommend it. Great location and view outside. Employees are nice and relaxed. Order at the counter or machine. Prices are reasonable. We enjoyed the food; Waffles, croissant, yogurt and baguettes. Coffee and cappuccino were great. Hot cocoa for the children took some getting used to, not recommended. Ambiance is great. Modern and hip. Lots of young people with laptops - free WiFi. We plan to come back tomorrow to try out other baguettes and the special Macha drinks (in the fall).

Coffee and matcha waffle are delicious, customer service is excellent but toilets are dirty, flush is broken and the music is too loud.

Best flat white I’ve had in Oxford! Tom was amazing, highly recommended visiting if you are in town.

Best coffee in oxford bar none! Staff are always super friendly no matter the time of the day. Also love the donate your coffee option especially as the months get colder.

A good place for a longer rest. Possibility to charge your phone or laptop. A large selection of matcha drinks and, of course, coffees. Possibility to choose the type of coffee. Arabica or Rubusta. You can also eat waffles. Orders are placed at the screen.

Busy to get to order, as no real queuing system and people push in to use the electronic order points, Apart from that was nice food and coffee

Good day everyone my name is Sean van steenpaal and I uselly eat out every vryday eather by myself or with Some friend or familly and I must say the black sheep coffee is one of of if not the BEST Place were you can enjoy yourself. If its with Food, Drinks, enjoying time with friends familly or others you Will always enjoy yourself in this establishment. The servers did a great job of starting conversations and bringing my food and or drinks fast. I could Tell they loved there job withs makes the black sheep coffee Even beter than perfection. Furthermore I got to talk to the most beatiful and amazing employee in whole of England abi longname. We had such good conversations Every time I go to the black sheep coffee and makes me enjoy it even more. Honestly I think she needs a promotion🤷‍♂️. Furthermore the Food mixed with the drinks is nirvanna even if i say so. I absolutly love it every time from the drinks and food to the people who work and come there deffenitly a recomender for anyone that enjoys a good time with friends.

Wow. Yes that’s right wow. If you want a coffee with some real taste then this is the cafe for you. Hopefully you get served by the delightful Toby who happens to share the same name as me :)

An amazing cafe situated on the corner just coming out Westgate. Absoloutely amazing atmosphere, filled with positive emotions that are almost tangible. The service was so great - all the servers were friendly and they clearly all enjoyed working here and with each other, only helping add to the wonderful atmosphere. The food was brilliant, perfect temperature latte where I was able to drink it almost straight away, but remained hot for near on 20 minutes - magic I tell you! What's more it's not too quite, and not to loud inside so I was able to read a book to a gentle hubbub of chatter, yet did not feel stifled by silence. It was incredibly refreshing to have service so quickly after I ordered, and even with a particularly difficult order I still received it in good time and what I ordered was exactly what I was served. Definitely deserving of 5* from me!

I have gone to the store on oxford high street and was delighted by the busy but somehow also quiet atmosphere. Originally I had gone their simply to meet a friend but sadly they cancelled but I had brought my book and found myself reading for hours at one of the tables. The book I was reading wasn't very good but the atmosphere and the friendly staff had me enthralled. Their was a moment where I had forgotten to ask for milk in my tea but one of the very lovely waiting staff Abi, saw this and the dismay on my face a brought me a lovely little jug of milk. Besides that I was served in record time by using the self service tablets at the door which went to a TV screen I could see over the counter which meant I did not have to remain very diligent to ensure I picked up my order although I did not have to wait long!

Lovely little coffee shop right outside my bus stop, which gives so much convenience right in the centre of Oxford, and to add to it, the waffles are amazing and definitely the best I've ever experienced.

10minute wait for a coffee is ridiculous. Cakes and pastries stored on fly infested trolley next to a dustpan and brush. Disgusting! Floors, chairs and tables covered in crumbs. Never again . Worst £8.50 spent !

Efficient coffee shop. Good value for money. Plenty of searing.
