Best coffee in oxford bar none! Staff are always super friendly no matter the time of the day. Also love the donate your coffee option especially as the months get colder.

Busy to get to order, as no real queuing system and people push in to use the electronic order points, Apart from that was nice food and coffee

A good place for a longer rest. Possibility to charge your phone or laptop. A large selection of matcha drinks and, of course, coffees. Possibility to choose the type of coffee. Arabica or Rubusta. You can also eat waffles. Orders are placed at the screen.

Good day everyone my name is Sean van steenpaal and I uselly eat out every vryday eather by myself or with Some friend or familly and I must say the black sheep coffee is one of of if not the BEST Place were you can enjoy yourself. If its with Food, Drinks, enjoying time with friends familly or others you Will always enjoy yourself in this establishment. The servers did a great job of starting conversations and bringing my food and or drinks fast. I could Tell they loved there job withs makes the black sheep coffee Even beter than perfection. Furthermore I got to talk to the most beatiful and amazing employee in whole of England abi longname. We had such good conversations Every time I go to the black sheep coffee and makes me enjoy it even more. Honestly I think she needs a promotion🤷‍♂️. Furthermore the Food mixed with the drinks is nirvanna even if i say so. I absolutly love it every time from the drinks and food to the people who work and come there deffenitly a recomender for anyone that enjoys a good time with friends.

Lovely little coffee shop right outside my bus stop, which gives so much convenience right in the centre of Oxford, and to add to it, the waffles are amazing and definitely the best I've ever experienced.

I have gone to the store on oxford high street and was delighted by the busy but somehow also quiet atmosphere. Originally I had gone their simply to meet a friend but sadly they cancelled but I had brought my book and found myself reading for hours at one of the tables. The book I was reading wasn't very good but the atmosphere and the friendly staff had me enthralled. Their was a moment where I had forgotten to ask for milk in my tea but one of the very lovely waiting staff Abi, saw this and the dismay on my face a brought me a lovely little jug of milk. Besides that I was served in record time by using the self service tablets at the door which went to a TV screen I could see over the counter which meant I did not have to remain very diligent to ensure I picked up my order although I did not have to wait long!

An amazing cafe situated on the corner just coming out Westgate. Absoloutely amazing atmosphere, filled with positive emotions that are almost tangible. The service was so great - all the servers were friendly and they clearly all enjoyed working here and with each other, only helping add to the wonderful atmosphere. The food was brilliant, perfect temperature latte where I was able to drink it almost straight away, but remained hot for near on 20 minutes - magic I tell you! What's more it's not too quite, and not to loud inside so I was able to read a book to a gentle hubbub of chatter, yet did not feel stifled by silence. It was incredibly refreshing to have service so quickly after I ordered, and even with a particularly difficult order I still received it in good time and what I ordered was exactly what I was served. Definitely deserving of 5* from me!

10minute wait for a coffee is ridiculous. Cakes and pastries stored on fly infested trolley next to a dustpan and brush. Disgusting! Floors, chairs and tables covered in crumbs. Never again . Worst £8.50 spent !

Great coffee. A bit pricey but the atmosphere and location is great. Nice place to stop and get some work done. Likewise a nice place to meet friends or family for a light bite and hot drink. They have some interesting matcha drinks and food items. Their waffles look great but as I'm vegan I couldn't try them. They have some nice variations to their coffee offering - like CBD infused or Lions Mane. The staff are friendly and helpful. The place is popular. I really enjoy taking a little time out at the cafe every so often, over an Americano.

Central coffee, good variety and excellent service

The worst salmon bagel I have ever had; the bread was soggy and cold, and the cream cheese was like margarine. All nearly thrown at me by staff that didn't even look me in the eye. If you wouldn't mind these shortcomings, you may enjoy the large windows, if the only available seats are not in the basement.

Why No WiFi? There is better food, coffee and fast WiFi opposite at Fernando's Brazilian Cafe. Don't understand why BSC can't fix their WiFi. Spoke to the staff about, they said that they informed the management about it numeros times but they don't seem interested

Central place for coffee, the selection is exhausting and fairly priced. They have lots of seating areas. No service experience as everything is virtually ordered, no customer experience as no contact with staff. The toilet quite often is filthy, and the customer's areas are abandoned. Rarely cleaned or tidied up. Like an Easter European train station café.🙄

A very cool place. You place your order on a tablet, pay with a card and they say your name when it's ready.

The coffee here is excellent quality, and the ordering process is very easy and quick. I recommend their iced lattes and waffles.

I often order in advance via app because there is no signal nor Wi-Fi in the store. However, today I arrived 10 mins late due to the traffic, and somebody else had already taken my coffee (certainly I got another one…Hope internet could be improved.

Not much choice, acceptable food but nothing more, ordering on screen in an exasperating McDonald's style, no reception, in short there are better options nearby.

Coffee pretty good. Almond croissant was ok. Wifi connectivity was a big problems. Can't order online without that since our own network was very weak there. Also I would like to order some Norwegian waffles but couldn't find it in the order kiosk. Then the kiosk software crashed. Nice place but frustrating experience

Music is always too loud, no matter where you sit, especially downstairs.

First time visit order lychee iced tea taste like ICED WATER more like with extra ice cubes . Rip off !! Asked to exchange sales guy says he will charge , so asked him to add some pineapple which he did few drops of . First time visit in Oxford, not impressed by this business. :(

Appalling experience, and I'm not surprised it's right at the bottom of the pile for cafes in Oxford. It looks appealing, but you have to order through a QR code on the table, and the WiFi is unworkable - we tried on both Android and iPhone, so we had to leave with no coffee. At least we used the toilets.

Sadly I have to agree with previous reviews as our lunch here today was costly, poor quality, lukewarm. It cost £28 for 3 bagels and 2 smoothies and a small coffee. Food was poor quality - lukewarm and just not good. Smoothies were ok but coffee was barely warm. I’ve enjoyed coffees previously in BlackSheep in other places but the Oxford cafe is very poor and they should really take some heed of the negative comments being received.

Hot chocolate was nothing special.

The coffee is nothing special. No matter how dark they make it inside you can see the floors and tables were not clean. Made to use the unclean touch screens and pay with card. It felt like nobody was working there. I don't like it won't be baaaack! 🐑

If you are looking for good coffee and some interesting alternative additions to your coffee Black Sheep is worth a visit. But make sure you get a take away and spend as little time as possible inside the store. It’s dirty. And don’t use the bathrooms. If that’s what a large chain seem acceptable hygiene there are bigger issues. The bathrooms were appalling.

We tried the waffles which were fairly disappointing and overpriced. What a shame.

Ordered a Pistacho latte, really enjoyed . I like the fact that you order on a tablet and is very efficient. Still the staff was very friendly and coffee very tasty.

They have nice coffee, good atmosphere. But the table wasnt clean.

Pistachio latte was quite nice but a little sweet. Giving them a 3/5 as even though I ordered using the tablet in store and my order number and name was on their ‘preparing’ screen they still forgot my order
