Food was awful, bbq quesadilla was dry with no cheese, tasted horrible and the chicken and rice was a proper let down - will not be ordering from here again, very disappointed

Staff too busy chatting and leaving orders to pile up. I got told it will take 40 mins for a chicken wrap meal. Totally unacceptable

Services take too long on Uber I once ordered and it took so long like an hour for just two simple things and I just cancelled the order right away and they charged me my almost full payment.

I’m really dissatisfied and disappointed with the customer service. Firstly I asked for sauces which never came, called the restaurant she said she’ll find out what happened and she will call back which she never called back. When I called again a man picked up he just said sorry next time. Reallt unprofessional and made excuses while I was waiting. Also delivery time was late and quality of this pepes branch needs to be improved. Staff need to do better

Normally wonderful food. and the only place I can get my spicy itch scratched. however, tonight's order I had my normal flavoured pita, and all 3 were hard like they were stale or had been in the microwave. it kinda spoils the whole meal as I use them to eat the chicken in and they were inedible.

The food was quite tasty, the burrito was nice but I paid for extra chicken and it didn’t feel like there was any extra in there, over all it was far too expensive. What we ordered was not worth £45. Very expensive for 2 meals and the chocolate brownie tasted horrible and flowery and had to be thrown away so a waste of money to add that to the order.

Haven’t been able to leave a review for a while but today’s meal really did deserve it. The food was super fresh and full of flavour. Let’s hope that whoever is in the kitchen cooking today is there to stay.

I had a really disappointing experience . The food was honestly terrible, rubbish —everything tasted stale and didn’t seem fresh at all. On top of that, the place didn’t feel clean, and it made the whole atmosphere uncomfortable. And also the food took ages The staff seemed uninterested and unfriendly and freshie , and I could barely get anyone to help with the simplest requests. To make things worse, there was loud, India music the entire time, which was distracting and really took away from any chance of enjoying the meal. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for good food or decent service.”

Just ordered for the first time food was delivered hot and on time was actually delicious loved the extra fries thanks pepes my new take away place xx

On top of that the driver refused to get out of his car to deliver the food and my friend had to go out to collect it!

They're super busy at evenings and they mess up the order, not enough sauce on chicken n rice, the quantity of chicken not enough and chicken burnt!

Won't go back. Fries hard. Burgers not all that . Expensive too. Tried quesdilla too. Nothing special. Large fries are fukin tiny

Order regularly and one of my fave spots but recently the sauce is watered down (literally it was watery and not spicy - I order extreme so that’s saying something) and the chips had barely any perio salt (which you have to pay extra for, so I expect my 50p worth!) I think it’s under new management maybe?? and you can really tell. Quality gone downhill.

Pepes has really gone down hill

Definitely not worth that price, I upgraded to a large meal but the size is innacurate and the meal didn't even satisfy my hunger. The food came almost cold and fries tasted as if they came straight out of a freezer to fry/boil. Won't buy again.

Food quality has declined. Hygiene is at an all time low & the staff ate rude, they can't be bothered most of the time, which is sad because it used to be a decent spot along time ago.

I’ve had from every Pepe in Birmingham and my lord pepes smethick is the best one I’d ever eaten in my whole 23 years of living …. It was that beautiful I had to ring the shop and personally say thank you!!! I will be coming to this one from now on…. The driver came on time , but very rude. Told him to call earlier as I was on seventh floor , in order to get downstairs on time. He calls when he’s already downstairs, and kept calling . Got there told him thank you and he kept quite and left

We order from this establishment every week but have noticed a decline in their hygiene. We are frequently finding hair in our food. Initially, we gave them the benefit of the doubt but now it's bordering on unhygienic. Food Standards Agency if you're reading this, please pay them a visit.

my order was not correct I paid for large fries piri salt this is not what I received I also order chicken and rice box flavour hot extra chicken again it was lemon and herb flavour an didn't look like extra chicken compared to other other chicken and rice box ...... really upset as I spent over £47 also delivery didn't handle with care sauce cups broken leaving sauce all over the drinks again so upset didn't even enjoy the food as it was not what I ordered

Terrible delivery experience. Was told order will be delivered within 20 minutes. Driver took from ship and then disappeared. When asked why he was so late, shrugged his shoulders and said he had a problem. Will never order again.

She instantly tutted when I answered the door, gave me my food without my drinks so I asked where my drinks were and she walked off muttering shrugging her shoulders.
