The best restaurants serving American food in North Wales

Food is amazing, big portion and facility to take home. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Arthur our waiter was very kind and attentive! Good value for money and the manager Emily was very welcoming!

Have visited here several times and have never felt disappointed, had a meal here again at the weekend and as always the food was superb! Steak cooked perfectly as I'd asked (medium) the staff are so lovely and attentive! Highly recommend anyone to dine here 😊

What a quirky lovely hotel and restaurant. Many rooms decorated in delightfully OTT gothic style with comfy chairs and charming staff. As we were shown to our table, a pianist started to play and accompanied our meal. Back to the food, I had a crab ravioli as a starter and whole sea bass as a main. Except it wasn’t a whole sea bass. It was three sea bass fillets which were lovely but not as stated on the tin. I do love to strip a whole fish and was deprived of the pleasure. Rant out of the way, the fillets were just lovely and lots of veggies which I appreciate. Good well priced wine list topped off the evening.

We went to Hickorys for our 15th Anniversary meal. The waitress Keira was outstanding with everything. We were looked after so well. Thank you so much

We had such a great meal here we went back again 2 days later. The bar was busy both nights, dogs welcome. Friendly staff, fast service of the food. Large choice of specials. We had sweet and sour beef which came with prawn crackers, beef tagine with garlic bread. With each main we then had loads of choices of what we wanted it served with, but chips and rice was an easy choice. Food very well presented, delicious and filling. Good choice of traditional puddings. It's an informal eating venue with a pool table as well. We strongly recommend this as high quality, excellent value food.

Bit of a wait.... But well worth it. Hands down best burgers we have had. The loaded fries are amazing and generous portions.

Very disappointing experience at POST House Hotel in Llandudno. I stayed for one night and the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. The carpet in the room was dirty, and one of the radiators wasn't working. I told the receptionist, and he said he’d bring a heater but he came up saying that the heater was already in use. Later, he only offered extra quilts as a solution—definitely not good enough. For the price I paid, this level of service and comfort was unacceptable.

Food was disappointing. Waited an hour for the food. The chicken tenders were overcooked and dry and there was hardly any sauce. Overall the meal was alright but was a bit flavourless and heart deffo was not in it. Wouldn’t go again.

Lovely food, good menu choices, relaxing environment, pleasant and efficient staff. Would definitely return. If I was to raise any constructive criticisms, I would say food slightly over priced and beer choice not great. And adding 10% service charge (which is a practice in a lot of restaurants now) is sneaky and I don’t know why we as the public put up with it.

Absolutely pants. Even the kids wouldn’t eat the food. No atmosphere at all, they just stare at you. No cutlery, burgers are wack..

Never heard of it but Google insists I went there, so 0 marks.

Very large meals. Extortionate prices. Won't go again.
