SMASHED in Conwy

Ordered before 9pm and order never came! Restaurant staff lie and say its on its way! Very poor service and its a shame because food isn't that bad if it ever comes!

The burgers were excellent both chicken and smashed but the ungodly amount of flavour on the peri fries was unhandleable the box was filled with a thick layer flavourings even after taking the fries out, the fries were then an unpleasant experience to eat and were wasted . The waiting times are quite long and also quit pricey. I would not paying the price the price for the burger but the fries totally ruined the experience

Food was lovely Have tried to go again since, on one occasion we went Saturday evening at 8pm and it was closed, when it states it’s open till 9.pm, the last evening we tried to call to check they where open, as we live about 20min drive away, at 7.30, and they never pick up the phone, so went somewhere else closer to home. Our advice is maybe you should answer you phone, as we will not bother again, no matter how good your food is, I feel they are unreliable.

Omg, four words….out of this world. Our first delivery from Smashed definitely will be ordering again. Food was amazing.

When I tell you it’s the BEST burger I’ve had … wow wow wow unreal would be a understatement, the staff in there also where amazing the experience as a whole was worth 120 miles of driving 👌 I never took a pic of my food i videoed it so I can’t post how unreal it was but I think you should stop reading this and just go 💦
