Adequate. Located on the road which runs parallel to the M74/A74M between two junctions. Blessed with an adequate range of slightly-overpriced products in the restaurant and shop.

Waited 15minutes for 2 small popcorn chickens. Finally received my order got home and it only had 1 in the bag with the food. I'm not wasting my time to drive back for that. Shocking service tonight

Getting a pizza without cheese just shows how much they don’t put on it !! Absolutely pitiful amount of topping , it’s basically a base with sauce

I’ve actually been here twice this year with my family, once to sit in and once via the Drive-Thru. The building itself was massive - genuinely couldn’t believe the size of it. Access via car was, in my opinion, a bit confusing. The road markings and approach were far from simple. That aside, we had no issues with the Drive-Thru nor with the sit-down area inside and the staff were friendly enough. The food and Hot Chocolates we ordered, on both occasions, were great. Genuinely no issues - the Biscoff Doughnut in particular was top level and to be honest, will be my go-to in the future. One downfall - the price. I could probably justify paying what we did on the odd occasion but for me, they’ll surely lose regular repeat business from normal, middle-class families. On our second visit, it cost just short of £20 for my son and I to have a hot drink and Doughnut each, so not even a full meal. Taking all of the above into consideration, a respectable 4/5 rating is fair.

No es un ambiente seguro y acogedor. Si planeas ir, por favor, mantén la distancia de ciertas personas, es realmente 50 / 50 la mitad son amigables, los demás son las peores personas que podrías encontrar. También la calidad de los alimentos es decente, pero la cantidad de tiempo que tarda en llegar es impactante. También noté un montón de fumar en el edificio 90% vapeadores también algunas personas menores de edad fumando lo repetiré de nuevo (en el edificio) como ni siquiera en un área designada en la sala de la piscina principal definitivamente no llevaría a nadie menor de 18 años con usted. second time I have ordered from them but I never got a delivery i don't know if i need to blame the shop or the drivers 🤔

Collected food from here last night and the girl behind the counter was really pleasant. Told her it was my first time trying PK75 and she looked at me and said ‘I really hope you like it’ - I reassured her that I would and I did! Burgers were fab, so delicious peppercorn sauce was fantastic (just as my friend recommended to me) chips, popcorn chicken (which is actual chicken breast) and onion rings were all spot on and piping hot. Might have waited a bit longer but you can see why there was a queue. Will defo be using again.

What an unfortunate visit. Previously been happy but on this occasion we did not enjoy our meal and we felt unwell a day or two after, we will be wary about having the fish and chips in there again. The manager however did not charged us as we did complain about the soggy fish
