The best restaurants serving American food in Belfast

Had a burger and milkshake here and it was lovely! Staff were polite and it came just in time. They had groundnuts to munch on while you wait for your order. Will definitely get a milkshake the next time I visit.

So my daughters and I had wondered around Victoria square looking for somewhere to eat. Having been told we had to wait in one place and been completely ignored at the entrance of another we stumbled onto Frankie and bennys. We were seated quickly and when I explained we were under pressure for time as we were going to the opera house, the guy who was friendly and professional had our piping hot delicious food out to us super fast. The early menu was really good value for money too. We will be back thankyou.

This has to be the best Starbucks I have ever been in, from very friendly staff to a comfortable atmosphere that allows you to relax and enjoy your coffee with someone else or by yourself, would definitely recommend coming here if you’re in the area

Thought they were only in North America. Although I have come across Tim Hortons doughnuts in Eurospar stores in Ireland. This one was more on the lines of McD and BKing than I remember from trips to North America. Coffee and doughnuts were good but it’s just a bland burger store like the others. I remembered them as a bit more upmarket from trips to Canada 🇨🇦 and USA 🇺🇸

Brisket was Beautiful, great and a fast service i highly recommend. Will be eating there again 👌👌👌

Picture 1 is what I ordered. Picture 2 is what I recieved. It was supposed to be an M50 upgrade burger of some description. It was tiny, The 99p saver menu at Mc Donald's cheese burger was bigger. I looked at the Burger and actually said to the waitress, that's not the burger pictured and she replied its a double burger. I was charged £15 as I made it a meal. A rip of I'll never set foot in the place again. Compare the photos. I think they tell the story.

No mobile ordering and don’t scan your app or take your code so makes the app pointless. Staff also rude. Only went as a once off for a change but won’t be back.

We were seated quickly but it took about 20 minutes to get our order taken. We were disappointed to find our favourite burger (Dip’n’flip) had been removed from the menu. Kids meals were still as they were so we ordered Dinky Dogs, Sausages and Mac’n’Cheese with Texas Toast. Our adult burgers were bland, they lacked a spicy crunch. The fries were good. The chef was eating some sort of toast behind his station while frying a shedload of bacon. We didn’t get the Texas toast with the kids meal, and my son wanted it. We told the waitress, who said it didn’t come with toast. We showed her the menu and she said “Oh, sorry about that, did you want it to come with the toast?” We said yes, and she shrugged and walked off. We waited 15 minutes, still no toast. We asked another waitress who told the chef to make it for us. It arrived in minutes. It was bog standard toast with a garlic butter. Must have come from a loaf of Hovis or something, it was definitely not Texas toast. We felt ignored and the food wasn’t worth the money. I doubt we will be back again because the service and atmosphere is lacking.

Wouldn't be back, staff wer really slow, very ignorant and just don't care about customers, all walking about , lobby had rubbish all over it and No1 cleaned it the whole time I was there , food was ok tho, but staff very ignorant and very slow, waiting 25 mins on a meal and it was quite like 3 customers. To busy taking care of delivery drivers instead of customers in store. Wont be back in this store. Far far to slow and lobby dirty

I took my son here today as a wee treat.omg it’s so expensive £9.95 for a small baked potato with beans that’s a rip off. I know with the cost of living everywhere is so expensive but come on so got two baked potatoes one with beans one with tuna and a chicken wrap two coke £37.95 should have gone to subway at least his wrap wouldn’t be burnt definitely not for me at that price

I’ve ordered from Rocco’s via Uber Eats at least half a dozen times. While the food is a bit too pricey for my taste, it’s undeniably great and a nice treat from time to time. I don’t have any complaints about the food, but the delivery service does leave something to be desired. On at least one occasion, I’ve had food items missing (which is obviously disappointing). Most recently, I had four small boxes of food delivered with a milkshake. The delivery driver handed all of this to me, and it was a struggle to carry it that way. I ended up spilling half my milkshake trying to juggle it all. In my opinion, this was a bit careless on the restaurant’s part. My boxes of food should have been put into one paper bag for easy transport. Sometimes it’s the little things that make a big difference (for better or worse) to the customer.

The staff was rude and cheeky, the way how gave my change and the way how she respond towards to customer. When you work in a public be polite as you can be, no need to be rude if you having a bad day at work. Kfc is a busy everyday weekdays and weekends, expect the unexpected customers will come to your restaurant. We need a proper good customer service and for today wasn't a good day for me. I was disappointed and upset because the attitude of the staff. She needs to be more train and tell her how to be served a customer. We are customer are your most valuable gold in your business. Without customer your business will nothing. Be nice and be kind..

26 pounds for 2 small burgers 1 cup full of chips and 2 drinks . Food is pure rubbish brought the chips back for a refund as they were soggy and black ,burger was just about edible and the drinks from the machines are awfully .
