Eddie Rocket's in Belfast

Picture 1 is what I ordered. Picture 2 is what I recieved. It was supposed to be an M50 upgrade burger of some description. It was tiny, The 99p saver menu at Mc Donald's cheese burger was bigger. I looked at the Burger and actually said to the waitress, that's not the burger pictured and she replied its a double burger. I was charged £15 as I made it a meal. A rip of I'll never set foot in the place again. Compare the photos. I think they tell the story.

Place was very lovely, very good customer service and a good theme. food didn’t look depressed and the fries tasted amazing. However they got my offer wrong and the portion was quite small

Made a huge order for my whole staff team this afternoon - the girl who served us was extremely friendly & helpful - we only had to wait a couple of minutes for it when we arrived and the food was amazing! Shakes were incredible - I will deffo be back as well as the rest of my staff!

Tasty food but served in really Scrooge-like portions, this makes the experience poor value for money. Went in at lunchtime, so wasn’t expecting heaped plates. Tender chicken and chips, tasted great but looked like a “child’s portion “, hot dog and chips, reasonable quality but small portion again. Soft drinks served in glasses that felt like plastic beakers! Expensive for what we got. Clean and comfortable dining area, service slightly slow.

The burger is pretty filling, and its economical too. If you are pretty hungry, i suggest that you drop by

We went as a group of 15 people to eat here for the first time. The food was great but the staff here need some training in customer service, it was terrible and one in particular was extremely rude. The waitress who came to our table was obviously in a rush and became annoyed that some of our group were taking too long to make up their mind what they wanted to eat... we are paying customers! There was another waitress who brought the food to our table and she was horrible and was even standing behind the counter smirking over at us and talking about us to the other staff. I will never set foot in this place again.

I know Eddie Rockets from Dublin and it has always been a very reliable place particularly if you have children with you - this time just looking for a quick bite to eat at the tail end of lunch - place was quite but we just seemed to have to wait for everything....wait for our order to be taken (in the end I just went up to the till), wait and wait for the food to arrive, wait for the sauce...wait , wait, wait. Clearly the staff member didn't really want to be at work and was just engrossed in what the various buttons on her till did - food was ok, nothing particularly wrong (although fries were clearly overdone) , won't rush back

eddie rockets is my fav place to eat fell in love in liffey valley dublin, ate at lisburn road first night open have since eaten here upto 30 times yes 30 times food standards at lisburn road are now 1/10 if the franchise owner reads this my bill for 2 people was nearly allways £100 your loss. not toasting a £9.99 burger bun is criminal

Really unimpressed with every aspect of our visit this evening. The restaurant and bathrooms were very dirty and the quality of the food was dreadful. Service was also very slow. It seems that it’s just really gone downhill as the last time we went it was fantastic. Lot of menu items have been changed and removed. I don’t think I’d go back again.

Tonight was my first experience of Eddie Rockets on the Lisburn Road, Belfast. the chain is always good but I have to say, I have not had a better burger anywhere in Belfast. just look at the photo: it,s like one you,d see on an advert but this one is real and ready to eat! Thanks to the warm, chatty and friendly staff and especially to the chef who created this mouth watering delight, Shrirang Deo. Can,t wait to return and enjoy sitting inside.

Good food it was tasty but I had to look at the menu and compare it to my bill... They seem to just charge whatever they like! Even the 10% surcharge dosn't explain the difference, even tho this didn't apply at the time...bitter aftertaste to an otherwise decent meal.

Really overpriced deliveroo, £9 for a standard veggie burger in a cheap bun, fries and onions rings hard and undercooked. Really poor value and quality
