KFC in Belfast

The staff was rude and cheeky, the way how gave my change and the way how she respond towards to customer. When you work in a public be polite as you can be, no need to be rude if you having a bad day at work. Kfc is a busy everyday weekdays and weekends, expect the unexpected customers will come to your restaurant. We need a proper good customer service and for today wasn't a good day for me. I was disappointed and upset because the attitude of the staff. She needs to be more train and tell her how to be served a customer. We are customer are your most valuable gold in your business. Without customer your business will nothing. Be nice and be kind..

Visited at quarter to 9, I understand it was close to closing time but if you’ve run out of something have the courtesy to tell the customers that? I ordered a twister wrap meal and when I opened it there was no cabbage etc in the wrap, just the chicken and sauce. I also ordered a portion of the sweet chilli bites and they were stone cold? Not what you’re expecting when paying full price. By this time Kfc was closed so couldn’t even go back to complain. Reminds me why I don’t usually eat here

KFC Finaghy has gotta rank up there with the worst in Belfast.....from the ill mannered staff to the lack of cleanliness straight through to the lack of quality

Been here before but this is worst ever. Ordered mighty bucket for one plus coleslaw. They had no coleslaw. Pepsi was only 2/3 rd full. Two pieces chicken was one drumstick and one minute thigh. Awful. The two fillets looked dried up and not fresh. The two hot wings must have been from a sparrow and looked awful. Chips very average. Worst KFC meal I ever had. May never go back.

Normally I give the workers the benefit of the doubt but this time service was shocking in drive through. I stopped at intercom and could not get understood. Two people were absolutely stupid. I simply orderer a fillet salad box and Kansas bbq bites. Eventually I drove to hatch and they still were mixed up. Vastly overcharging me. They at last copped on I ordered a one piece fillet salad box with free drink,not a rice box. And bbq bites box. They tried to charge more than the outside menu stated. At last I paid them in total frustration. On to the meal. The bbq bites were the size of their popcorn with 4 pieces only. Disgraceful value at £1.99. The salad box I opened was covered in a disgusting dressing not shown on board and not ordered. Chicken cold,salad poor. Terrible meal and not worth the six quid plus charged. A kebab or fish would far out weigh and fill you up. Staff not usual Filipinos really stupid. Horrible experience.

I admit sometimes there can be problems but by and large it is ok. Firstly it can be much quieter than others so quicker service.I went through the drive thru this time. I ordered a two piece original meal and an ice cream with diet sprite. I drove round the tight space to the service hatch. The Filipino staff were extra friendly and asked me if I wanted something for my dog. I said maybe some chicken pop corn and they gave me a large box free. My ice cream was in a large drinks cup filled to the brim. The two pieces and chips were small and not exactly warm. I had to throw most of my ice cream away as I simply had too much. So fair play to the friendly staff and for KFC it is ok.

A nightmare encounter. The worst KFC I’ve ever visited. Me and the fellas landed into KFCs drive thru quite late in the day. It had been a busy day and all we wanted was to get our fried chicken fix, did we get this?! NO!! Firstly the intercom was broken, it seemed to only work one way and I was unable to communicate from my side. Initially the member of staff asked what our order was, after four failed attempts the staff member sighed and shouted “Listen mate! Just tell me what you want!” This was rude and hugely annoying, I beeped my horn to display my annoyance but not in an aggressive way and the intercom lad again sighed and said “Stop beeping and pull round! It’s not hard” I pulled the motor round to the window and the lad again asked for the order in an uncaring and rude tone. I asked to speak to a manager and his question was “why”. Long story short we parked up and the manager came to the car. She was hostile and defended her staff. She stated we had one minute to order or she’d call the Police! All four of us were stunned! We ordered. After 15 mins ,way too long for “fast food”, the food came. The chips were cold and stale, the chicken was burnt. As a joke I said to the manger who delivered it to us “Is it even bird!” She clearly didn’t get the joke and spun round and swore at us! She completely lost the head and we nearly called the cops. Thank goodness no kids were about! This was the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life and I urge you all to avoid!

I ordered through the drive in. I told them I wanted the bucket for one meal and free side I had on my KFC app. And unlike other Kfc's they understood. Only a taxi in front and a friendly young Filipino man served me quickly. The portion size of everything was good and the food was fine. I am going back again for sure.

I walked in 10 to 3 for the super filler deal for 3quid, comes with drink, fillet burger and chicken wings.

Somehow I find this KFC quicker and better than the others. Staff are good too. I had a 2 piece meal,chilli bites box,coleslaw,chips and diet sprite . Because I had a five pound off on the app. It cost me only about 2 pounds. Happy days. Food was good this time.

Forever getting my orders wrong, I asked for an all stars box with the wrap as plain but with cheese and mayonnaise. I got a dry wrap with no sauce and the chips were under cooked. Wont be back again not worth the waste of money

Everything was cold and staff were very unhelpful and were very rude except the cleaner.would not recommend anyone going

Chips cold and most of them black and not peeled, very bad value, horrible food,, chicken had very heavy coat of batter nearly no chicken , thick skin on chicken under batter, near made me sick , the whole thing was terrible

Arrived around 9.50pm place v quiet took over 30 mins to get a simple order of a 3 piece meal, which became 2 when it arrived reason for delay waiting on Gravy lame excuse!! no staff apology or interaction place Cold Avoid at all costs.

Pleasantly surprised here. So long since I was here. No queqe. I had my order taken immediately. I choose wrap meal which had sweetcorn and free mini chicken fillet piece. I had a free side on my Kfc phone app,and the in shop machine actually worked. I choose beans. They have quit Bbq beans now. A diet pepsi max was my included drink. The food was actually ok. They gave me it in a bag instead of sit in tray. But it was quite good,surprisingly. I recommend it.

After a great KFC experience at a different Belfast branch on Saturday we decided to try this one on Sunday and were not disappointed. Fast service and great chicken.

I met this afternoon with a dear chicken loving friend. Although it was busy we were served quite fast. We tried hard but did not manage to finish the boneless chicken bucket. Nevertheless it was a feast we enjoyed.

Poco preocupado cuando me acerqué cuando vi a la policía afuera hasta que los noté tratando de conseguir que un auto fuera movido desde una calle más arriba. El robo de tiendas y los carteristas también estaban un poco preocupados, ya que todos se escondían dentro de KFC bebiendo su toro rojo, sentados en el suelo y jurando. Empujé a mi hijo para que pasara junto a ellos y me acerqué a la víctima de la ceja 3 D barata en la caja, ya que las máquinas de autoservicio no funcionaban. Creo que me preguntaron qué quería por un contacto no "sí", fue mi culpa que ella Acababa de llenar su cosita con la pluma y estaba tratando de equilibrarla en la caja. Pedí una comida para niños para mi hijo y una comida para mí. Obviamente, pensó que era mejor, porque creo que todo lo que obtuve fue la bebida, sorprendiéndome teniendo en cuenta que la persona que preparaba las bebidas estaba demasiado ocupada gritando a todos los demás "donde de f @ * k es Marty". No sé quién es Marty, pero es mejor que deje su descanso pronto. Ahora estoy a favor de dar trabajo para los discapacitados mentales, pero no creo que sea correcto ponerlos cerca de cosas calientes como el pollo frito. Realmente podría seguir, pero la salsa y la ensalada de col que pagué pero que no obtuve me repiten.Las buenas críticas en este sitio son obviamente de la gerencia o del personal, tal vez se concentrarían en limpiar el lugar y tal vez pintarlo.NUNCA MÁS. . . .

Weer prima gegeten; kfc is vrijwel altijd goed. De nieuwe patat is lekker, wel vonden we de kip wat vet aan de buitenkant en droog van binnen

Poor service, absolutely not friendly. Not one table was clean! Toilets very dirty! Food was terrible! Chicken still raw inside, french fries have been in the oil for 10 seconds maybe?? The 'cook' was very rude to the other staff

Really pleasant staff, cope well when the restaurant gets busy and they are always cleaning up the tables. Place is spotless. Food is fantastic too and cooked freshly. Would recommend this KFC to anyone!

The place was clean, orderly, reasonably priced and conveniently located for us. Not much to say other than "it was a KFC in Belfast. Take any stateside KFC , pick it up and put in Sandy Row, Belfast

Go there during a bank holiday evening, all the other shop were closed. Usual food for this kind of shop and cheap price

Sin duda, el mejor KFC que he visitado en Irlanda del Norte. Pone la mayoría del resto de vergüenza. Servicio super rápido como cabe esperar en un restaurante de comida rápida. Piezas de pollo suculento perfectamente cocinado. Personal agradable y eficiente. Mantienen muy limpias por personal dedicado piso.

Vinimos para mi favorito 'empaquetado' comida mientras visitan el centro de la ciudad.

No es el peor en KFC, pero no el mejor. Sistema muy extraño de servir. Estaba acordonada por medio de una barra, un lado haciendo todas las bebidas. Sólo me en la cola, pero la chica tenía alineados unos 30 o más bebidas, que todos han de ir plana. Me sirvieron, entonces tuvimos que trabajar alrededor de la barrera de MI cinta. Es muy incómodo cerca escaleras. Estaba limpio, la comida estaba caliente.

Coming from the US, I've been to countless KFCs in my lifetime, from horrible to tops. This KFC comes in among the top five! Clean, airy, very friendly staff, very quick service and the food tastes like it's supposed to at KFC. Well done!

He comimos en este lugar varias veces y ha sido igualmente repugnante cada vez. El lugar es muy sucio, siempre lleno de caos y revoltosos preadolescentes causando la comida no es de calidad kfc.

Just had Hot wings meals with Pepsi. Was too hungry so it's wonderful meal for me. As usual awesome meal good stuff & peaceful weather inside. Overall awesome

So we decided on a quick lunch. Sunday 28th February. Store was dirty, dirty tables dirty floor, but we were pushed for time. The guy cleaning the tables was as interested in his job as I am watching teeth pulled. He stopped work while I was sitting at a dirty table and left. For all the standard condiments in northern Ireland vinegar is a must have. None here. Sad day. Service was slow and the store was not busy. Very disappointed.

Top service from all staff, food were hot tasty and fresh. Will defo come back here. Not much on facilities as store somehow looked old. But defo clean and nice warm dining experience.

I went to get a lunch box a about 6:30 and I started to be sick so I ran to be sick and the only thing that came up was chicken so I told the staff and all they said was well we sold it to others and they weren't sick so it most be something you ate earlier then was sick again and this time showed the staff and they just told us to go ........... I would never go back if I was yous ....... There is also rats inside and outside off it they probably cook the rats

We visited this KFC and a total rip off lots of products not available even chicken items out of stock yet no reduction on price so pay for items not available when we queried this with the manager he said that was company policy. The hygene standards were also abysmal dirty tables debri on the floors two of our party declined to eat and we went elsewhere.

Went on sat afternoon shop was busy but very slow the line did not move. And no one marshalling. Gave up after 10 mins

Went about 7.30pm and had poor food. Staff were clearing up and seating area was cordoned off. Food was just about last on the rack and staff didn't appear overly interested in being there. I didnt complain as what was the point? Worst KFC I have been to. I would not go here again.
