The food from Hatch & Wolff is second to none. I got an unsolicited flyer which I put in the bin, then took it out again: and boy am I glad I did!!! The food is top quality, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the delivery drivers make sure it is still piping hot when you get it. We had our first takeaway 2 weeks ago and have had 3 since then it’s that good. Give this place a go, you won’t be disappointed

Sadly, there isn’t a no-star review This “restaurant “ happily accepted my order via a third party app, but, over an hour later, still had no sign of food leaving the kitchen. When contacting them, an unnamed staff member was rude, belligerent and aggressive. His customer service tactics bordered on bullying. His version of events varied during the course of conversations, ranging from: your food has only just left the restaurant, to : the driver attempted delivery and you refused to accept it. Other reviews on the food are varied - some like it, but there are too many reviews referring to poor service, cold food etc. I am afraid that when I see such a variety in reviews, alarm bells ring - as it is all too easy for paid promotions to promote unsubstantiated reviews. So, I am out of pocket. Hatch and Wolf have repeatedly refused to refund my money for goods and services not received, and yet have presented a very different version of events on social media. Bullying included the threat of telling me the phone calls were recorded. I welcome a copy of recordings, but tend to believe this was merely a threat. Altogether a very unhappy experience.

This has to be the best Starbucks I have ever been in, from very friendly staff to a comfortable atmosphere that allows you to relax and enjoy your coffee with someone else or by yourself, would definitely recommend coming here if you’re in the area

Unit 5, St Annes Square, Belfast BT1 2LD Northern IrelandTop Blade has been on my to go list for quite some time, and recently I have finally got time to go, but the experience was disappointing and underwhelming. 1) temperature of food - I do understand that steaks are rested to enhance flavour and texture, but my steak was below acceptable temperature - it was below warm, not cold, but definitely not how it should be served to customer. My pepper sauce was the same and the only thing that was hot was my potato fries and mac and cheese 2) Timing - After my steak was served, there has been no sign of my pepper sauce nor did the waiters mentioned anything about it. I was 1/3 into my steak when the pepper sauce was served. 3) Details - my fork was missing hence didn’t checked the table beforehand, there was no salt or pepper on the table initially as well 4) Quality & price - might as well just get a steak from M&S and make it yourself. For drinks - Coke Zero , I think it was 330ml slightly more or less and it costed £2.80. The experience was certainly disappointing, and my boyfriend and I just ended up going to Mackle’s ice cream to cheer ourselves up as we just figured that dessert might just be as disappointing as mains and side. Overall- The style/theme of restaurant does not match the price of food. There were few younger staff on the day, and I was sat at a table where they were the only one that I could spot or ask for help, but they were just having their own conversation around the bar. Will I go back ? Probably not Would I recommend to friends? No

355 Ormeau Road, Belfast BT7 3GL Northern IrelandOrdered a burger, chicken wings and kids meal. The price is not worth the food. I think the oil they use to fry the fries wasn't changed as the one they served has small solid bits and pieces. Its like the one they use to fry their chicken and fries are the same oil and deepfryer. The Burger is too expensive and comparing to McDonald burger I would rather buy the one with McDonalds taste wise. Would not want to go back again and would not recommend.
