Thought they were only in North America. Although I have come across Tim Hortons doughnuts in Eurospar stores in Ireland. This one was more on the lines of McD and BKing than I remember from trips to North America. Coffee and doughnuts were good but it’s just a bland burger store like the others. I remembered them as a bit more upmarket from trips to Canada 🇨🇦 and USA 🇺🇸

I went through their drive through and was scammed as I purchased 4 meals with shakes and I got 4 shakes but when I got home there was only 3 meals. Very disappointing in the service and frankly drop right sketchy given that I got the 4 shakes but they only put 3 burgers and chips in the bag they supplied closed

Called in for a quick coffee. Made an attempt to use the screens for ordering but they don't work very well and kept giving error messages. The staff were eventually very helpful when approached when we finally gave up on the machines and asked could we just order at the counter. We even got a free doughnut as we had trouble ordering. The coffee wasn't great and was quite bland. The free doughnut was fresh but the cinnamon flavouring was overpowering. Unfortunately the take away cup also leaked at the bottom as well. If you need to use the toilet I would maybe suggest you try and hold it. There was no toilet roll or soap. Unfortunately the last person to use the toilets decided to poo everywhere except in the toilet.

Called in for coffee and found the staff very helpful, constantly clearing tables etc, friendly even when the place was very busy. There was also a lot of staff willing to taken your order slip and deliver to your table. I worked in hospitality for 25+ years at all levels, this was very good.

Tim hortons, doing a promotion for their 2nd anniversary. Got a large drink for one pound with a doughnut for a pound. Small drinks all free until the 22nd of October, medium drinks only 50p large drinks one pound. Excellent customer service, very friendly helpful staff, and restaurant is really clean. Doughnuts are amazing, made fresh , I would highly recommend.

Been a few times but it is expensive. There is a big seated area with differing seats and that is good. I like the hot dog meal when they have it and the very small, maybe only 8 potato crinkle cut off the wedges. The assortment of donuts are tempting but very sweet and expensive so I usually avoid. The place is popular with shoppers and football fans attending Windsor Park stadium. I recommend it for meeting people apart from the expense.

This has to be the best Starbucks I have ever been in, from very friendly staff to a comfortable atmosphere that allows you to relax and enjoy your coffee with someone else or by yourself, would definitely recommend coming here if you’re in the area

Went here on January 24, and it was alright. The staff were not bad, the food was grand, after Storm Éowyn, the place looked empty. I tried their Doritos Chicken Fries, and it was grand. The Whopper was great, and the Fries were good! I might eat here again in the future, but I would have KFC next door sometime. 👍

Tasty food. Burger deal -buy one get one free is excellent. Delivery driver pleasant and respectful of property (closed gate afterwards)…wish all delivery persons did so. 🤣

Top Blade has been on my to go list for quite some time, and recently I have finally got time to go, but the experience was disappointing and underwhelming. 1) temperature of food - I do understand that steaks are rested to enhance flavour and texture, but my steak was below acceptable temperature - it was below warm, not cold, but definitely not how it should be served to customer. My pepper sauce was the same and the only thing that was hot was my potato fries and mac and cheese 2) Timing - After my steak was served, there has been no sign of my pepper sauce nor did the waiters mentioned anything about it. I was 1/3 into my steak when the pepper sauce was served. 3) Details - my fork was missing hence didn’t checked the table beforehand, there was no salt or pepper on the table initially as well 4) Quality & price - might as well just get a steak from M&S and make it yourself. For drinks - Coke Zero , I think it was 330ml slightly more or less and it costed £2.80. The experience was certainly disappointing, and my boyfriend and I just ended up going to Mackle’s ice cream to cheer ourselves up as we just figured that dessert might just be as disappointing as mains and side. Overall- The style/theme of restaurant does not match the price of food. There were few younger staff on the day, and I was sat at a table where they were the only one that I could spot or ask for help, but they were just having their own conversation around the bar. Will I go back ? Probably not Would I recommend to friends? No
