The best restaurants serving American food in Yorkshire and The Humber

Over £30 for two mediocre burgers, chips and one drink. The woman who served us was pleasant but there was a man who told my girlfriend to sit down when she asked where our orders were. Wish we'd just gone to McDonald's instead!

Pub previously closed as a Wetherspoons has been purchased by the Mountain Pub Co and has reopened for business. Very busy when we visited clean and presentable with a reasonably priced pint

Booked a table as a weekend away, booked for 20:30 on a Saturday night, arrived and took a long time standing in doorway for anyone to acknowledge us. There was plenty of opportunity to so and when they did shown to table and before a single welcome told 45 min wait for any food and all chicken is off the menu and left…….so did we.

We were recommended to stop off here by our hosts at our Airbnb when we left. As it was Sunday breakfast time we thought this might be nice. We definitely wasn’t disappointed! A lovely cafe set in pretty surroundings and friendly staff with gorgeous food. I had a “starter” breakfast (bacon, sausage, egg and tomato on sour dough toast with a pot of tea and my husband had a sausage sandwich with a fried egg and an americano coffee with hot milk. Both came freshly cooked and tasted delicious. We thought the prices were very reasonable and very friendly service. Such a gem of a cafe! Glad we came. My husband visited the toilets too and said they were extremely clean. I’d recommend this cafe highly if you’re in the area … we were staying in Carlton so very close by. Fab cafe!

The staff were incredibly rude and dismissive and the coffee was more like warm milk than coffee, even though I ordered an extra shot. I had a couple of sips, paid for it and left, because life is way too short to drink bad coffee.

We've been here a few times on a Friday evening. The food is lovely, drinks and cocktails great, prices are good and the place is lovely..... the reason we wont be returning is that one of the staff was in the toilet when my husband went in and the staff member used the toilet then walked straight out without going near the sink to wash his hands. This is disgusting! He served had already served our food and our drinks! Gross!!

Vine aquí para tomar algo el fin de semana pasado y había un ambiente decente. ¡En general, las bebidas no tenían un precio malo y había una buena cantidad de opciones disponibles!

Personal encantador y amable gorila. Es una pena lo de la multitud aquí, es un poco elegante para mi gusto.

We went through drive through and ordered a family bucket, and as you do on when ordering your food through a drive through you take it home we got home and there was no popcorn chicken, so we called yourselves there was no answer to we went back to store to get the large popcorn chicken we paid for but you refused to give us the item we paid for and said we should of said when at the drive through, it was your mess up on Christmas Eve, as a previous employee of yourselves just at another store it is clear to see operations are not being run correctly by missing items out of big orders and then refusing to fix the mistake you made.

We booked the Porterhouse Restaurant based on the photos on TripAdviser BUT we were extremely disappointed when we arrived at the restaurant to be told that it is no longer a Steakhouse and has not been a Steakhouse for 2 years!! We however decided to stay for dinner and my husband was pleasantly surprised by the steak. It was tender and cooked to his specification. I had the Beef, ale and mushroom pie which was a bit disappointing. The pastry was very soggy, the broccoli was so overcooked it was basically mush and the new potatoes were very overcooked. One plus was that the cutlery was presented in a sealed packet although the condiments were what we would have had on the table pre-covid. I did see a waitress wiping down the chairs and just changed the table cloth but the condiments were not wiped down If we had a choice, we would not eat here again.

I hired STB for my wedding, thirteen guest ended up getting sick. Upon contacting STB they refused to admit any liability and basically laughed in my face. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Ordenado a través de solo comer comida llegó. Pagué £ 3 extra por tots sucios y patatas fritas sucias y no había nada en ellos. Pedí un batido con mi pedido nunca llegaron todas las salsas extra nunca llegaron y las alitas de pollo parecía que ya estaban abiertas. Busque otro lugar donde causar £ 55 para nuestro pedido y nos sentimos robados.

When something goes wrong and you make a complaint the Manager Saima Tabassum refuses to deal with it she will ignore all communication with you! Very unprofessional and ignorant of a Manager even calls customers a liar! Be warned she is v unprofessional as a Manager!

Visited Sheffield QFM Broughton Lane, Sophie very efficient and friendly, clean premises and loos. Enjoyed brew and Danish pastry. Thank you
