When something goes wrong and you make a complaint the Manager Saima Tabassum refuses to deal with it she will ignore all communication with you! Very unprofessional and ignorant of a Manager even calls customers a liar! Be warned she is v unprofessional as a Manager!

The female staff when I am there perfect in every way yeah males can be grumpy but that is how it is I am sometimes

I have been visiting this store as part of work. Most of the staffs are friendly but during peak hours some staff wants the queue to move quickly. Food is usually good and is standard. I did try recently the plant patty and it was not up to the mark. Stomach felt bloated for me and my colleague. I am not sure whether this is a one off case either. Previously I had tried the teriyaki and tuna sandwiches and they were great.

The menu is now great!I managed to get s gluten free sub. The lady offered to change her gloves so obviously trained well. They also had lots of vegetarian and vegan options. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. Lovely coffees as well. I would definitely recommend.

We have been there 3times and always were happy .Attentive and friendly staffs, fresh breads and vegetables, quiet and very clean place .

I approached a staff member, a young man, in the almost empty shop to ask if I could order and was rudely told to “just get behind that woman”, who was the only other customer in the shop and was already being helped by a lady I elected than rather to just get behind the woman to leave the premises and I ate elsewhere.

To anyone out there wanting to lose a little excess weight a health eating way or just loves salads can I recommend Subway salads. What a find they are, not over the top in price, around £3.00. When I am being good, I buy all the makings for salads, inevitably end up throwing a good bit of it away as everything has gone limp or is just not appetising to look at. Where as, if you go to Subway their boxed salad is always fresh due to the constant turnover, you can have any of the meats or fish plus for £1.00 extra a double portion, then it's up to you you can have as much or little salad as you like. Personally, the only things I don't have is halepinoes? Or the gherkins(yuk!) Staff will add salt and pepper for you, also there are a variety of sauces e.g. Sweet Onion, Light Mayonnaise etc. Copious amounts of crisps, snacks, hot and cold drinks and delicious cookies are available. It was by accident I discovered Subway salads, what a lucky day that was. I would recommend you to try them.

I am writing this for my mother and father in law who use this Subway daily but they do not have internet access to write it themselves. The staff are always friendly, polite and efficient. They are always happy with the quality of the food, drinks and service. The restaurant is kept clean and tidy.

Worst subway I've ever been to (I'm a regular at many other subways) Service was slow, staff didn't seem interested in getting us serviced just having a chat in the back. Food preparation area covered it all different meats veg etc. No offer of changing gloves when ordering vegetarian food. Happened to lose someone sandwich in the toaster and didn't realise the lady was still stood waiting. Until she asked as they did my sandwiches salads. Stale bread, Never been to a subway where the bread was not fresh. Ive been many months ago and the standard of service/ hygiene was just the same. After having a chat with a friend she said the same. Will not go to this subway again! And to finish off my sandwich wasn't wrapped properly so was falling out of paper as I picked it up to carry out which has never happened. I must eat at subways 3 times a week and I've never been so shocked with service or hygiene. To say it wasn't busy.

The staff are very helpful the food is fresh the pies are all very tasty and its very clean I would recommend anyone to try it

First time I have had a subway sandwich and was pleasantly surprised. served straight away and it was great to be able to choose what I wanted in the sandwich. Will definitely call again.

Nothing new just a normal subway. Clean & polite staff Tables where clean, waiting for around 10 minutes 3* because it was nothing special

I have graded this subway as average because it is exactly that. The draw of a subway is you can enter any of them and know you can order the same thing in any of them and it will be the same. this subway lives up to that expectation. It is always clean and the staff appear to follow hygiene. they have been happy to change their gloves before making child's sandwich after touching the jalapenos. I would recommend this subway.

A women works there she is very funny often sings and dances while serving greets everyone with a smile most of the staff chat with regulars while serving while remaining efficient wich I think is excellent for them to take the extra time out for the customer all of them are good at selling and often suggest things that would go well with your sandwich & they do!! All the staff are friendly they do have there off days when you can see the stress but having worked in a business similar I understand! Alot of people are out off by cost but it costs £4 for a sub and drink wich fills me for a good few hours & healthy ... the same price as a McDonald's meal wich fills me for around half hour and gives me tummy ache....

Good food. Decent staff. Always clean, presentation of food always neat. One of best subways round the local area, especially with peppered cheese.

Love Subway but find it poor value for money especially when compared with America's Subways. Really don't think the prices are justified but can't blame the individual restaurant. Staff always friendly though got my order wrong and didn't realise until I got home...disappointing really because I didn't like the sub I was given.

I go to Subway on a regular basis as like their choice of sandwiches and I can keep an eye on the calories. I have been to many, but believe Huddersfield to be the friendliest of the lot. So glad when it came, so glad its still there.

One word - NACHOS :) anywhere that serves Nachos is good with meNeeds to keep up with the clearing of tables though, had to move stuff myself so i could sit down and eat (Huddersfield)
