The best restaurants serving American food in Coventry West Midlands

There was an urgent need for some music or something to break the silence of the place we could hear staff complaining to each other about each other which was extremely unprofessional. The service was slow and staff seemed unsure on what to do. Food was okay some of it was slightly cold we could see it had been sat on the side for some time before being bought to the table. The food tasted nice however was not the standard of the price of food

Cracking breakfast here this morning with a friend! Had never visited before and was looking for the cafe however it has been renamed (Cafe #34 or something very similar) and is under new ownership. Fantastic value for money, everything cooked fresh to order, I’ll be back here again!!!

OMG these brownies are soooooo good. I just happened to be passing when I thought I’d pop in and treat myself so glad I did not only were there a good variety of sweet treats but they are so delicious I am definitely going back. Tasty sweet treats at very reasonable prices there is something for everyone also excellent customer service highly recommend

I ate there with a group of work friends last week, everyone I spoke to was impressed with their food & I know mine was really tasty. There was minimal fuss with our order given we were there as a decent sized group & someone had cancelled. From what I could tell everyone enjoyed themselves, I'd never eaten Frickles before so it was fun to try something new, plus the shake was really well made 👍🏻

Strange people in here definitely student druggy pub used to be alot better

Karak chai was ok, coffee was good, the only little advice I would like to give is to cook a cookie dough a little longer that whatever the time they give at the moment because it was not actually cooked properly. I hope this helps.

Came in just as the kitchen was closing, fcaja was a massive help and very friendly. She helped us pick items and recommend the hot loaf with butter.. oh, my days, it was beautiful. Fcaja is an exceptionally good worker, very professional, and a credit to your company. Thank you fcaja for making our night special

I ordered the smothered chicken burger and it was not smothered at all!! Tasted average, the burgers they sell at the cinema nearby and much more tastier and cheaper! The coleslaw was a small portion so were the chips. Waitress was not bothered and was being rude and told me she did not know how long it would take. Also, she gave me a fizzy J2O when i asked for still. Rubbish cheap food they charge a fortune for should bring back Taybarns

Absolutely terrible customer service! Ordered my food at 6:45 and it was meant to arrive between 7-7:20. I called the restaurant at 7:30 when it didn’t arrived and he said the driver would be leaving in 5 mins. I called again at 8:10 and the driver said he would be here soon. I told the restaurant that I had been waiting for nearly 1 and a half hours and that I wasn’t happy with the service. He threatened to cancel my order. My order was not cancelled and did not arrive. I assume this is so that they can keep their money after not delivering the food! We used to always order from here but I will not be going back!

Long waiting time. We waited an hour for drinks and extra half an hour for starters. The main meal takes two hours which they told us ONLY 10-15 minutes. So disappointed! The chicken wings are salty and steak has no flavour. My friend ordered lamb which tasted like kitchen paper. Most of my friends have food poisoning after the meal. Definitely black list!!!

Very poor service. Food was decent but I was the only person in the place, took five minutes for people to take my order at the counter as they prioritised chatting to each other and joking than coming to the counter to serve me. Even once my order arrived I had finished it before my milkshake was even ready - I had to go back up to the counter and as nobody has come over had to call to the people in the back who eventually apologised and made up my milkshake. The burger and milkshake weren’t bad but the service was so shockingly bad that I wouldn’t ever go back.

Chef did the chicken breast burger gluten n dairy free also exchanged fries for rice. Bit of mayo n sriracha from condiment area on the rice n burger was amazing, gluten free bun was really good. Thanks Chef also thanks to bar staff for taking time to help get something sorted with the chef.

Very unprofessional! Counter assistant completely ignored me and did not take my order until about 10 mins. Seems like they were snowed under and not able to cope with online orders. Bad experience
