The best restaurants serving American food in Coventry West Midlands

There was an urgent need for some music or something to break the silence of the place we could hear staff complaining to each other about each other which was extremely unprofessional. The service was slow and staff seemed unsure on what to do. Food was okay some of it was slightly cold we could see it had been sat on the side for some time before being bought to the table. The food tasted nice however was not the standard of the price of food

Driver refused to deliver the food and was never given refund heard good thing but one drivers actions have ruined it

Cracking breakfast here this morning with a friend! Had never visited before and was looking for the cafe however it has been renamed (Cafe #34 or something very similar) and is under new ownership. Fantastic value for money, everything cooked fresh to order, I’ll be back here again!!!

OMG these brownies are soooooo good. I just happened to be passing when I thought I’d pop in and treat myself so glad I did not only were there a good variety of sweet treats but they are so delicious I am definitely going back. Tasty sweet treats at very reasonable prices there is something for everyone also excellent customer service highly recommend

£8.50 for a double vodka, not even proper coca cola. Struggled to drink it, didn't want to waste it because of the price, to add insult to injury they're advertising £3 drinks for students that includes vodka. Upstairs is a dingy uninviting space. The men's toilet didn't have a working lock on the cubicle. Will probably never return here.

Kunaafa in the option for dessert is really very nice. I tried the Pistachio Kunaafa it was very yummy 😋. Even the masala tea was very nice and the taste remembered on my tongue. I give them 5 stars for the best Kunaafa.

Waiting for food over 40mins is bad. Food wasn’t as good as we remember, we ordered hanging kebab. Went in on Saturday afternoon, wasn’t crazy busy like you could see lots of tables available. But the wait time is crazy

Went here today with my daughter and 3 grandchildren for lunch during half term. What a disappointment and would not go back again. Portion sizes are small, think i counted 10 chips on my plate. Food was not hot, was barely warm. When we told the waitress she said " well you are sitting near the air conditioning unit". Food had only just been served. She did say she could try and find a manager as she didnt deal with complaints. We didn't bother, let the kids play and left.

We were served by Moeez and his service was great from the start, he was very attentive and helped us with anything we needed. The food was amazing as always, I would definitely recommend coming here.

Chef did the chicken breast burger gluten n dairy free also exchanged fries for rice. Bit of mayo n sriracha from condiment area on the rice n burger was amazing, gluten free bun was really good. Thanks Chef also thanks to bar staff for taking time to help get something sorted with the chef.

Food was cold , overpriced and long waiting times.

Very unprofessional! Counter assistant completely ignored me and did not take my order until about 10 mins. Seems like they were snowed under and not able to cope with online orders. Bad experience
