There was an urgent need for some music or something to break the silence of the place we could hear staff complaining to each other about each other which was extremely unprofessional. The service was slow and staff seemed unsure on what to do. Food was okay some of it was slightly cold we could see it had been sat on the side for some time before being bought to the table. The food tasted nice however was not the standard of the price of food

We usually order from brgr lab most of the time however the most of the time the food comes very late as we order from uber eats and it takes more than one hour this time when we ordered the chicken wings there was a lot of blood inside of the chicken wings which is worrying

Cracking breakfast here this morning with a friend! Had never visited before and was looking for the cafe however it has been renamed (Cafe #34 or something very similar) and is under new ownership. Fantastic value for money, everything cooked fresh to order, I’ll be back here again!!!

OMG these brownies are soooooo good. I just happened to be passing when I thought I’d pop in and treat myself so glad I did not only were there a good variety of sweet treats but they are so delicious I am definitely going back. Tasty sweet treats at very reasonable prices there is something for everyone also excellent customer service highly recommend

Tiny, ordinary burgers for quite a price. No sides included. Nothing special. Won't be returning as I can get better deals for the money elsewhere. Also service charge is added to the bill.

Strange people in here definitely student druggy pub used to be alot better

Very friendly staff and a perfect place to hangout with friends the atmosphere is great they always play very nice music I love going there. I highly recommend this store, the staff and manager is always very welcoming especially with kids, the food served is tasty and hygenic. Must try strawberry meltdown shake and pistachio Kunafa.

My children invited me to my birthday party. The steak and everything that is cooked on the grill is impossible to eat, it all smells of coals and is bitter. We have been here before and the steak was excellent. But this time it was impossible to eat. It seems to me that they have not cleaned the grill for six months. The place itself is nice and beautiful and that is why we came here again. The staff is very nice. But the steaks and vegetables on the grill were terrible, old coals and the smell of coals and bitterness. I am very sorry, but if you like steaks on the grill, now this is not the place. Although it used to be very tasty.

Went here today with my daughter and 3 grandchildren for lunch during half term. What a disappointment and would not go back again. Portion sizes are small, think i counted 10 chips on my plate. Food was not hot, was barely warm. When we told the waitress she said " well you are sitting near the air conditioning unit". Food had only just been served. She did say she could try and find a manager as she didnt deal with complaints. We didn't bother, let the kids play and left.

2 hours of waiting, delivery a no show. Guy on phone has zero manners, threatens customers and cancels deliveries. Stay away

Very poor service. Food was decent but I was the only person in the place, took five minutes for people to take my order at the counter as they prioritised chatting to each other and joking than coming to the counter to serve me. Even once my order arrived I had finished it before my milkshake was even ready - I had to go back up to the counter and as nobody has come over had to call to the people in the back who eventually apologised and made up my milkshake. The burger and milkshake weren’t bad but the service was so shockingly bad that I wouldn’t ever go back.

Chef did the chicken breast burger gluten n dairy free also exchanged fries for rice. Bit of mayo n sriracha from condiment area on the rice n burger was amazing, gluten free bun was really good. Thanks Chef also thanks to bar staff for taking time to help get something sorted with the chef.

Very unprofessional! Counter assistant completely ignored me and did not take my order until about 10 mins. Seems like they were snowed under and not able to cope with online orders. Bad experience
