The best restaurants serving American food in North West

Comida aceptable, definitivamente nada especial, pero muy caro. La hamburguesa era pequeña, sin ensalada ni nada sabroso. Las papas fritas estaban calientes pero no calientes y obviamente habían estado sentadas durante un tiempo antes de ser servidas. Mac y queso se hizo obviamente mucho antes y se recalentó, que está bien en sí mismo, pero se sirvió como una comida lista - presentación horrible, no se tiene cuidado en absoluto. Personal amable, no hay quejas en absoluto sobre el personal, pero deben estar avergonzados de enviar esa comida a los clientes a ese precio.

Love it here. Happy to open a tab without any fuss and offer good food and good service. Plenty of regulars and decent staff. Good pub

I ordered American pancakes with bacon and scrambled eggs, along with a hot chocolate. 1. The scrambled eggs were cold and watery, and it looked like they were just microwaved or reheated. 2. The pancakes were boiling in the middle and cold all around the edges, the maple syrup that came with it had an almost sour taste, but the maple bacon tasted lovely and was hot when it arrived. 3. The hot chocolate itself was perfect, however the rest of the meal except the bacon severely disappointed me. In all honesty, I would’ve gotten a better breakfast from McDonalds down the road.

Food was not worth 32.50 ! Absolute rip off! It’s cheaper and better in Liverpool for same type of food. Place looks cheap where you eat, like a 2*hotel abroad! Bar area looked quite nice tho! Even tho cocktails were like juice. Don’t get how the bar is nice but toilets and eating look like an old social club. Buffet food was god awful too! Literally looked like they’d been Aldi! Stingy with the meat too, only offered the meats once! Wasn’t all you can eat at all! Avoid avoid avoid! Only giving it 2 * cos the waitresses were lovely!!!

We stopped for tea her on a Saturday. It wasn't busy, very chilled. I was most impressed by the latest Vegan menu they offer.. there was so much choice! I was looking forward to trying the new Vegan hot dog but sadly they had sold out. For dessert I highly recommend the 'No Cheesecake'. Overall a great experience. The waitress we had was very friendly and attentive. We all left full, happy and would visit again.

Wonderful food; great hospitality. We had a great dinner and very fairly priced. I recommend to any lover of Mediterranean food!

Ordered a wrap and beer at the bar and was charged £14.50, turns out I was charged for 2 beers. Lady at the bar called over the manager who said he was giving me a refund. No refund was received and not only that - my food never turned up! After everyone else in the party received their food, we alerted the waitress and was told that I never ordered the food, even though I had proof on my phone of the purchase and I had a beer in my hand. Both waitress and manager were extremely rude and I was told I could not have my money back for the food or drink as it was not registered on their system. An absolute scam and will never return. Do not go here.

Came here with my sister for lunch. I had Eggs Benedict, which was really good, Would have been excellent if the eggs had been runny but the Hollandaise Sauce was delicious. Points are lost because of dirty tables, floor and cutlery and perhaps some of the staff in the kitchen could come out and remedy this issue which I see has been mentioned in other reviews, A shame because there is so much potential here - just needs someone to guide the staff a bit perhaps to make the dining experience better.

The food was good not great with good service. A solid performance if you like. Would not set the world on fire but alright

Would never return .. complete disaster experience and nothing offered in return to make up for it... We booked a table in advance for 12 people for my daughter 5th birthday. We turned up the tables weren't clean , they completely forgot about us coming . We had to set up the tables so there was 12 together and wipe them ourselves after prompting the staff, which they replied they were busy so would be 10mins... They had 2 staff on mid afternoon on a Saturday bank holiday weekend , no manager in sight and the coffee and milkshake machine was broken also .. we ordered separately to make it easier for the staff to get the orders out but this was an absolute joke it took 1.5 hours to get our food at completely different points . They brought the drinks out at the end after prompting them .. they forgot about 2 desserts ...then the birthday girl we had candles to go into her cake and ice cream which we told them to make us aware when ready and we will sort .. they completely forgot and brought ice cream and then cake 1 hour later .. they kept stating we are busy ... The second staff member was serving other guests that where coming in and they where getting there desserts before us instead of the staff using their common sense and sorting the pre booked 12 people that had awaited .. it was sooo unorganized... The. After ordering the staff member then clicked and realised it was for a birthday and said oo you could have got a free slice of cake ... It was an absolute joke .. the staff were soo inexperienced and to have no manager in on a weekend on a bank holiday was just poor management .. we complained at numerous points but wasn't offered anything or even how to speak to the manager . They just struggled it off . Sort it out kaspas this is absolutely poor customer service and your staff need training on how to deal with larger group and at least to drink the drinks out first !! The 66 year old grandparents waiting over an hour for a coffee ?? We even offered to make it ourselves as it was taking the Mick.

It was our first visit to Bake My Day. We were greeted by a lovely waitress who looked after us throughout. The lasagne was amazing. We all enjoyed the meals and the banter with the staff. Definitely going back
