We always visit kaspas when we are in the area. We love the desserts there is plenty of choice on the menu. It is lovely & clean staff are brilliant can't do enough to help when your placing your orders. See you next time when we are in preston.

Ordered a crepe and it was clearly some cheap rubbish straight out of a plastic packet. It was cold and chewy. The waitress forgot my whipped cream and when it finally came it was just squirty cream from a can. Absolute garbage place to eat.

My family and I decided to try Kaspa's King of Desserts. The customer service on arrival was poor and the waiter was not very friendly! The desserts and hot chocolate were not as ordered. A different staff member was very apologetic and very accommodating and made fresh hot chocolates. Desserts hot chocolates and shakes were absolutely beautiful. I'd defo return,worth the money.

Ash was very nice and sweet and gave a very good service. Really enjoyed the waffle as well. A really good customer service by Ash and was a very nice pleasant time to spend.

I went to kaspa with my friend and it was fairly busy but u was served straight away by a great memever of staff called Huzaifa, who managed to provide excellent service, and our deserts came in less than 5 minutes of being seated, excellent!!! (Preston kaspas)

I don't like to leave bad reviews but since my visit today I have read of similar experiences and the people who run this restaurant need to know what they need to change to improve the experience. Given the large number of empty tables I did not consider it to be busy, but I know at the moment they are also dealing with online takeaway orders too, which is a distraction. However it took 40 minutes from placing the order before all of the food and drinks were finally brought to the table. This to me is unforgivable not to prioritise customers that can potentially walk out if they are kept waiting. I attended with my wife and two children, and we ordered food and drinks for us all - two desserts, two slices of cake, 3 hot drinks and a bottle of water. The first dessert arrived 10 minutes after I ordered which would have been fine if they had brought the drinks too. We then waited and waited while one of my children tucked into his dessert. It was another 25 minutes before the second dessert, 2 of the hot drinks and 1 slice of cake were brought to the table. In the meantime we had already caught the attention of a staff member while we waited, explaining how long we had been waiting and asking why the order could not have been brought to us at the same time. She seemed apologetic for this but appeared to miss the point, and explained they were busy with drink orders. Finally after 40 minutes they arrived with the remaining part of the order. This while 3 of our party were already either tucking into their food or had finished. I raised this with the person who appeared to be in charge. He apologised but did not seem to appreciate my issue or offer an explanation. For these reasons alone I have left this poor review but there was a couple of other things I had issues with. Firstly the hot drink and slice of cake offer was only valid once per transaction. Not too much of an issue because they allowed me to order a second one if I paid for it as a another transaction. Although I thought it helpful as they did not have to tell me about this. It was a little bit inconvenient and was probably the reason it arrived separately from everything else. The other issue was the toilets which were not in the best state and the check list on the wall suggested that they had not been checked at all that day - it was 2.45pm. I am afraid I will not be going back again any time soon. We spent nearly £30, and in terms of service I expected better for this amount of money.

On the day we visited 3 other tables were occupied in a restaurant that had easily 20 other vacant tables. We had to ask to move because we were so cold from the air conditioning. We only ordered 2 desserts and drinks which took a ridiculous amount of time to come considering how quiet it was. The toilets had no hand soap in, it was beyond expensive for what it was and the final straw was several members of staff wearing masks that weren’t covering their noses. Overall not an experience I can recommend it will be repeating!

I came to Kaspas Desert Preston last night and was served by Andrea. I wanted to use a £20 voucher that I received. But she only gave me 1 waffle and 1 milkshake with the £20 gift voucher and said I can’t get anything else and she also said if I want to use these gift voucher I must buy something full price then I can use these voucher however there were not any terms & conditions stated on my voucher. So I decided to buy an ice cream and then use my voucher but she didn’t let me use the full value of the £20 voucher and she kept my voucher instead. I’m very disappointed I will not come here again the customer service is appalling.

My recent experience @ Kaspa's Preston has been far from perfect. We went in around 10 days ago were we ordered three desserts. Only for the cookie dough and waffles to come out ice cold and also rather than them coming out at the same time. they came around 10-15mins apart which I found amateur. I later that day complained on Facebook, Complaint section rang and emailed the branch. 10 days on no reply. I was promised a gesture in writing from Sonia. What a surprise... Nothing in my Mailbox. Won't be going again try Heavenly Dessert's may pay a premium but better service all round.

I’ve been waiting for 30+ minutes, however I cannot rate the quality of the food as I am yet to eat a single morsel. My poor belly is in dismay, I might as well have gone bin diving. Edit: food was cold, I really should have gone tut skip.

I feel I should edit my review. I would not recommend the chop suey, as I had this last time, and it wasn't to my taste. I don't recommend the soups either, however, I'm changing my review from 3* to 5* as the duck was perfect last time, and the sweet and sour chicken is very nice. The salt and pepper chips are nice also. I'd like it be to a little more salty and peppery but they are good :) The delivery was very early, which was great. I'd say your duck was the best in Longridge, and for that, and the fact the food was nice today, I no longer feel the previous 3* rating is appropriate. I'd rate tonight's meal as a 4 and the duck from last time as 5* therefore, always best to round up :) Thank you for the delicious meal this evening.

Recently had to cancel a table here at short notice ( 24 hours )due to my mother being to ill who has been going through cancer treatment , I was informed I would still be charged £148 , after sending numerous emails , many that where ignored and explaining abouty mother, telling them she had fallen ill and had been going through cancer treatment they refused to give me my money back , I sent a last email saying would they not be willing to give me £100 back this was ignored , they tried telling me that the food would have been pre prepped even though I didn't pre order any food , I also told them which I can guarantee the table was taken by someone else , this was also ignored I have no words to describe the people who run this place I didn't think anyone could stoop so low after me explaining my reasons They then offered me a voucher , which to be honest I wouldn't wipe my back side on Don't know who they can sleep at night
