food arrived very quickly. large kebab was not very large, certainly not worth £15+ quid. hardly any donner meat. chicken and shish meat seemed pre-cooked. it was chewy and tough.

I had the pepperoni pizza from Romero Original, and it was absolutely amazing! The crust was perfectly crispy, the pepperoni was flavorful, and the overall taste was just delicious. On top of that, the customer service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Highly recommend this place if you're craving a great pizza experience!

Ordered 2 pizzas and a large chips which was only just pushing a regular portion size, and to top it off, there was a huge, very dark hair in them!!! I don't understand how the person closing the lid on the chip box didn't see it!!! Needless to say they went straight in the bin. Waste of money. Will try elsewhere next time.

Came to romeros yesterday and ordered a regular chicken kebab, large chicken kebab and a portion of chips. It was £25. Rip off. The regular chicken kebab had not even 10 pieces of chicken in it. For £9.50. Not buying again

Good quality pizzas, base was not too thick and chilli cheese nuggets were lovely and hot. Would definitely try again.

Garlic bread with cheese nicely cooked,nicely sliced went down nicely allhumdullilah. Tub of chilli sauce 😋 not like your normal tub of chilli sauce,full of flavours,which you can taste gives you a kick and doesn't burn your month, (Am not fan of chilli sauce but this one I enjoyed, lol will find out in the morning. Tub of proper medium fat garlic sauce.

I didn’t get my food delivered and was not updated on this. I demand a refund

They totally forgot about our order, I rang up to double check they have received it due to the updates not coming through on the just eat app.

Not been for awhile. We had 2 Pescatore pizzas which were amazing. However the chips different matter, cheesy ones cold and plain for quantity overpriced which was a shame. We will still order food from there as they cook best pizzas.

I am annoyed because I only got one of the two donner meats that I ordered.

Happy with service but the Romz Special seemed to be a completely different pizza to previous Romz Specials that I’ve been eating for many years. I’ve never had Romz Special with tuna and prawns on it before. I love the Romz Special pizza - but I’ll order something different going forward if it now comes with prawns and tuna. Thanks for speedy delivery though.

Ordered food at 8:40 expected delivery time was 9:40, tried calling to chase where they are up to, phone instantly goes to a we are now closed, and there are no other options to help

Food never turned up, order at 8:40, expected delivery time was 9:40, when I called to see why it was late and where they are up to with it, went straight through to there closed answerphone. No other options to escalate this, what a waste of time.

Absolute rubbish, chicken burger absolute bone dry, no salad, mayo or even butter. Son got kebab, also no salad whatsoever. £20 down the drain.

Arrived to collect at 20:30 and the store hadn’t even started to make the order. I had to stand in the store for 25 minutes. I left the store to return home at 20:54.

Asked for ASAP, delivered in half the expected time. Food was piping hot, we had 5 different kebabs and all were excellent!

I may discern the prudence and the delicate taste in which the pizzas had been engulfed. Before I had endured and suffered endless hunger, for I have not had breakfast. However, the deliverer had put cease to mine own hunger at last. I shall announce and declare my very thanks for this meal. Great chips, even greater burger. Although I did not quite like the dessert, the ice didn’t taste like good quality, I still enjoyed everything. A point I would like to add, is I would prefer having the option of buying a can 330ml, rather than having to buy 1.5L of a soft drink

We ordered a pizza, chips and a kids meal to include margarita, orange juice and a gift! We received a pizza, chips and orange juice! I rang straight away to be told it would be half an hour for the kids pizza and gift, no apology! Its now 1 hour since I rang and I'm still waiting! Now got an upset kid asking where her gift is and ruined what was going to be a special night in. Obviously we've had to make other plans for the little ones food! Sorry but you've really failed guys! Won't be back!

Portion sizes are a disgrace for what we paid. Prices higher on Just Eat than anywhere else, how is that fair? Half the time your menu is missing on other apps, so we had to use JE. This was our favourite when we lived in Gt Harwood but has gone so far downhill since we moved to Clitheroe a few months ago. What a shame!

1st time we have been what can I say very good food will go again

Recently ordered when I had a bit to drink and had a very bad experience with being sick, didn't think anything of it so pinned it on the fact I may of had too much on the binge. Recently ordered again, completely sober night, nothing to eat throughout the day. Tasted somewhat raw, the 'chicken' if it even is chicken, tasted strange af. I barely got through any of the kebab. Ended up just throwing it all away. Woke up around 3 AM feeling god awful, long story short without all the gross details, was spewing from the moment I stood up to around 8 AM in the morning and still feel rough ten hours later, can safely say I am never ordering from here again unless I have a death wish, food poisoning twice within a year.

Just one thing, you forgot to put donner meat on one of the pizzas

Delivery and ease of ordering couldn’t be better. The food however was abysmal, only ordered two meals one being a cheesy chips on naan, the chips looked like they had been fried three times they were brown and not much potato inside. The other chips I ordered were exactly the same. The lamb kebab was made well just wasn’t to my taste buds I was expecting chunks of lamb but it came as the sausage like processed type. The chips however ruined the meal completely very dissatisfied as usually they are nice.

Ordered earlier in the day via the app,the food was ready when expected and the quality was great. We will be back.

I am a cook by trade and can be decidedly picky when eating out... don't walk past this place, ordered chicken kebab, very friendly staff. Cooked fresh in front of me, beautiful soft naan bread, fresh salad... perfect. Huge amount of chicken.. and to top it all chips too...

As a cook by trade I can be a bit awkward when ordering and getting food out. Don't pass this place by... I ordered chicken kebab ..stood and watched it be cooked fresh, added loads of salad.... tell you what.... absolutly delicious, seriously, oh, and don't forget the nan bread, so soft so perfectly done... very friendly staff, pity I'm only here on a flying visit, otherwise this place would be my local .... 10 out of 10 guys

Food was Luke warm. Naan and chips were soggy and wet because of the containers they use. We only live in Barrow so not far to deliver but was not good.

Strongest four star review I've ever given! Never ordered from here before. But me and the Mrs fancied something different. Ordered large chicken kebabs and spicy beef pizzas. All around really tasty! Not your usual run if the mill "Indian" style. But a good portion of chopped grilled chicken breast on naan with fresh lettuce, red onion, and cherry tomatoes. With complimentary little portion of chips. Pizza was tasty enough! Delivery was quick. Food was hot and super clean! Proper good fast food! I'm taking one point off as we asked for sauces separate. But sauce was on kebab's... Then given a separate portion as well! Chilli sauce is real tasty! Almost chimichurri style. Nice hit of herbs and a touch of acidity. Not your usual chilli flakes and vinegar.... Will definitely order again
