Food was not worth 32.50 ! Absolute rip off! It’s cheaper and better in Liverpool for same type of food. Place looks cheap where you eat, like a 2*hotel abroad! Bar area looked quite nice tho! Even tho cocktails were like juice. Don’t get how the bar is nice but toilets and eating look like an old social club. Buffet food was god awful too! Literally looked like they’d been Aldi! Stingy with the meat too, only offered the meats once! Wasn’t all you can eat at all! Avoid avoid avoid! Only giving it 2 * cos the waitresses were lovely!!!

We went here last night 2 dec 2023 with work colleagues the waitress came over and asked us for our drinks menu which we waited for at least half hour the place was absolutely freezing I didn’t find the buffet very hot plates were cold and the ladies toilets was like being outside it was that cold I noticed people were not staying after the meal because it was that cold I can honestly say I won’t be going back

Me and my partner went here tonight and just wow!! The food was amazing!! The cocktails were lovely too, I read a few bad reviews so wasn't expecting much but omg this place will definitely going to be my go to place for date night or a girls night! All the food was so tasty, the staff was so attentive and welcoming! The owner was so lovely, she made us feel like friends, and even recommended other restaurants in the area to try too! We will 100% be back very soon.

Where to even begin… I would rather eat my nans hip replacement than have another slice of that rump steak, In fact any other meat from this establishment all together. Don’t even get me started on the buffet selection!!!! Cold chips with red salt on 🤢 Iceland’s own onion rings. The men on the meat didn’t have a clue how to use a knife! Never mind cook the meat… I’ve had juicier tree bark! (Cal) As soon as I stepped in this establishment I assumed the food was cold( I was right) I seen a review beforehand stating that there was no seasoning on the meat, they was wrong… it appears they took a trip to the polish salt mines and took inspiration from there! Rump steak took me half hour to chew it up before the tissue decided it would have more use in there. I’m a man who appreciates and respects people for there work wether it’s bad or not but genuinely reckon me brother could do a better job on cooking a slab of meat (I don’t have a brother) Just reckon these lads need a couple day course on how to cook meat and carve it, nearly grabbed the knife me self it was that painful to watch. We were disappointed that all the meats were not being served due to the restaurant being quiet. We were a party of 11. Also items on salad bar ran out at 7pm but were not replenished again, at 8:30pm they closed around us and were hinted at to leave. Upon leaving our bill had an extra adult added to it, despite us all standing there for the head count of 8 adults the waitress still looked at us like there were 9 and we were hiding a person. We had an incorrect bill last time we visited it seems to be a common "mistake". The drinks here are appalling, they always have been so we were already aware not to expect anything remotely tasty with the cocktails. We ordered 3 of the 2-4-1 and all 6 drinks were different despite being the same drinks. One glass was half full, the mint in the mojito was black and mouldy, the angel delight one was pink the other was half white with a blob of jam at the bottom. They definitely need a mixologist here. The coke was being poured from bottles purchased from Lidl across the road! Servers were friendly and attentive and the place itself is nice, some tweeks needed though

Food was lovely however left really disappointed after being made to feel unwelcome. Regular customer who has brought in family and friends over the years and usually enjoy a top notch experience. 1st part of meal server/kitchen staff very attentive. The waitress accidentally left her tray at our table. When i returned it to her i accidentally overheard her being asked by the server (possibly manager) have that table paid. Then for the next 15-20 minutes the server went to every other table in the restaurant bypssing ours and then we were asked did we want our plates cleared or did we want to still nibble. We asked to keep them for another 10 mins. Another 10 mins being bypassed by the server. We paid the bill and i was honest with the waitress while she was generating the bill so that it could be fedback. £120 bill to have our children on the way home even realise what was going on is a joke. Im voting with my feet sorry no further custom

Refreshing change for St Helens first visit today with family and friends really nice place highly recommend Brillo see staff with brilliant service we will be visiting again thank you

We tried this restaurant on a Saturday evening. With it being reasonably priced and being in St Helens, I honestly wasn't expecting much. It's safe to say it exceeded all expectations. There was a wide range of drinks available, all for fairly cheap. All the meat advertised on the website was available and came round to our table regularly. I preferred it to the two Brazilian rodizio restaurants in Manchester that I go to regularly.

The restaurant is well laid out and we were seated immediately. The food was good, very tasty meat selection and a well stocked salad bar. Unfortunately the drinks service is possibly the worst I have ever experienced, unbelievably bad. Our drink order was taken, the girl disappeared and after 15 minutes no drinks, apparently they are prepared in the bar attached to the restaurant, thr bar was emp- no customers at all. The delay was unexplainable. We foolishly ordered a second drink later, same problem but this time after 15 minutes of waiting we asked again were the drinks were. The retook our order because somehow the girl serving forgot about it. 15 minutes delay again. I have since read that other customers had the same problem. The managent really need to get a grip. We will not return.

Paid for the full rodizio and at least 4 things were not offerred as ‘the food isn’t ready’ despite pre booking. No sausage or chicken/ overcooked sirloin and lamb, so the same beef was brought out a few times. Also big gaps in between food where the staff behind the grill just sat chatting or on their phones. Would not visit again as the meals and two happy hour cocktails each cost over £70.

We decided to come out for dinner, defiantly so glad we did. Welcomed and catered to as soon as we came through the door from Sharon the owner who is so nice and including all to the staff on duty, Drinks and cocktails at the bar. Escorted to our table, lots of good quality food and a full range of options of assorted meats and many other dishes available. The salad bar that was part of the deal was amazing, it even included salmon ! my salad starter that i picked myself was a meal in its self ! , staff where pleasant and professional and nothing was too much trouble, we took our time with our meal and enjoyed the relaxed environment. We will be defiantly be going back very soon. One of the best experiences we have had in awhile that's why we decided to write this review.

Really pleasant young barstaff and also a lovely really friendly young lady called JADE who was no doubt at the top of her game .very observant of the customers and their need to be served which she did with a cheerfull smile throughout the evening.nothing was to much trouble for her and considering that I am getting on in years I would like to return the respect that I was shown by all the bar staff thank you. Mr.j houghton.

A colleague and myself took some young people who we work with to Bruno's tonight. The buffet and hot sides had lots to choose from, the meat served at the table was melt in your mouth and the flavours were amazing. The staff were amazing and made sure the group had drinks and everything was OK. Great food and service would definitely recommend a visit.

Everyone said this place was nice.... meat was dry and tough Weird taste to half the meats 20 mins for a drink (2table in) Gammon was pre cut and looked from the night before. Wouldn’t go again

FOOD - there was only 2 tables in the restaurant, meat was disgusting and half of it was not fresh and seemed like it had been cooked days before. We tasted most of the meats and only had a bite out of each piece as it was inedible and well over done. When the staff saw we had left food we were getting stared at and given dirty looks. £24 for the food alone per person.. would of had a nicer meal from the kebab shop across the road.DRINKS - Took over 15 mins to come ( baring in mind there was only us and another table ) and WHEN they came, drinks had a funny taste as if the some of the ingredients were off, not nice at all.I ordered a pornstar martini and before I’d even tasted it I knew that whatever they made was NOT a pornstar martini.. only to send it back and ask them to make an actual pornstar martini and then got served the same drink about 20 minutes later that they had just thrown some ice in by the looks of it. Ordered a different type of drink which was also disappointing.£135 it came to for 4 of us and I can honestly tell you we probably had about £20 worth of food between us!!! Absolute joke, incompetent staff with faces like smacked behinds.DO NOT COME HERE.

Went for a meal with my girlfriend, booked 2 days before turned up at Bruno’s and they said we don’t have a table for us and said we had to leave!!! Staff was very rude! Had to get a taxi home!

The food was really good. The servers didn’t leave too long between meets which was good as it was speedy. The social distancing was well set up and all measures where in place. Good value for money and a really friendly and warm atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and will be going back.

My first time eating at Bruno's and I must say the food was fantastic, particularly the garlic mushrooms and honey lamb. The waitress staff were very friendly and professional. They also explained everything very well regarding COVID. Would highly recommend and will no doubt go again some time

Literally had the best night at Bruno’s! My fella suprised me with a date night and we have loved every minute! ... Food was amazing! Without doubt, the Tastiest steaks in St. Helens! Everything was so fresh and delicious! Not only that the staff was second to none, we had such a laugh with them! Amber & Paige (our waitresses) literally made our night, best waitressing staff I’ve come across yet and went above and beyond to see to our needs, the friendliest waitresses we’ve ever met! Made our night. Will defo be back again ☺️ ... thankyou for helping to brighten our week during such a difficult time xx

Went here last night for a family meal, the service was terrible, waited over 20 mins for our first drinks, was served food before drinks arrived, and later orders for drinks were very slow too!!And to cap it all off was accused of not paying my bill on the way out, had left a tip too!!Definitely won’t be going again!!

I booked a table for 4 people, at 9 pm for the 26th of August, during the Eat Out To Help Out scheme. We arrived on time, but a member of the staff told us that unfortunately they couldn't service us. The reason was that there was some kind of issue and the people that had booked at 6pm had just got seated. So, long story short, there were no available tables. As we had driven from Warrington, it wasn't the best thing to hear, but things like that can happen. The problem was that we weren't notified. The stuff member asked us if they had called us to notify us of the issue, which clearly hadn't happened. When we took a look at the list of bookings, I saw my name, but my phone number was wrong. They had asked for my name and phone number through Facebook Messenger when I was booking the table, but they couldn't copy it over properly.So the person responsible for notifying called some wrong number, but when they saw that it wasn't correct they didn't bother to look further, like taking a look again at where they copied the number from, or just sending a message on Messenger. It's not that difficult for me it just shows that they didn't bother to care. Apart from that, we were told that somebody would call us to to book at another time and offer free drinks. Well, I'm not going to Bruno's for the drinks, I'm going to taste some amazing food (which I had, some time ago, in the same restaurant in Warrington), so free drinks wouldn't really mean anything. However, I didn't even get this call back, as nobody bothered to do so.So, can't really comment on food quality - I know that the same restaurant in Warrington served top quality meat and the St Helens one probably does as well.But this experience has really spoiled it and I don't think I'll ever visit this restaurant.

This is my favourite restaurant they never fail to impress me. Very efficient when bringing meat and the buffet is always lovely and hot. The mushroom and garlic sauce is a must you won’t be disappointed if you eat here. Cocktails are very good too !!

Staff was amazing under circumstances never got a minute, the girl with dark hair on the salad bar holly was very lovely polite and very helpful we come with friends amd we all said how very polite she was. Thank you for a lovely time..

This is our favourite restaurant to eat at by far! We have eaten here twice during COVID now and staff have managed the restaurant very well with Safety measures and the restaurant is very spaced out for customers. We are always impressed with the friendly customer service but tonight we thought it was exceptional! Our 1 year old boy was with us and a member of staff could see he was more playing with his food rather than eating it. He came over and offered to make him a fresh bowl of pasta that wasn’t even on the menu or salad bar, little did he know this is one of my sons favourites who devoured the lot! The main waitress managing the restaurant was so nice and friendly she made us feel very welcome and she entertained my son when he started to get a little restless at the end. The food tonight was second to none as always!! We didn’t eat here during the eat out help out as we couldn’t get a table, so we decided to try one of the well-known chains in Manchester.. I can honestly say their food and service is no where near as good as this place. I really do think this hidden gem is so underappreciated and it’s a real shame! Thank you again for the amazing food and customer service!

We has reservation booked for 9pm last week Tuesday then somebody called us and canceled it. We tried to rebook for Monday then they told me they will call about booking confirmation on Friday but nobody call me. I called on Sunday tried to check and they confirmed for Monday 9 pm. But we we came before 9 pm they gave us like queueing number and we were waiting for our table for almost 1 hour and still waiting.. we were hungry and tired of waiting already then just left with disappointment.

Not one to moan but the service was terrible, booked a table in advance but was seated 45 mins after, not really bothered as I have patients and I know how busy restaurants get as I work in one myself. The food was exceptional and really tasty and the owner was so polite and apologetic for the wait. However, what I noticed which made my experience a little bit bad was the staff was too busy talking amongst themselves having laugh and joke, shouting, coughing on customers (one girl in particular didn’t have her mask on and was around her neck she was coughing continuously without covering her mouth... not only during a pandemic but in hospitality and around food is really unhygienic and off putting. I did not see her once sanitise her hands.coughing once or twice maybe, but constantly coughing without covering her mouth come on) maybe, if the staff was replaced with attentive staff my trip to Bruno’s would have been more enjoyable. Sorry your staff let you down :( x

When we arrived they couldn’t find our booking but within 5 mins they had found us a table. It was the waitress first night but she was amazing, food was delicious and plentiful. Would definitely go again

Arrived early and only got seated 30 minutes after original booked time. Service for drinks or meat was terrible. When you did get served meat it was scraps left of the stick which wouldn't ever satisfy a dog. I had to do a bank transfer to pay them. Looking at Facebook reviews it won't be open much longer anyway. Was brilliant years ago.

Booked a table online on Monday 3rd August for 6pm on Tuesday 4th August which was confirmed by email and text message at 7.30pmArrived at the restaurant at 5.55pm on the Tuesday provided surname but they could not find it in the diary they then asked me for my first name which they also could not find in the diary. At this point I showed them the email confirmation and we were taken to a table where we were not given menus or asked for drinks requirements. After a few minutes 2 other parties arrived and were seated, The waiter then went to the first party and took their order before ours. After 15 minutes of waiting, no order taken or contact from the staff we left the restaurant explaining the situation to the staff on the way out.Very disappointed with the lack of service and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

It's been a while since we visited Brunos, and yet again, we've not been left disappointed. In fact, this has been the best experience. The lamb and the pork with honey were standout meats for my husband, whilst the chilli beef and garlic beef were mine though the gammon with pineapple remains my favourite.Great selection of gins.Brilliant service.Can't wait to return.

Booked in for my sisters birthday at 5.30 due to having a child with us. We were seated straight away and our drinks order was taken, a bottle of malbec (red) roughly £18 a bottle they didn't have so we were offered an alternative, a £38 bottle of red or a £23 bottle, neither were a good replacement. We ordered a bottle of sauvingon blanc £18 a bottle this also wasn't available so again the alternatives were offered, a chardonnay (which we personally don't like) and a bottle at £35, only when we said no to both did we get offered the house wine!! On a wine list to me the house wine should be listed top, it wasn't listed at all. I ordered my daughter a mocktail without the lemonade, when I ordered another I simply said "without the lemonade" her reply was "Yeh I do know, you ordered it before". The food was amazing and staff all bar 1 were amazing too.

the venue is nice but the main bar is badly understaffed, I have not eaten there so cannot comment on that. Went on new years eve 8pm lots of people in there but only two staff on the main bar all the others appeared to be dealing with the restaurant drinks. After almost 20 minutes still had not been served so left and went else where. Considering it was a ticketed party you would have assumed there would be plenty staff. They may well have got more staff later when they stopped serving food but you cant wait that long to get a drink. Went to another venue and was served within minutes and they had more staff on clearly understanding New Years Eve is going to be busy.

I have seen this restaurant on many occasions and never given it a thought. Last night we finally decided to book a table and try it.I can honestly say we were blown away! The food was amazing, some of the most delicious cuts of meat I have ever tasted. I will definitely book again.Great effort team

This being our first visit to brunos we are pleasantly surprised in every way.The food in my opinion is amazing and I believe they were happy to see when I'd turned my card to red. The staff were very apologetic when they had cleared our plates away when we were out having a cig and nial the restraunt Manager really looked after us. They also have a rediculous amount of gin selection if that is your thing atmosphere is nice the only thing I would say is the music selection could of been a little more in theme with the eating experience.

We visited on a Friday evening and why don't more people know about this place! The food is exceptional the quality of the meats on offer is amazing and the salad bar / hot starters are brilliant. They operate on a card on the table green system green for go red for stop and you turn over the card it's a great idea and saves the freshly cut hot meat going cold on the plate we did 3 meats then had a break. The guys that came round to the table with the skewers cut the meat at the table. They are not huge pieces that have been left to go cold and reheated. If you love freshly cooked lean meat beef, lamb, gammon etc it is an absolute must visit place. Don't let the outside out you off it is a nightclub from outside but walk in get a drink from the vast bar and eat you wont be disappointed

First time visit for us. Had a great time! Great food! Very nice surroundings. If you like meat there are plenty of choices. They will also cook the meat to your liking. Good selection of sides and salad bar also. We especially liked the creamed mushrooms. Looking forward to visiting again! Would definitely recommend.

Went to celebrate a granddaughters "21st",my first visit,wasn't disappointed,place was spotlessly clean,very "chic",prices reasonable,selection of meats on offer varied,tasty and plentiful,great choice of drinks available at bar. Even let you bring your own celebratory cake and bring it out to you when you ready,only one criticism,bar service slow at times,would come again.

Another visit to Bruno's, and another positive experience. The food was plentiful as always, the service was quick, the cocktails lovely.

The evening didn’t start well with four or five drinks from the bar “not available”. On starting the meal, there weren’t enough plates, the salad bar was pretty basic and constantly ran out. Most of the meats were poor quality and yet more drinks weren’t available. Then only one dessert was available. Very strange. Staff tried their best but simply better alternative restaurants are around. Would not recommend.

Visited the restaurant on a Sarurday night with friends and I could not fault it. It cost £25 per person for the food and I definately got my moneys worth. The restaurant is not too big and is completely separate from the bar area. Decor was modern and it was very clean. We sat down and asked if we had been before and as we had not the waitress explained fully how it worked. She took our drinks order and said we could get started with food straight away. There is a selection of food availavle as a buffet which included chips, potatoes, salad, ribs, mushrooms and more. The food was replenished frequently and I never saw it go down to the dregs. It was fresh and hot and the chips particularly were really tasty. You can go up to the buffet as many times as you like. They issue you with a disc for your table and one sode is red and one geen. When turned to green your table will be approached with many different types of meat and we were also brought garlic bread. The food is brought and offered on skewers and included brazilian steak, rump steak, sirloin steak, chorizo, chicken in bacon, garlic steak, lamb, pork and plenty more. The food was lovely and there was.plenty on offer. I never felt like I was waiting long and never felt hounded although if you turn your disc to red you can have a chat and they wont approach your table till you turn it back green l. Cocktails were.lovely and there is a selection at 2 4 1 so paid about £6/7 for 2 cocktails. Really enjoyed this place and have thought about it a few times since wanting to go back. Will look forward to.going back here.

Very reasonable for drinks and great mojitos which seems to be rare around the town! USually pop in everytime I'm out.

I would recommend as the food is amazing, and there is a wide variety. Very generous with portion sizes of meat slices and the staff are all lovely.

Restaurant needs to invest in their website and social meeting as lots of misinformation - almost cancelled booking as Google showed closed over Easter and poor TripAdvisor reviews - both wrong. Staff keen to help and friendly and efficient through the evening. Huge buffet selection including a variety of fresh salads and range of hot food incl ribs, onion rings, fries, delicious mushrooms in a creamy garlic sauce. Constantly offered a choice of BBQ’d meats including different steaks, chicken, pork, sausages and lamb, served at the table by lovely team of staff. Buffet constantly refreshed. Great value wines - we enjoyed a South African pinotage and an Argentine Malbec both under £20. Our family group between 11 and 86 years of age - all really enjoyed the restaurant - lots of space between tables. Pre drinks in bar amazing value and big choice of spirits and beers. DJ played after 8pm. The restaurant was busy with range of celebrations incl romantic dinner for 2 to a group of people celebrating a 60th. Going to book the private room for 10 for a July birthday. Restaurant deserves to do well but must change digital image and respond to poor restaurant reviews which in our experience were unfair and incorrect. We will be back!

We originally heard about this place on groupon through a work colleague , after going on groupon trying to book a table and buy the voucher and it wouldn’t let us purchase anything earlier than December, we called the restaurant ourselves to be told that they had actually sold out until December. As an alternative we was told we could still book a table but it would be a couple of pound more each person and didn’t include wine as groupon stated. We wasn’t really fussed about this as none us are massive wine drinkers . We booked a table . Upon arrival very welcoming staff and helpful . They have a red/green card system in place where you place your green card until you have had enough meat and turn the card over to red when you’ve had enough . As far as we were aware there was no limitations on how much you could have . The meat selection was mainly beef related but was very nice either way ! Also in between you have be option of a salad bar and a small hot food area containing garlic mushroom , ribs chips etc. We all enjoyed ourselves but said that we wouldn’t rush to go back . Soft drinks was rather expensive £3 for a pint of Coke Zero ! And my only other complaint was the state of the toilet area . There was stainless steel kitchen equipment outside the toilets and when entering the toilets they could of done with a bit modernisation. Other than that a nice night out with family !

I would recommend as the food is amazing and you get quite a lot for the price. The staff are friendly and answer any questions that you have. They were very friendly and very attentive. The cocktails are very well presented and taste really nice and fruity, they are exceptionally tasty even though the price is so low. The staff are very informative and know every beer, cider and spirits they have and you can tell they are very well trained. Would recommend. Excellent. Will be back.

We we to the restaurant unsure if we would like it, and worse than that we had a horrible experience: Food wise they spent the first 5-6 rounds offering us chicken, garlic bread and gammon, filling us up on the cheaper food - I eventually asked for some steak - which is the main feature on their menu, then when the beef did come out, it was millimetre thin cuts, we had to ask for more - again another cost saving scam.

Booked a table here and arrived on time. The restaurant was very empty and only a few couples were present, there was lack of selection of side dishes and a very small salad bar. Waiters come round with meats and came around too quickly as by the time you had gotten some meat they were already on their way round with another! Bad cuts of meat, cheap quality and all meats had the same taste!

Visited Bruno’s on Valentine’s Day and the food was not fresh at all, the meat was salty and they use the cheapest cuts which does not justify the price paid for it. Visited Brazilian al you can eat restaurants all ove UK and this was the worst one, Will not go back.

We had a drink in the bar when we arrived , prior to going into the restaurant. The first thing I would say is that the bar, is freezing cold. As we waited by the counter for our drinks I noticed that the bar worktop was sticky beyond belief. Please just get a bowl of hot soapy water !!!!!!

Gin & Tonic had no gin in it and the tonic tasted like flat lemonade. Complained but the manageress was rude and dismissive. Shame because the music was good. Was there for a family party but the attitude of the staff (and suspiciously they could only accept cash) and the watered down drinks spoil what could be a decent venue and made us leave early. Trading Standards need to pay this place a visit! AVOID. Cannot comment on the food as did not eat there.

We visited last night for our works night out, from arriving it was obvious to me that it was un organised there were no one to greet us we went straight to the bar and just had a finger pointed to tell us what direction to go! We managed to get seated we had never been before and we didn’t know what to do so we sat and waited still no help so we asked,,to be told get ur food and they will come round with the meat. Food was nice drinks were good really enjoying ourselfs by this time all settled to be told we have to leave now unless we pay an extra £10 to listen to the disco!! Spoke to who I think was the manager how I’ll never know her attitude stank no apology just kept repeating what do we want her to do?? Well an opology would of been nice for not telling us when it was booked! Fair to say we won’t be revisiting the customer service shocking!!

went to the one in warrington arrived and were told we were not booked in even though I had booked it quite empty on a Monday so we got a table building work going on so a big plastic sheet across the room very cold and we were told the heating had broke so we had a little fan heater all the food was nice the manager then said they had ran out of chips so he had to go aldi to get some with no heating this place should have been shut I do say again though the food was nice and loads of it and a mention to the waitress Hannah who was great so friendly and helpful sure once this place is up and running properly it will be nice but to sit with no heating in November is not excepable

Really impressed with this place this is our second visit one of which was our daughters birthday and the service was really good. Try the salted rump steak!!

I visited Bruno's for a colleague's leaving do. Our waiters were fantastic, the food was amazing but the whole experience was marred by a lack of desserts and very few mixers or non alcoholic drinks. Although the restaurant is only a short walk from 2 supermarkets nobody went to replenish the bar or desserts. After our meal a few of our party asked for lattes but were told they could either have tea or instant coffee. We opted for more wine instead!

A large group of us came here for a family birthday and I was really pleased with the quality of the meat on offer. The salad bar is excellent too. Only issue was we didn’t get all the types of meat at our table. Also the decor is a bit run down but other that that is it a top class restaurant

Visited on a Sunday evening, and despite not having booked, we were quickly seated, and our drinks order taken.

If I was basing this review on the food only, it would have been a 5*... However this place is severely let down by the Staff and bar!

The meat was lovely, although we didn't see the 14 meats advertised, despite lasting 2 rounds, it was more like 8-10. The only downside to the meat was that every cut seemed to be very highly salted, but were cooked very well.

New experience for us Brazilian food. The outlet in warrington is not open yet so travelled to st Helens. Basically the food consisted of a salad bar., a large assortment of mayonnaises, chunky chips or sliced potato with individual 12 meat servings all very nice and well cooked. Shame there's no vegtables, red sauce or mustard and they don't do sweets or afters. At £18.95 a head rather expensive but we enjoyed the experience. Staff we nice and friendly. May go again when Warrington one opens.

First time visit for a 40th Birthday after a recommendation from a friend and it didn’t disappoint Food was great and good value for money Service was fab especially Megan, defo be back for a second visit Also 2-4-1 cocktails was a bonus

I enjoyed the time at the steakhouse my only issue is that if we took a break from the meat to get more sides we were going to miss a round and it felt too rushed we spent 30 minutes there and I didn't enjoy it that much, also then to be given a bill of 51 pounds which it wasn't worth was rubbish and when asking staff to stop putting meat on the platter they still carried on and they seemed very rude towards me and my boyfriend

Visited with a large family group for a special birthday. Great staff , good choice of starters hot and cold, choices of meat were also amazing, the chilli beef was gorgeous! We all had a fab time and will definitely visit again.

The food was special and surprising the service has on point and always with a smile,will happily put this place forward to anyone that would want freshly cooked meat served with a smile Great date night Thank you K+B

Just had a lovely meal here. The food was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Really let down. Very abrupt staff ordering us to have a drink ath the bar and she would get us despite the restaurant being very quiet and the table pre-booked. Not all meats were offered despite it being a Friday night. All meat was overcooked, fatty, tough and too much salt. The vegi options were---cheese or tomato pasta (I get it's a carnivores restaurant but this is just too behind the times not to offer more------my poor partner's mum!). The service was slow and they kept messing up the drink orders. I was totally embarrassed as I booked this place for my partner's birthday and his parents had come up and it was just such a let down to them. I can see why it's so much cheaper than places like Fazenda etc. We won't be returning :( Also------ seriously need some fans or aircon as it was unbearable and even affected my partner's dad's breathing-----if not for your customers at least for your poor staff!!!!

The food here is beautiful, make sure you bring a good appetite to make room for all the meats. I would recommend and will be back myself.

Visited on a quiet Monday evening. First visit so waiter explained the green/red card system and pointed us in the direction of the salad bar. Salad bar was actually really well stocked with a decent choice and we probably ate too much of it before our meat started to arrive as it was so good.....mushrooms, potatoes and cold cuts were all amazing.

If I was just rating the food this would be a 5 star. However the waitress really marred the whole experience. My husband and I visited here for first time. The waitress made us feel unwelcome, we assumed it may be because my husband was wearing shorts..smart shorts as he had bad sunburn on his legs. We were stuck in the corner and spoken too as idiots despite our efforts to be polite..im afraid I didn't get names but the waitress with bull ring nose piercing and one with Amy Winehouse make up were so rude to us throughout the night..we politely asked the scraps of meat left on our plates..and I mean scraps! If we could take them home for the dog..rather then politely explain she could not allow that as restaurant policy she basicly embarrassed us by making a big fuss about our question and then insisting on taking our plates quickly away from us. It was such a shame as the food was amazing..the attitude of the waitress though ruined the night. Maybe some customer service training is needed.we would have loved to return with a larger party..but I'm not sure I could put up with the waitress attitude again...shame the other staff serving the meat was so pleasant.

We went Saturday early evening as a couple, first time visit.

Started off with having to wait for a table which was ok as the bar served 241 cocktails but unfortunately you stuck to the floor in the bar area.

Hi we came here on saturday night for my mum and dads wedding anverstery never been to a brazililan resturant before so didnt know what expect but was really nice the diffrent meats we had was lovley couldnt fault it cook to perfection. Also the cocktails was so nice pink lady I had they was quite cheap to will be coming back here again enjoy very much

This was our first visit. Very nice place with great staff.

Came here for dinner last week and the selection of meats are excellent. Lots of different choices and you never wait long for the waiters to bring it round. It's a set price menu, and great value for money. The side dishes were not so great as they were cold, and quite a few were empty for a while. Would recommend though as the purpose of the visit was to try all different meats.

We love this place It’s easy for food quality to slip in these places, but not here. Service is great, food is amazing. One day I might also manage to try everything.... one day

Went on a Friday at 6pm. Staff were kind enough to let us in without a reservation (although it wasn't full at that point so it's all good).

I CANNOT BELIEVED I PAID £23.95 FOR A RODIZIO AND LEFT UNSATISFIED AND STARVING BLOODY HUNGRY THE HOT BUFFETT COUNTER WAS COLD THE SERVICE WAS SLOW AND THE MEAT DOES NOT COME ROUND QUICK ENOUGH .

I have never ever been to a rodizio and came out hungry until Saturday don't get me wrong the food when it was served was ok but the wait between meats was around 5/6 mins We arrived bang on opening time so I would expect the chips potatoes mushrooms to be piping hot not luke warm in the end we got sick of waiting for meat . A little tip from me would be more people out with skewers less watching you eat with the phones out .It was a shame cause I really wanted to say great things sadly I cant because £23 per person for what we got was woeful

Slow service in cocktail bar not enough staff especially on a Saturday night. And rude staff with no manners

On Sat 20th Jan myself and my family turned up having booked a table for 8pm for 8 people. Upon booking I was told that the table would probably not be ready till 8.15 which was not a problem as we would wait in the bar. Upon arrival there appeared to be confusion at the reception and suddenly we were told that our table had been cancelled at 6pm by an unknown female over the phone who did not supply her details. No phone number was obtained. We were extremely shocked as none of us had made the call. We were then told that that a table would be ready in 15 mins. We agreed wait as it was now 8.15 but 15 mins would not be a problem. Some 40 mins later we were still waiting and noticed that the table which was being cleared for our party was subsequently given to another group. We therefore made our feelings known and had no alternative but to leave and make other arrangements. I am disgusted by what happened and IMO nobody had cancelled and we were being lied to. The restaurant was extremely busy and IMO they had overbooked and had given our table away. If this is the way you treat your customers you will start to lose them with that behaviour. May I suggest that in future best practice would be to contact the person who booked originally to confirm the cancellation or take details of the caller and ring them back.

Don’t let the view from outside put you off Inside is really well presented, the food is fabulous and the service couldn’t be better Best of all AMAZING VALUE FOR MONEY!

The meat was the cheapest quality meat you could find, absolutely rancid. Salad bar was ok. The waitresses were stood very near our table, and seemed to think it was appropriate to talk quietly to each other and look over at our table constantly. Very disappointing experience, would not go back here and would advise whoever runs this place to visit Fazenda and learn how to do it right.

One of the best meals i have had in st helens! At first drinks ( there is a very extensive cocktail menu choice) and then you go up to unlimited salad bar which have lots of choice. When you sit back down you turn the card on your table to green and the waiters bring all different cuts of meat! The brazilian steak was amazing! Also loved the lamb and even the pork! All cooked beautifully! You can nip up to the salad bar as many times as you like and the meat will keep coming to your table intil you tirn your card back red. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. And the bill came to £80 for two of us and we also had 3 cocktails each! So amazing value! Especially as it was saturday night! Would definately visit again!

I went as part of a works Christmas get together at the start of December. Having booked a table for 8:30pm it was really just and we didn’t get seen to our seat until about 9:15pm. There was plenty of choice on the buffet and some of the cocktails are on offer 2-4-1. The meat started to come round on skewers and all that I tried was delicious, however, you were only allowed each meat to come once to your table so this was disappointing because I didn’t like every option so didn’t feel like I got my monies worth.

Visited tonight with my bf and 2 friends. All had been before and had enjoyed the food, but tonight was a different matter.

Had 13 friends there with me and celebrated my hen night, was amazing food, i will return without a doubt.

Can’t believe some of the good reviews left on here, they’ve obviously not been to a decent restaurant over the last 20 years. This bar service was slow, the toilets were horrible, no hand soap. You sit down and are presented with a pathetic salad bar, with low quality produce and a tray of chips and meat balls, onion rings that look like the ones you cook at home from frozen. Then you sit down and someone comes around with meat dangling off a skewer, they don’t come around quick enough between each different meat so you are left with a big plate of salad and a spicy sausage. The quality of meat is sooooo poor, fat all over and salty, just CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP, had better at kebab shops!!! The chicken they serve is wrapped in a vile bacon and was gross! For £22 per person it was a joke! X The deserts were in a cabinet, 3 choices only and looked like they’d be in there for months. After the meal there was a cheesy disco and about 20 chavs drunk on the dance floor. Never will I set foot in this dump again!!!!!!!!! Save your money and go somewhere else!

The range of meats is amazing and will cook to your liking if you ask. The selection of sides was a little disappointing and not piping hot, particularly as you may have to wait for meat. Overall good value for money.

We booked a table for 7 to celebrate my mum's birthday as most of my family are big meat lovers! It was a Sunday evening at about 7pm when we visited and were surprised to be the only people in there initially as the decor was really modern and it has a separate bar area which is massive including a dance floor!

Stumbled upon this place by chance as we were hungry and everywhere else closed on a Sunday afternoon.
