Stunning! Chef knows what people want and it’s served well and with quality ingredients. Dirty fries are amazing, burgers are stunning and the ‘fusion’ of favourite flavours compliment all the dishes...... If you haven’t tried the Sunday Roast, you’re missing a trick.....BEST IN LANCASHIRE!!!!!!

Incredible food, excellent service and incredible eye to detail. Autistic daughter with sensory issues came in wearing a costume dress (important for later). I asked if we could turn the music down a little due to sensory reasons and the owner was more than happy to help, we order the food and was talking about how my daughter picks from the food that me and my wife order from places she hasn’t been before, not only did he give us bigger portions each to accommodate he also brought another portion of chips separately and said “I think princesses deserve their own chips.” With big chained businesses only caring about turn over, it’s amazing that there’s still really generous people who care about the people that they build the business around. ALL HOPES NO PROMISES 10/10 and we will certainly be coming back all of the time

Perfect service, delicious food, lovely company, not overly expensive for late night snack, lots of good options for picky eaters and people who love to try out new food 100% would recommend.

I was expecting the food here to be good as I have heard so many good reports but I was honestly blown away with how amazing everything was. I ate with family and we ordered the chicken burger with homemade bbq sauce, the tikka chicken burger, fries, coleslaw, gravy ( which is insanely good), mac n cheese and milkshake. The burgers where huge, very fresh and super tasty. The standard of all the food was exceptionally high, I have eaten street food similar to this in most big cities in the uk and this was by far the best, even down to presentation of the branded food boxes etc, nice touch. It is on the more expensive side but well, well worth it. Keep up the good work guys! Thank you.

Up,out and about on a beautiful March morning, my twin brother and I decided to drop into this Bob & Berts outlet, been here before on previous trips to Lancaster, always had a good time and so it proved on our latest visit to here. A great looking cafe,interior is superb, light and airy, eclectic decor and furnishings and plenty of seating options spread throughout this cafe both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and bustling Penny Street, its just a really good cafe to unwind in. We ordered a coffee each, these were served steaming hot, we chilled out and soaked up the great vibe in this busy and popular cafe while we sipped our coffee's. From the first sip till the last sup you can tell they use quality ingredients in their coffee and take great pride in the coffee they serve in this busy and popular cafe, its hardly surprising that this cafe is so popular with coffee of this quality. We both really enjoyed our coffee's in here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting as on every other visit to this particular Bob & Berts we had a great time. This Bob & Berts is easy to locate along Penny Street. Opening hours are; Monday to Saturday, 7.30am till 6pm. Sunday, 9am till 6pm. Well worth checking out if you're in the area or planning a trip to Lancaster.

Top notch food. Great service. Lovely location. We've eaten in all the local places and this is the best by far. Well recommended!

We have had a few orders from this place and some have been good but I do not like mayonnaise and they cannot seem to follow a simple instruction to remove it. Tonight's order not only had mayonnaise on it but the burgers were revolting and undercooked and the chips were just soaking in fat. We managed to get a partial refund through Deliveroo but I doubt we will ever order again.

Hossain is a good chef and is very kind to his customers 😊 Ali said he will make it up for you when he sees you tonight 😉 We will order again if you promise that you won’t forget to put the sauce on the burgers 🍔 🤣

These burgers are so good that they are up there with the best I have had anywhere in the world…so good that my kids are always keen to go to campus to go to Wibbly…but would be nice if they did a cheap kids menu option!

Food took a long time but worth waiting for 2 meals for £12 95. Staff very friendly

What can I say . The youth of today are just lazy and rude. I went to the counter to order as I didn’t want to have to use the machines to place my order for reasons I’d rather not say as they have scan machines right across the counter . To be told straight away place your order on the machine when it would have taken the young girl seconds or may be a minuet yet she couldn’t be bothered so so lazy and then when I made the comment as to why there are scanners on the counter I was scowled at to them her her and her young work colleague mocking me under there breath for making my comment . There just to lazy n don’t want to do any thing these days . As mummy n daddy running around after them need teaching some manners and how to treat customers. Won’t be going again .

Food was delicious, service was fast and friendly. Only (small) downside was that it was quite noisy. Recommended for desserts
