Stunning! Chef knows what people want and it’s served well and with quality ingredients. Dirty fries are amazing, burgers are stunning and the ‘fusion’ of favourite flavours compliment all the dishes...... If you haven’t tried the Sunday Roast, you’re missing a trick.....BEST IN LANCASHIRE!!!!!!

The food was outstanding but the service let it down. Our customer experience wasn’t the best. The staff just need some training and better management. The waitress wasn’t sure what she was serving so one meal went back to the kitchen twice before we realised what it was and who it was for. Would go again for the food as you couldn’t fault it. Compliments to the chef!

Visited at lunchtime, lots of Asian students, very much a cafe style restaurant. Ordered the set menu for 2, it was delicious the waitress Lee explained all the religious connections with the different dishes. We have eaten Chinese food for years and no one has ever explained the connection of certain ingredients to the culture of the country. Massive portions, we couldn’t eat it all. Will definitely go back with our family.

...I reckon so!! Great Burgers and loaded fries during the week...but Sunday is the one to go for! A totally overfacing, delightful ,sharing Sunday Lunch of mixed meats (Chicken,beef, Pork) and 14lbs of veg, with the most amazing gravy I’ve ever eaten ( this needs packaging and selling separately). The kitchen is complimented by the Robinson Family and their brilliant staff, who never fail to deliver. Knocks the spots off anything else in Lancaster (and Lancs) and needs to stay ‘under the radar’ , so we can get our regular fill without the crowds 😉 Seriously, you will have to go a long way to find better!!! Thank you ALL for your continued excellence!!!

We had a lovely meal here. My daughter and i where staying in the hotel few nights.We liked the look of the burgers they where excellent. But they were large got to be the best burger I have had in a long time. The staff and service excellent Highly recommend food

A great place to pass a wet day with great coffee and cakes or food. Staff are bright, friendly and welcoming and you feel welcome here. A great mix of customers and child friendly also.

The food in is always great quality with hearty portions that always leave you fully satisfied. The Sunday roast is like no other with a delicious rich gravy and generous portions of great veg and perfectly cooked meat. Well worth a visit! It can be very busy on a Sunday so I've always been recommended to call ahead to reserve a table.

I can highly recommend the food at the Fusions kitchen. The breakfast was to die for. Build your own breakfast with a choice of various items all delicious. Makes such a nice change from the all inclusive brekky where you get things you'd rather not have. Choose the best scramble eggs ever. The mushrooms and tomatoes were so tasty. Can't wait to visit again. Lovely atmosphere and surroundings.

Passed through Lancaster on a road trip for a spot of lunch and the chance to stretch our legs. Had no clue where to eat and TripAdvisor recommendations weren't the best (one closed venue and one out of most food). Literally stumbled into Fusions. What luck!!! This place was the food highlight of our trip. Unique food, hearty portions and incredible flavours with lots of choice for a veggie like me. Portions are so great, I'd recommend the starters / sharers for a light meal as they're significant on their own. We shared a tempura veg (the best I've had and I've eaten a lot!). Husband had ribs main and I had the korma wrap. Prices were slightly higher than most lunch spots but worth every penny and a steal compared to generic chain restaurant offerings like Nando's etc We'll definitely be coming back next time we are in the area!

Fusions food here at the royal isn't just good, it's like god is talking to us through food . Everything we tried was exceptional but the ribs and wings combo was an epic experience, flavors mingling in a seductive pas de deux. Like an angel was crying on my tongue . The flap jack and brownie stack was the truest form of decadence ! I enjoyed my time with it so much I was concerned I'd got it pregnant. Honestly guys get along and give it a go, all home made , fresh food with decent ingredients , offensively large portions and clearly cooked with a love and passion often missing in restaurant food in lancaster .

Called in with family for breakfast. Excellent service and well cooked breakfast. Choice of menu, eggs cooked well as requested. Extra toast on request too. Will definitely be back.
