The best restaurants serving American food in Newcastle upon Tyne North East

Friez and Burgz (South Shields - tried multiple times to upload pictures of the atrocity you served us so I will repost until I get a Refund!!) ARE you for real having the audacity to take £40 off a regular customer and serving us this??? The driest sausage patties, raw bacon, grease filled hash tots, burnt buns and absolutely stone cold where the cheese hasn't even melted! And then not to answer your phone! Your REGULAR customers put you where you are today - perfect example of greed over quality and customer care.

Food second rate no flavour chicken dish, SERVICE GOOD, Atmosphere nothing special.

First coming to Greggs i was flabbergasted, the smell immediately flew up my nose. The yum yums just hit different, you know what i mean? The sausage rolls, TO DIE FOR! I would spend my whole life at greggs if i could, my kids love it too. Super family friendly.

Great food with a large and highly customisable choice of burgers, sides and drinks. We tried a smashed beef and also a chicken burger both were very well cooked and tasted amazing. Staff are super friendly and explained how we use the touch screens to order. Definitely a place to try if you are in Newcastle.

Great selection of beers and love that they have added shuffleboard and other games into the pub!

Si te alojas en The Sandman, no te molestes con el desayuno del hotel y camina 2 minutos a la vuelta de la esquina hasta The Dispensary. El servicio es tan cálido y amable; verdadera hospitalidad Geordie! El menú tiene un montón de opciones interesantes, incluyendo pollo y gofres y algunas tostadas francesas increíbles. Fuimos por el filete con huevos y los hongos en tostadas. Mi compañero demolió absolutamente su filete y huevos, hablando de la cebolla caramelizada debajo del filete. Me encantaban mis setas; estaban deliciosamente ajosas y los huevos se escalfaron a la perfección. El café era bueno; no estaba seguro de por qué el café helado se servía en el gran artilugio. Les pedimos que lo hicieran por nosotros y vertieran las inyecciones en el vaso ellos mismos, pero, o se perdió la orden o simplemente no hacen eso? Este lugar puede estar bastante ocupado, pero aceptan reservas.

Lovely place it was quite when we visited but I can imagine it would get busy on a match days. The bar is tastefully decorated, and the food looks good

Chicken Salad Box £5.5 A good option for chicken lovers at Newcastle University. The chicken salad was tasty, but it’s a bit overpriced.
