Great prices for such a high quality of food. Burgers and fries are always top notch, also comes with a good selection of sauces and dips. Desserts look great, and there's always a great special on the menu.

Friez&Burgz is such a great spot! The burgers were juicy and full of flavour, and I loved that you get to season your own fries – makes it so much more personal. The atmosphere was chill, and the staff were super friendly. I'm definitely going back again!

In the past the burgers were great, however I've noticed a drop in quality. The buns are always soggy and overly greasy and their chicken burger recently gave me salmonella. What a shame

What smash burgers are all about. Super thin crispy yet juicy patties, tasty proper pastrami. Shoe string onions were nice and crispy, garlic parm sauce was delicious. Great value. Great menu concept. Well worth a bus ride from the city centre. You'll seriously struggle to find a better quality to value ratio in the rest of the UK.

Burger and fries for £6.50 is an incredible deal in this economy And the quality of the food is pretty decent as well Although the customer service was not great and there are only 2 tables for eating in. Otherwise a great place for cheap american style smash burgers.

Absolutely amazing food. The portion sizes are perfect. I am stuffed with a regular burger and fries. They hit the mark with quality, portion sizes and pricing. I felt it was value for money and would 100 percent go back. The service was great and the food didn't take that long to make. If your hungry and looking for food that will hit the mark...this is your place.

Probably heaven of Burgers and it's another 10 stars all around i go for the Americano and it beats a Maccy D, i spent 8 and a half pounds with a drink and its the best burger this lad has ever had

Got myself The Delicate burger with spicy mayo! This was the third visit and I have to say the quality of the food was perfect each time. Staff seemed friendly enough and the prices are perfect.

Absolutely loved the American burger I ordered. I'm a foodie person and intermediate home cook, I used to do lots of burgers from scratch, including the buns and the minced meat. I have to say that this burger made me smile. I loved the taste, the freshness and the portion. Everything was how it should be. I will order from now on every second Thursday. Love it. 👌👌👌👌

So glad this place has opened up while I've been living here. One of the best burgers in Newcastle and for the price I have no complaints. Food is usually always banging especially the beef and chips! Only ever had one sub par burger in all the times I've been. Over all can't beat it for price and a great burger

I went there tonight the food is amazing and the staff are really friendly.the staff are good at what they do I will definitely be going back. I recommend this place if you like a good burger. They also do dessert and cold drinks.

This place is brilliant. Cheaper than McDonalds with better burgers, better fries, and a really simple menu. I eat here atleast twice a month. It's one of the best takeaways I've eaten from.

All around a nice place food is nice too You get no drink with the food you have to add this on. £1.50 for extra things on your burger Can get cheese cake for £3.50 You can sit outside if you would like to eat it there.

If you are after a quick tasty meal, this is your place. I you like Bouncy music while you wait for your meal, then this is definitely your place. If you like Chicken & Chips go here, If I could say anything negative it would be three tiny Fillets & Chips is a bit small for the price as I am still hungry once I finish my food... I know I can order 6 fillets & Chips but the price is higher than I am willing to pay, aspecially when KFC is at the bottom of the hill & the quantity & quality is better & just enjoy the Fries more here than I do at KFC. The lass at the till is super friendly & helpful, really pretty too so that helps & will have a laugh with you when the place isn't packed out which that has been the case on multiple occasions I have been there, actually more often than not if I'm honest,that in itself should tell you how good the place is from the food to the atmosphere, it is in my top 3 places to eat. The other two are restaurants not fast food places so.... I must go here far to often as they already have my order on the screen before I get from the front door to the counter, the only info they ask is how many portions as #1 we all order the same thing & #2 if I want sauces with my order as only one of us has any sauce & he is not always with me. Then it is rang up & I am given a ticket with a number on it which they shout out when your order is up. Simples...

Ordered from your south sheilds shop tonight instead of foresthall because it was are mistake we decide to travel to get are order we spent a lot of money when we arrived home we were meals missing we rang shop but they were not very helpful didn’t seem bothered at all if this is how you treat your customers I wouldn’t want to be one of them so it’s a 0 from me won’t be going back to any if your shops

Disgusting! The chips were freezing cold and far too salty burgers were also cold dry and burnt, very dry chicken fillet things were disgusting odd tasting, would never recommend this place the worst food we've ever had. The woman on the front is very cheeky to customers over the phone, cheeky in person. Horrible Friez and burgz more like freeze and burnt
