Perfect spot on the river Tyne... Fantastic food and wine selection.

Due to sudden illness I needed to cancel my reservation for 2 adults and 2 children under 6 years old. Despite giving 2 days notice I was informed that they HAVE charged me £10 per head I. E. £40. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. Needless to say I won't be back.

when we arrived the girl that seated us was very nice letting us to choose our table, then 5 mins later a family of 4 (2 small noisy kids) were seated right beside us though there were plenty of spaces around for them. asked if we can move, there was no problem as long as we sat to a 2 seater table as we were 2 people. fair enough. 30 mins later a couple arrived and they were out to a 4 seater table though they were 2 as well and didn’t seem to be expecting any more. we ordered a steak each. one well done one medium - the medium was more rare than medium. ok no complain as I don’t mind really. BUT it took one hour for the steak to arrive - unsure if they were chasing the cow to butcher it or why the delay?! when we left (please read above we were a party of 2) we were added a service charge on the bill. for what? for setting next to us a noisy family, for serving us literally 2 glasses of drinks and 2 steak knives? and bringing our steak to the table? fair enough if we were at least a party of 4 with some extra drinks involved but not 2 plus the waiting time for food and not as requested. not happy.

The whole experience was an absolute farce- arrived to be sat on a Sticky table decided to let that slide as we really aren’t complainers we eat out a lot and are quite happy to be £150 + for a decent meal. We had to flag a waiter down to order our first drinks , the menus were absolutely scruffy with dried food and drink on them . Our starters came nothing special the prawn cocktails aren't worth the money my partner makes better at home however nothing really to complain about, every table around us was then asked if their food had been ok but we weren't asked once in the full time we were there. We sat 15 mins + with empty glasses so again we had to ask if we could order more drinks. The main come - my partners fillet was terrible not a decent cut of meat at all his sauce and onion rings were cold we told the waitress and she said do you want it heated up ? My partner declined and told them to just take it off the bill so he sat with no meal. The only person who tried to sort the situation out was Alfie , he offered us free deserts and drinks to apologise however we aren’t about that we would of much rather had a lovely experience, enjoyed our food and paid our full bill with a tip on top for the staff. This place really needs to pull its finger out, this isn’t the way you do things. We definitely will not be returning

The service was ok , the food was tasty , I had ribeye, my wife had fillet. Unfortunately the food was cold, the plates were cold , and the table was sticky. It’s a shame as I was really looking forward to the meal as it was my first visit, and a birthday treat. Don’t think I could recommend it to anyone based on our experience.

Visited Tomahawk in Newcastle for the first time, although some in our party of 7 had been before. We went for a late(ish) Sunday lunch at 3.30pm so the restaurant wasn't too busy. On the positive side the food (overall) was very good, and big portions, although those who ordered their lamb pink seemed to have exactly the same as those who ordered theirs 'well done' The staff were very friendly although at the start a little disorganised which was surprising, as previously mentioned, it wasn't busy. On the negative side the place was just on the uncomfortable side temperature wise but even worse was the volume of the music, certainly not background music normally experienced in a restaurant, much more like you would expect in a pub. The bill including drinks was £295 so not cheap, the wine in particular seems overpriced. Would I choose to go again - No, would I recommend to others - No

Food was lovely, the chateaubriand was a tad small, slightly too much for one person, not quite enough for two. The disappointing aspect was when we had finished our meal but were having a drink at the table a waiter came over and put fresh napkins with cutlery down. Didn't wipe the table and we were still sat there, we still had the table reserved for another 45 mins. Felt like we were being chivvied along to free up the table. Not great.

We visited Tomahawk to celebrate my Dad's 70th birthday (he loves a good steak!) And we were not disappointed! The service was warm, welcoming and friendly. Our server was amazing and the thoughtful touches from the complementary Limoncello to the personalised birthday dessert made the meal so very enjoyable. We asked for a corner table and were seated in the conservatory which was perfect 👌 It was a little loud as there was another table of ladies who were clearly having a wonderful time together, but we don't mind the sound of happy people, and found it just added to the happy atmosphere. There are booths and other tables in the main restaurant if you prefer. The food was absolutely amazing 👏 we could not fault a single item that we ordered. We went for the starters available - bread and olives for the table, followed by a couple of the sharing platters which were more than enough for the four of us. The steak was melt in the mouth perfection. The lobster, perfectly cooked and the sides (there were 8) were simply delicious. We are fans of a coffee at the end of a meal and our server informed us that the coffee machine was not working which would have made us a bit sad. However it seems that Tomahawk also have a great relationship their neighbouring restaurant upstairs, so were able to provide coffee too with no fuss at all. All in all a really fantastic visit - my dad has not stopped talking about it - In fact, we're planning a return visit very soon!

Great place food was lush as always and the staff are very polite and friendly 👍😊 3 courses for £20 well worth it 👌

The whole experience was not good. We visited to celebrate a 60th birthday. 4 of us had Sunday lunch and 1 chose a steak. The pork dinners were only Luke warm and the ‘crackling’ was soft and chewy. My lamb was horrible. Couldn’t cut it with the knife provided. I have no idea what cut of lamb it was from. Inedible. Even the lady who had the steak said it was chewy. I complained about the lamb to our waitress. Her response was to ignore me and walk away. We never saw her again? Altogether a poor and very expensive experience. Not one we would repeat.

Visited for a birthday meal. Great quality food, service with a smile. In a great location, can't go wrong

Came for bottomless brunch. Service was poor and drinks took at least 10-15 minutes to be made. Asked to order another drink whilst one was sat on the table due to the time length it took for them to be made only to be told we had ordered too many so weren’t allowed. Defeats the purpose of bottomless (understandable if we went overboard but we had max 5 drinks each). Wouldn’t go again

Sat and waited an hour for food with no prior warning. When I asked how long the food would be I was told 5 more minutes, 10 mins later I chased it up and then the manager (I think he was called Faz) came over with the food and argumentatively told us that the table had only been open 52 minutes (if we’re being specific it was 63) and proceeded to argue with us rather than apologise. Obscene. They didn’t have any of the sides I requested (2.15pm on a Sunday) and when the food arrived (we ordered a sharing platter chefs recommendation) the sirloin and ribeye were blue and chewy whilst the fillet was served medium, absolute shambles 😂 waitress was lovely though bless her

Booked on a weekend away to Newcastle as we were recommended. The sirloin we had was excellently cooked, we prefer medium to well done, couldn't fault it. I had the creamy garlic mushrooms and brocoli as sides, fabulous. We really enjoyed our meal and would recommend

*Would be 3.5 but felt like 4 was too generous* Service was relatively good. Drinks took a little while considering the restaurant was a bit empty. Also, had to ask for the set menu to be given. Food itself was not the best. To start, the croquettes were stodgy, but presented nicely. Burger tasted quite dry and didn’t have much flavour. Steak was slightly overcooked, but nothing drastic. Chips were good, though. Dessert was strange - lemon merengue pie with strawberry ice cream was unexpected, and merengue wasn’t crispy enough for my taste. However, for a 3 course meal for £19.99, it was worth the price! Drinks were fairly priced, and not more overpriced than other restaurants. Atmosphere was okay, with nice background music. Overall, I would buy the deal again, but would be hesitant about buying a steak/other meal outright.

It was nice I had the fish option but while waiting I was asked so many times if I wanted meat. I wish they gave you a little sign to say no meat.

First night in Newcastle and looking for a nice steak - Tomahawk certainly did not disappoint! What a fab place to eat, and lovely situation on the river. Hubby's chicken was so big he couldn't finish it - a record!!!

The food was great. Cheap 3 course meal for 20 quid and the steak with chips is normally 19.95. Very good

Place was quiet as it's Monday lunch I wasn't expecting heaving. Went to sit in one section, guy realised floor was wet and went flying. Laughed it off and sat elsewhere. Music was loud. A little too loud. Ordered, got drinks and my glass was cracked. An inch long. Couldn't find the guy to inform him and ask for replacement. 30 mins for food, didn't order anything like steak. Mr ordered wagyu burger with brisket hash browns I ordered chicken parmo with onion rings. Food was amazing and the portion size was spot on! Never had such an amazing parmo ever! Could not find the lad and realised he was sitting out the way with another lad laughing and joking about. Sat another 15 mins after plates had been cleared and asked for the bill so ended up walking up to the bar and paying there. A little bit unprofessional IMHO and I and my Mr work in costumer facing roles. Also, bathroom floors were really slippy. Bleach had been used on porcelain tile so a residue has formed causing people to slide. Be careful on any of the ceramic tiled floors! Planning on coming back to try a steak at end of the month, let's hope service is better.

The restaurant was Lovely but I was disappointed in my steak I thought it was quite dry no taste like a steak is supposed to taste

I have always enjoyed a meal here. We had the beef and cheese sandwich with fries it was not good quality soggy more microwave than fresh. Over £50. For 2 sandwiches fries and 2 drinks certainly not worth the money

Booked in for Sunday lunch. Why are vegetables cooked in butter, should be a choice. Black pepper smothered the food. Meat was inedible as very tough and stringy. Male waiter’s breath stank of cigarettes. Will never recommend, it was a total disappointment.

The steaks were not cooked as we asked (medium came as medium-well or even well done) but overall it was nice. The fries were delicious. The waitress did make a mistake with the bill. Overall not bad, but could really be better.

Birthday meal was absolutely beautiful 😍 the meat was cooked to absolute perfection 🤤 I had the sharing platter and was served by Philip. I just want to write a review of how fantastic his customer service was to us, he was very polite and friendly ☺️ I must add though that the chips were not nice at all but we were not charged for them so thank you for that!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at the quayside tomohawk steakhouse, where I was looking forward to enjoying a quality meal with my son. Unfortunately, the evening turned out to be a major letdown, both in terms of the food and the service. Let’s start with the steak, which was outrageously overpriced for the quality served. We ordered a medium-rare tomohawk expecting a juicy, flavourful cut of meat. What arrived at the table was not medium rare, it wasn’t tender and the seasoning was almost non existent. I even had to order a burger when the steak was finished by my son as the steak wasn’t big enough for him! Even though recommended for 2-3 people. The sides were dreadful, soggy fries in the form of chips and Parmesan fries. Mushrooms were ok but as a whole the whole dish definelty didn’t warrant the price tag. As disappointing as the steak was, the service was even worse. The staff seemed uninterested from the moment we walked in. Our server was inattentive, disappearing for long stretches and ignoring our requests We also had starters that were some awful dry so called wagyu meatballs that were obviously not ! The lack of professionalism didn’t end there. When we politely raised concerns about the quality of the steak, the server was dismissive, offering no apologies or solutions. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. Even the simple task of refilling water glasses seemed to be an inconvenience for the staff, who were more focused on chatting with each other than attending to guests. In summary, this restaurant delivers nothing close to what you’d expect for the price they charge. The food was poor! and of inferior quality, and the staff’s lack of attention and care only compounded the disappointing experience. Save your money and go somewhere that values its customers and knows how to cook a proper steak. 3 starters Tomohawk sharing platter The extra burger that took forever (that they wouldn’t cancel ) 2 Pepsi 1 Prosecco 1 beer 1 red wine Was £194 quid. Absolute joke !!! And a disgrace

I was looking for a meat restaurant in the Newcastle area, and I was not disappointed at all! The meat is quality and the service impeccable. Prices are normal, but for this quality it's worth it Finally, there is plenty of room to come with friends or family

Actually last year we tried the same sharing big plate of Steak and seafood in here but today we were shocked as the food wasn't proper at all like lack of seasoning and very tough Steak and we couldn't chewed and even food came to us Cold , it was very unexpectedly and unpleasant night as it was my birthday 😔

Overall disappointed with sunday dinner family of four each finding issues with there meal mainly with the meat which was left over and unfortunate good service though very helpful

Book a table for Sunday lunch been many times and couldn't fault it . Had to wait for a table to be available,then waited a long time for Sunday lunch too be served.Very little meat,one little piece of beef ,little veg to share for two ,even thou one person got the same veg as us.Seem to be cutting back ,not good value for money at all.

Never eaten here before but I’ve heard it was good. However the food didn’t live up to expectations. Lack of available choices for other people in our party (staff came back 3 times to say they didn’t have things) and my steak (porterhouse) was quite tough and anaemic, not worth £50. Service was good, just let down by the food. Think I will try somewhere else next time I want a steak.

Disappointed restaurant week special. Prawn cocktail was tiny and missing the tomato and cucumber as stated on menu. 3 mains came out , chicken came about 10 minutes later as the waiter told us the chef had over cooked it and had to start again! Definitely not the good standard we expected. Wrote an email with feedback and no could even acknowledge it! Wouldn’t recommend to friends now.

We’ve been coming here since you opened for every birthday , anniversary , Valentine’s Day etc and have always loved the food , I especially love the beef dripping chips and always get double of them as my 2 sides and recommend them to everyone . However I was so disappointed tonight as you have completely changed the chips , they are now dry and hard , I must’ve left half of them as they were inedible . You could actually crumble lots of them . They tasted like old chip shop chips that have been left in the fryer for days . I mentioned it to the member of staff who came to check on us and she said they had recently changed them . I saw someone on the adjoining table send theirs back too . To her credit the lady did take our desserts off the bill which was appreciated but I was so disappointed with our meal tonight . This was a birthday meal for my husband and I felt it was spoiled by this . I will definitely think twice about visiting again soon as this has put me off which is a shame as we’ve been coming here for every family occasion for 5 years . Other than that the staff are always lovely , dessert was delicious and it has a nice atmosphere .

Was recommended to me so I went. Steak was nice as was the chips, the creamy garlic shrooms were a disappointment, not so much cream more of a very watery sauce. I also asked for a drink which never appeared. Staff were nice. All in all a nice steak but not as good a competitors.

It’s a lifesaver!, I enjoyed the delicious 3 course lunchtime menu yesterday, seated immediately, restaurant well air conditioned on a hot day Steak was exactly as I liked it, entirely my fault for not chewing it sufficiently a piece was stuck in my throat. A bartender recognised I was in trouble and expertly performed the Heimlich manoeuvre. The staff are well trained and a credit to the restaurant I want to concentrate on how good the meal was, I will certainly return to enjoy my next meal without incident

We came here for my brother's graduation dinner and we had a nice time. The prices are a bit high and I wish that the quality of the sides was a bit better, but the steak itself was well worth it and justified it in my eyes. Best steak I had in a while and I ordered it medium. Next time I will consider a medium-rare steak as I now well trust the quality of this establishment.

Waitress took us to a full area, looked like she didn't know what she was doing and then told us to wait at bar. Slightly embarrassing and not great service. Food however was exceptional. Sunday dinner is the best I've had anywhere.

Sticky table, I asked to be moved the person said they are all like that, the varnish is coming off. Crispy squid there would be more bite in spaghetti. Overcooked steaks, cold sauces! Very sad and expensive.

Amazing steakhouse with amazing service. Went above and beyond to seat my party of 13 at short notice when a booking at another restaurant was messed up. Food was sublime and we didn't have one complaint. Highly recommended 👍

Great experience and our server, Julius, was very welcoming and attentive. I would recommend ordering your steak to be more cooked than you wish as I ordered medium and received a (delicious but) rare steak, otherwise I couldn't fault the food!

Lovely birthday tea - sharing platter and then desert of cheesecake and sticky toffee pudding. Platter was very nice however could have been hotter and steak was undercooked to what we had requested.

I thoroughly enjoyed every bit of the night. The buffet options even for vegetarian/pescatarian dishes were just above and beyond what you’d expect of a steakhouse!

Went for Sunday roast on a trip back to Newcastle, used the be the best place in town but not sure what's happened. Prawn cocktail starter was possibly the worst I've had in a restaurant, prawns tasted cheap and for a tenner I was disappointed. But the main event is the roast itself, went for the three meat sharer. Beef is normally served pink though on this occasion it was overcooked. As was the pork. The lamb was fine as were the accompaniments. Service was as always impeccable and I did mention the starter wasn't great when it was cleared away. Whole table were in agreement it was a let down especially given how good it used to be.

The food was absolutely exceptional. The mushrooms were cooked to perfection. The steaks were how steaks are supposed to be cooked. The staff were kind and friendly. All round great experience. If I’m ever in Newcastle again, I will 100% be back.

Arrived at 4:05 didn't receive our food until 4:55 , food was half cold half hot . 15 people max in restaurant so can't understand why we waited nearly an hour for food

Went for girlfriends birthday and food as always was perfect and fast service - a blonde lady (I assume manager) was excellent and brought out a birthday surprise for my girlfriend, as well as the guy behind bar.

Went for Sunday lunch. Service was very good, and there was a good atmosphere. I ordered roast chicken which was very good. However, my wife ordered roast beef which was anything but! My wife ended up only managing to eat about one third of her beef. Some of it she couldn't even cut and she had to spit loads out because it was too chewy to swallow. Not a good look in a restaurant and very embarrassing. We told the server and he said he would pass on our comments to the chef. Also the service charge had already been added to the bill when it was brought to us. I feel the server should ask if we are happy to pay a service charge BEFORE the bill is brought. As it happened, we asked for the service charge to be deducted due to the poor quality of the beef. Twenty pounds is not particularly cheap for a Sunday lunch, and for that price, the beef should be so tender that it almost melts in the mouth. Especially in a specialist steak restaurant! Almost 4 pounds for a bottle of still water is also pretty extortionate. It's a shame really that my wife's food spoiled our experience because the staff and the atmosphere were both very good.

‘Not Recommended’ My recent visit to Tomahawk will be my last. This is the 2nd time the food has been of poor quality. A party of four, my wife & I both had the Ribeye steak, the steak was full of gristle, unseasoned ‘tasteless’ & under-cooked. The steak was very low grade. I suggest the restaurant increases their prices, so they can order in a quality product rather than the cheap cut of meat they are serving. My brothers steak was a flat iron which was really nice & his wife’s chicken Parma was also nice. Service was excellent as usual.

We went for Sunday lunch . Had table for 2 booked but added an extra person. Had to wait half hr so no problem. Staff were so friendly and helpful but food not as good. 3 dinners loads of veg brought out happy days . Cauliflower cheese to dry to eat stuffing almost impossible to cut. Was ask how I'd like my lamb asked for pink . Was over cooked still tasted nice. There pork just seemed to be chops . They like them, though. Yorkshire puds looked amazing. Sadly, they were cold. The highlight was the roast spuds and gravy. Probably be back for steak not Sunday lunch

First time visiting after many recommendations and have to be honest 😢 we had a poor experience with the food and the service, that was only made right by the very helpful Ron when it came to sorting out our issues and the bill. Because of Ron's professional help and manner, I won't totally dismiss the place.... I'm hoping, as she said, there was behind the scenes issues that day, which, obviously, shouldn't spill over to customers. I will say the 3 of us left hungry and disappointed, but because of many positives I've heard from friends and family in their visits, I would definitely try visiting again and hopefully get the experience I was hoping for. Thank you Ron for your help, and turning our experience around 🥰

We did the bottomless brunch. Staff couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and good banter. Cocktails were lush and the steak was amazing. 100% recommend.

It was actually the Rio Brazillian Steakhouse upstairs that we went to. The food was very good and the service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. There are several cuts of beef served to you, as well as lamb, gammon, chicken and sausages, all cooked to a good standard. In addition to the cooked meats there is a self service salad / charcuterie bar, where you have a choice of numerous items to accompany your meats, including some fish options, rices and cheeses. This is what I would call an experience restaurant, and somewhere you can visit fom time to time but not every week. We were greeted on arrival and shown to our table, which looked out onto the fantastic river Tyne over to the Glasshouse Music venue, the Millenium Bridge and the Baltic Centre for the Arts. There is a good selection of ales and wines on offer and we were then given instructions by our greeting staff member on how it all works. Basically you have what in essence looks like a beer mat on your table, with one side green and the other side coloured red. As long as you leave the mat green side up they will keep bringing food to you. Turn it over to red side up and the service stops. Turn it back to green after a rest and the service starts again. All in all it was a very worthwhile experience and one that I would look forward to doing again, once I have managed to digest the meat feast I thoroughly enjoyed.

Tomahawk used to be our go-to with amazing food and good service but it’s just not what it used to be. Went for lunch for a special occasion recently and experience was ok. We had nachos to start followed by the sharing board (our usual) as it normally has a nice variety with the different cuts. Asked for steak medium and it came out somewhere between rare and medium rare. There was a small mistake and one of our sides came out late, no biggie, it happens. If I’m really honest the steak wasn’t very flavourful. On previous visits we’ve eaten every last bite, this visit we left nearly half. The beef dripping chips were delicious as always, but for a £60+ per head meal (without alcohol) you want to rave about something more than potatoes. Service was ok, they showed us to the table and took our order. Nothing that would make you call the service good though (no warm greeting, didn’t ask if it was our first visit, didn’t point out basics like toilets, didn’t talk about the menu at all—no specials/recommendations, didn’t ask if we were there for a special occasion, didn’t ask about our day and didn’t say thank you or even acknowledge us leaving) yet added a service charge to the bill. I’m always happy to pay a tip when the service is good but common sense should prevail and if there’s been a mistake with the order or service has been lacking, present the bill without the automatically added tip. Place was clean and location is nice, overall it’s an ok place just keep your expectations in check.

Had a really nice lunch, service was excellent. The girl with the nice dress was really great (can’t remember name). We had an issue with our starter (garlic bread) but she was prompt to offer us something else straight away and our main meals were delicious.

Wow! All I can say is wow! The food was fantastic, the drinks were amazing and the service was top notch! It was my partners birthday and they went above and beyond to make it a very memorable evening.

Absolutely perfect night for my partners birthday went as I planned which I had discussed with the staff at tomahawk. Food was amazing and more than what we expected. Staff was brilliant but !!!EXTRA SHOUT OUT!!! To Philip who served us all night and was amazing, polite and humble, he went above and beyond to make our night amazing and he did, very lucky if you get Philip to serve your night. Thankyou again tomahawk you have WOWED us tonight!

Enjoyed a great meal here, everything as expected! Steak was cooked perfectly and sides were great! All the staff were lovely and friendly.

Only gave 3 for atmosphere as it was a Monday night. Place and experience was top draw

Came to this restaurant in Newcastle Quayside for a nice meal out after driving 6 hours for the weekend with family and my boyfriend. The service at the restaurant was great, however, the food, not so much. I ordered a medium-rare fillet steak, broccoli and creamed mash. I ended up with such bad sickness and diarrhea for 7 hours straight that I ended up having to speak to 111. A clinician also spoke to me who said this is a case of food poisoning (which I had already suspected) after going through multiple questions with me. Let me make it clear that I hadn’t eaten anything else apart from this meal. All dignity completely went out of the window after having to drive back with my boyfriend on an almost 6 hour drive in this absolute state which I’m sure most can understand when you’re in a bad way like this, is stressful and potentially embarrassing! I never expected to get food poisoning from an establishment that appears to be popular, but unless you want to chance being in the same condition as I, then I suggest avoiding at all costs!! It has now been approximately 38 hours since the food here was consumed, and I have had to miss work, still feel completely weak and exhausted from the utter stress and dehydration this has put my body through, and have still been unable to eat anything else properly without feeling completely sick to my stomach. Tomahawk Steakhouse, thank you so much for the diarrhea and projectile vomiting, this is something I’m sure everyone wishes to experience when planning a nice meal out with loved ones (clearly not) and I will gladly never be stepping foot in your establishment ever again.

Went for date night as we’ve got no children tonight and it’s not very often we get time to ourselves but what a disappointment. Twice we ordered steak medium rare and this is what they served. After being a chef for best part of 20 years I’m so disappointed at the results. The management were great but the chef is pure pony and trap. Don’t go please it’s a waste of money and time your best of going to miller and carter. Ps the gravy is pure bisto as well. Should be ashamed of themselves. Ah bisto

Friendly staff but food terrible, went for the restaurant week to give it a try but was highly disappointed in the food. Asked for steak to be medium rare and not cooked properly, sent back and replaced and exactly the same. Very disappointed and spoilt our night

Very busy. Great food and atmosphere.

Molly & Ron were really great and made us feel very welcomed. Delicious food and nice music. We had the 3 course with starter, main and dessert.

The big steak sharer is as good as it gets. Top shelf 😈 better than ryther arms 💯

I had extremely high hopes for the Porterhouse having been told that I'd have the best steak of my life here. Sadly, it wasn't the case. Not even close. I asked for medium-rare (which it was, albeit a little close to blue in parts), but there was a distinct lack of seasoning as well as what can only be described as a gentle searing. It was disappointing considering the price and the hype. However, the sides were delicious and the service was very friendly and attentive. For a Saturday night, the atmosphere was also spot on. Regardless of the disappointing steak, it was a lovely evening and I'd have no hesitation in coming back to try again, but maybe state more specifically how I'd like my steak.

This is a great spot on the quayside , large and spacious , great atmosphere, better staff , amazing food Last time we were there we had a couple of small issues ( nothing serious or newsworthy) but just wanted to add that we spoke to a lovely guy called Liam , he was so magnanimous when we spoke , asked us to e nail next time we were in and he would see us there , he did not disappoint , we were treat exactly the same as before , but he sorted out our issues with great customer service , style and fun , he was true to His word , what a lovely man Give him a raise I just wanted to highlight that , as most places just shrug you off with a Sorry, and goodbye , he was polite , gracious and a great host Well done tomahawk All the staff were friendly , I wish I could remember their names , if your on the toon Please go and visit Hull branch take notice

Lucy was amazing, kept checking our drinks for bottomless brunch and the service was great. Very tasty drinks too, food was fast and delicious.

Lovely but the starter we all wanted was out of stock. The server Phil was lovely and friendly. Really helpful throughout the whole meal. We got a great deal through restaurant week
