The best restaurants serving American food in Newcastle upon Tyne North East

Wouldn’t come back. Dirty tables, selection very limited and they took over 15 mins to make a coffee. Ice cream wasn’t bad but staff were terrible

Excellent food, steak cooked to perfection. Table host very pleasant and attentive. Overall a very enjoyable evening.

Omg!! I've lived in the UK for 33 years, and have searched high and low for true Smoked, authentic, BBQ food. I finally found it whilst at the Maid of Stone festival in Maidstone, Kent. I had the Brisket stack Burger and dirty fries. AMAZING!!. They even had their smoker oven attached to their food stall, the smell was driving me crazy.....in a good way. Texas Smokers.....truly the best Smoked food in the UK. Well done guys/gals

The blonde woman at the bar is a pick me. She served 3 boys before me and when she went to the 4th boy who pushed in front of me i said ‘oh sorry it was me’ and she said she doesn’t serve rude ppl who talk over others’…OH GIRL. all the boys started laughing and she looked proud of herself in the moment. utter state tbh. she served another 4 ppl so i waited for a nice brown haired lady to serve me while the blonde continued serving the rest of the boys who pushed in front of me. there was no etiquette or decorum shown on her part…

Normally have a great time here but was visiting during magic weekend, had to wait a while for food to later be told "you'll have to go downstairs because there's been a glitch on the app" in a very abrupt tone, coffee machine wasn't working just need topping up but the manager instead of apologising to the massive queue of people very loudly "you'll have to wait i only have 1 pair of hands" i totally get it's busy and they're stressed (I work in hospital so I really do get it) but especially during magic weekend, Newcastle have hosted this before so the quayside should be prepared to be rammed and have better customer service!

Came in for a sub today, the guy who served me was so friendly and polite. And great at making the sub. Honestly it was a good feeling to start my lunch.

Good mocktails, food standard nothing spectacular won’t be rushing there again, lovely staff. The burger tasted like any other takeaway cheese burger nothing that wow...

Needed a convenient place for food after visiting Dad in nearby nursing home and found the Victory. Friendly and welcoming with a great menu reasonably priced food freshly cooked to order. We all enjoyed our meals and felt very satisfied afterwords. We are happy to recommend.

Highly recommend walking the extra 3 minutes to a different chain as the staff here are rude, incompetent and generally bad at their jobs.

Great location by the water! Huge choice of drinks too all at a good price. Highly recommended if you’re passing to sit outside if the weather is nice.
