A really nice place to have a good time with a group. I wouldn't go here just for the food, but rather for the diverse entertainment options. There are arcade games, karaoke booths, bowling alleys, and several bars. The service is good and the prices reasonable.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience my partner and I had at your restaurant yesterday, where we came to celebrate my partner’s birthday. Unfortunately, the evening was marred by poor service and an overall lack of care from the staff. We arrived at 8:00 PM, looking forward to a special evening, but our food did not arrive until 9:30 PM – a full 1.5 hours later. Initially, the staff seemed to expect us to simply accept the long wait, and for the first hour, we were completely ignored. When we finally approached the staff to inquire about the delay, there was no apology, just a vague mention that they would “check.” At no point did we feel that the staff acknowledged the frustration or inconvenience we were experiencing. When the food finally arrived, the explanation given was that there had been a mix-up with our order. Again, no apology was offered, and at this point, the atmosphere had already been soured. What made it even worse was that other tables arrived after us, ate, and left, while we were still waiting. Given that we were celebrating a special occasion, I had planned to surprise my partner with a cake at the end of the meal. However, because of the long wait, we arrived at 8 PM and didn’t get our food until 9:30 PM. When we received our food, the staff announced last orders, and when I asked my partner if we should order a cake, he rightly pointed out that we would likely have to wait another 1.5 hours to receive it. By then, the birthday mood had completely been ruined. When we asked for the bill, the waiter’s offer of a free starter (£11 value) as an apology felt completely insufficient and frankly, offensive. We came to your restaurant to celebrate, and it was clear that the staff’s attitude showed little regard for our experience. I would have preferred no gesture at all rather than one so trivial in the face of such a poor service. The most frustrating part of this experience was that we could have understood that mistakes happen, but the complete lack of communication, the absence of any apology, and the apparent indifference from the staff made it clear that our discomfort was not a priority. What was even more unsettling was overhearing the staff speaking in a language we didn’t understand while passing our table, giving us looks that made us feel as though we were being mocked. This entire experience was deeply upsetting, especially since we came to celebrate a special occasion. I can confidently say that we will never return to Burger and Lobster again. As my partner said, the customer service here was far below expectations – we’ve had better service at fast food restaurants like McDonald’s. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure no other customers have to endure the same treatment.

Fui a este restaurante como asistir a un evento al lado. La comida era preciosa y el servicio increíble. Precios muy razonables especialmente las margaritas. Sin duda volveremos cuando en la zona.

Been here a number of times, varying in occasions.. Date, night out, work drinks.. But today I visited alone & as always, lovely vibe. Really friendly and chatty staff.

I went there with a group of friends for a dinner. It turned out that the place is much more of a bar than a restaurant. The music was quite loud so it was difficult to talk. However, food was quite tasty and service good so we didn’t regret going there. If I come back it will be for drinks though.

Excellent cheese burger cooked perfectly to our Medium request. Tasty fries, generous portion, enough to share. Very friendly staff, great music. Happily go back if ever in the area. We visited on a Sunday evening and booked a table on line, as it happened it was very quiet with a free booth and lots of regular tables. I would imagine it’s essential to book on a Friday or Saturday. Lots of outdoor seating when the weather is suitable.

I have been to about 3 Wildwoods and the South Woodford one is just as good for food and the £10 lunch menu is great value however this branch has a kids room and although there were loads of kids sitting with their parents enjoying great food those in the kids play room ran riot whilst their caring mums drank wine and were oblivious to the noise. For some the kids play room is the reason to go here but for those who could not get out quick enough from the noise of screaming kids throwing chairs at each other it is a reason to avoid the place like the plague. For me and my daughter we will not return as the noise is just too much.

Yo y algunos amigos reservamos una mesa para el boxeo esta fue nuestra primera vez asistiendo a este lugar y seguro decir que definitivamente no será la última. El ambiente era sobre todo extrovertido con la excepción de un pequeño grupo que estaban siendo extremadamente groseros con un miembro del personal que creíamos que era el gerente, debido a que no querían ver el boxeo, sino el fútbol en su lugar. Este asunto se trató profesionalmente y pudimos disfrutar del boxeo y el increíble servicio que dio este lugar.

15 years ago I would've travelled far and wide to enjoy 1 of their salt beef on black rye sandwiches. Today is a far cry from those glory years. Gone is the focus on quality and delicious food. Welcome the age of cost cutting. Over the last so many years they have slowly but surely started cutting corners wherever they can. First it was the discontinuation of bread choices. Now it's a simple white or brown and a noticeable reduction in the size of the slices. But worst of all, going from a sandwich loaded with salt beef and a whole pickle on the side to what I had today, what can only be described as a sad excuse for a sandwich. A pitiful amount of salt beef and a few slithers of pickle. In fact, the layer of mustard spread onto the bread was thicker than the meat filling. It was completely inedible, and I had to throw half of it out. All that for £10. What a joke. Avoid at all cost!! This place used to be great but they are now nothing more than a rip off. Go to Pret, go to Waitrose, go absolutely anywhere and you will get better value for money and tastier sandwich.

Thanks for selling Salaam cola and the beat chilli sauce in town. However, We bought wings chips and chicken burgers to take away for tonight’s family dinner. We had Wings and chicken burgers but they were old and smelled of old oil which made the chicken smelly and inedidible. Although the fries did not smell of old oil, all the chicken did. Please do not cook with old oil as it is unsafe and can create serious illness. The quality has really gone down. This was the third complaint made as the last two orders were also underwhelming. I will be going elsewhere as consuming old oil and the smell is a big no no. Please cook with good ingredients so that you can restore trust in your customers. I rang up and spoke to the owner straight away and he apologised but Is still serving unsatisfactory food. Prev I also called but no changes. I will be going to KHF now.

Pedido harina de pollo entero con 2 lados 2 bebidas , no se le preguntó que lados se le dijo que estoy teniendo 2 un montón de patatas fritas y cuando dijo que no quiero patatas fritas se le dijo que no consiguió nada más , también al comer pollo (salir precocinado en 4 ) luego cocinado más 1 sección era vil y con sabor a apagado , atención al cliente porquería de comida y creer que las críticas son falsas
