Great service in a relaxed location. Food very delicious, with interesting and unusual flavours. Tasty refillable soft drinks and excellent bottled sauces that are free to use, ala Nando’s.

We came for lunch after seeing Art of the Brick for my son’s first birthday and we were really excited well looked after! The staff were so kind and gave us free birthday churros for our little guy and sang happy birthday! The food was so yummy and the whole experience was just awesome

Ordered three tacos and the nachos to share. Plenty for two people and the pollock was our personal favourite. The hot chicken was fantastic too. Spicy margaritas were a highlight. Really good experience

Banger of a place, nachos sweet & spicy, salad bowl was delicious with pork. Fish tacos needed more lime or something tart ??and beef burrito was overloaded with meat. Dairy free chicken tacos (there is always one) . Only crap thing was the chilli fries. Frozen crinkle cut fries with a spoon full of dry seasoning. Can do a lot better and the portion size was ok the low side. Would come back but wouldn’t order the fries

Great spot for casual dining. You order using an app but staff are very attentive and available if you need help or have allergies. Food was really tasty and flavourful. Great service too.

Drinks are superb (Frozen Margaritas). I must say I love the choice of tortilla that is used for the tacos as it folds well with the filling..meat is juicy from the chicken, pork all the way to the beef Our Server Lewis has made our first time the most memorable, and DF Tacos has now become a must anytime we are in London.

It’s far from where I leave, but I really love your tacos. I wish you open one I’m stratford city as there are many restaurants in this area. Nothing like DF taco just tortilla which is boring just burritos. I’m missing steak and choritzou

Had a really lovely lunch here. I had a chicken rice salad which was so good. Lots of different tastes and textures. I could eat that every day. Other half had some great burritos. Washed down by a couple of Corona beers. Easy to order online at the table using the QR code and fast delivery. Would recommend a visit.

The style of service here really let it down for us. The food was quite good - we tried the tacos (chicken was nice, fish ok), salad with chicken (average) and guacamole (very good) and it was filling and ok for the price. But it’s a self service restaurant where you have to get your own cutlery, sauces and drinks, and place your orders online. This means you have to create an account, which takes time, and the menu if you have any dietary requirements is not easy to navigate. I asked one of the staff a question and felt like I was being a huge inconvenience to him. For this reason we wouldn’t go back. There was also a strong smell of bleach where we were sat, which put me off my food.

Your tacos are incredible, full of flavour and not very expensive for the portion you get. Different service as you would get in any other place, but we are in 2023 almost, so innovation is the key. Will come back to try different food and churos.

I booked a table for my Christmas team and we had such a good day. We had a deal of £5 margerita and the menu was about £15. Very quick service and the team even sing my birthday as I brought a cake. Thank you it was a pleasant surprise.

I came to DF Tacos on a Saturday evening with friends. It's a shame you can't book a table for small groups, but luckily there was a table free. The restaurant looks really trendy and is great for casual dining. We ordered the DF Nachos to start and they were delicious, we nearly ordered a second plate! My fish tacos were also very tasty. In fact, all the food we ordered was delicious, great value for money and a good portion size. I'm giving DF Tacos 5* purely for the quality of the food!I wouldn't recommend for an occasion meal or date night as it's very transactional. You order your food and drinks on the app, then cutlery, drinks etc is self-service. However, this is perfect for a quick bite to eat!

i've lived in the area for years and finally decided to try out DF Tacos. i like the casual concept, with bottomless soft drinks (including some lovely homemade juices, i highly recommend the hibiscus) and ordering on your phone. the portions were big and filling, we didn't finish all our sides. great place and excellent value for the area.

Lovely wee tacos- fresh and interesting flavours. Cheesy chips were too good, but the portion of chilli chips was cold and pointless (just chips with a chilli salt on them). That aside, we enjoyed. I still have an issue with paying £30 for a fast food snack for two, but that’s the way it is! I paid £1.40 for a thimbleful of guacamole. We’d go back as it was fun and tasty and just what we wanted that particular night.

I've been two days ago and I really like this place and the music. My friend always told me to go as she is usually going on Mondays but this time there was good vibe young people and I had fun as waiters are very nice and not pushing you to leave like in other places when booking. The reason it was unexpected was because I have been to DF tacos on Tottenham Court Road before and had a great experience as the food was delicious and staff were friendly. However I took my family this time and won’t be going back again as the food wasn’t the same, chips come cold, asked for ketchup and got an empty bottle and no Diet Coke. Also, the buttermilk tacos tasted like fish, fair to say I will not be returning:(

The coronavirus safety measures implemented such as windshields between tables and swapping the ‘self-order’ service with a ‘waiter comes to you’ service made me feel pretty safe. The atmosphere is really nice with some music making it a great place to bring family or friends informally. The waiters and waitresses are super friendly but can be really clueless or absent minded. We had to remind them repeatedly to bring glasses for our drinks, plates and cutlery for the food and some napkins. The food taste pretty good but didn’t really feel fresh. The nachos and tacos came out lukewarm and the beans, vegetables and dressing all tasted lukewarm. Overall, I wouldn’t come back here again but I would ONLY recommend to come here if you can snag the 50% off eat out to help out. Otherwise, walk towards soho and you will find tastier and better priced food.

Vine a tomar una copa y algunos bocadillos con un amigo el viernes por la tarde. Los procedimientos de salud y seguridad relacionados con COVID 19 son muy cuestionables.Había algunas camareras que no usaban la máscara correctamente. Uno de ellos, tomó nuestra comida del paso, la puso sobre una mesa, tocó la máscara para ponérsela correctamente, y con esa misma mano nos trajo esa comida.Además, meseras / meseros, acercándose a las mesas, evitando por completo la distancia social.Comida muy normal para el tiempo esperado.

Es la primera vez que voy un jueves por la noche y no te sirven para cenar cuando deberían permitirte hasta las 11 en punto cuando el restaurante cierra. Muy, muy decepcionado. . . No volvería a ir allí porque no me llevaron a comer adentro, solo fui por esto.

Estuve ayer por la noche en Shoreditch y todo fue un desastre. La camarera fue muy grosera conmigo. Como pude ver, no se estaban tomando en serio su trabajo. Pedí mis bebidas porque nunca llegó, comida fría porque tardaron demasiado en entregar nuestros platos.¡Te piden que te higienices las manos y ni siquiera se cubren con una máscara o un escudo cuando sirven la comida! Además, el personal de cocina no estaba usando nada.

Fui para un muy buen cumpleaños de amigos. Era un lunes por la noche, así que eran tacos a mitad de precio. Lo recomendaría para algunos lugares a los que ir un lunes por la noche, pero puede ser costoso si fue otro día. También es muy práctico si eres un grupo grande y estás pagando individualmente como pagas primero. Generalmente un ambiente tranquilo y hace lo que dice en la lata.

Nos quedamos en Brick Lane por una noche y tropezamos con DF Tacos en el camino de regreso a nuestro hotel desde Spitalfields. Estábamos tan impresionados no solo con los tacos sino también con las margaritas y las papas fritas con queso. ¡No puedo dejar de pensar en esa salsa de queso! ! El concepto y la facilidad de autoservicio fue excelente y la velocidad de servicio excelente. El personal fue encantador y esperamos que DF Tacos decida abrir en nuestra ciudad natal.

Stumbled upon this place while wondering Brick Lane. It’s hard to pass up tacos and the atmosphere looked fun. The food was amazing. excellent.I had the steak and chorizo tacos and a raspberry hibiscus margarita.

Met some friends after work for a few drinks and some tacos on a Monday. I love the area anyway and know it well but had never been to DF Tacos. Fantastic value for money on a Monday, I got four large battered fish tacos and some chilli fries. The tacos were delicious, adding some of their hot sauce for an extra kick. Rest of the group were equally impressed with their selection of pork, steak and beef. Chips weren't anything to rave about, I probably wouldn't bother with them again but otherwise everything else was perfect. Friendly staff and good vibes.

Ho pranzato a DF ad ottobre 2019. Locale pulito, ben arredato e piacevole. Ho trovato una cameriera che mi ha accompagnata al tavolo, poi sono andata ad ordinare alla cassa. Personale molto gentile e disponibile (visto il fatto che all’inizio non comprendevo il meccanismo dell’ordinazione, ma mi è stati spiegati molto cortesemente). Dopo qualche minuto mi è stato servito il piatto, burrito perfettamente caldo e gustoso. Mi sono servita alla postazione drink, decisamente conveniente come idea. Prezzo nella norma, direi anche economico per Londra e per la qualità del cibo. Ci tornerei senza dubbi.

I was lucky enough to be recommended this restaurant on a gluten free blog and I am yet to be let down by her. This place was awesome. Had a little check online before visiting and noticed the clearly visible gluten free menu. Its great to have a completely dedicated Gluten Free menu. It makes it so much easier for deciding what to eat. You haven't got to carefully look at each dish to see whether it has the lovely GF sign next to it. Also as my Boyfriend isn't gluten free we can both look and compare so we can maybe share some dishes.

I went here for the first time with a group of friends and I was surprised at how good the quality of food was. We shared a few Tacos Platter and sides such as pinto beans and cheesy fries, which were delightful and reasonably priced. We also ordered a jug of frozen margarita which was okay but could have been better. Would definitely return as the food was great, especially the chicken tacos!

Me pasé toda la noche ocultándole el pastel, que no sirvió de nada, nos sentimos apresurados a irnos y nuestro amigo ni siquiera consiguió una canción de feliz cumpleaños. Por gastar más de 100 en una comida, esperaba al menos sacar el pastel de la caja y la bolsa. ¡Estoy indignado y realmente decepcionado! ! Todos hemos trabajado en hostelería. . incluso si hubieras empezado a cerrar (aún había algunas mesas que terminaron su comida) 1) Avísame cuando pida que lo saque, lo entendería por completo, o 2) ¡Saca el pastel! I've been there with my girl friend and a friend of mine, we try the tacos, tapas and burrito and I can say that it was very nice, fresh and perfectly spicy. Price ok.

Have been following this place on Instagram for a while and finally got to have lunch here while down in London earlier in the month. Great variety of food and drinks and ordering at the bar can either be face to face or via a touch screen if you don’t fancy talking to anyone. The fish tacos were gorgeous as were the crinkle cut fries (why do crinkle cut always taste way better than standard fries?!) loved the drinks station with the huge sink of ice and a huge range of condiments to go with the food.

This place did not live up to expectations. I thought the slow cooked beef tacos were really good but everyone who got the tacos faced the same problem- they were too juicy and messy to eat. The chips were not done well. I asked the waitress if i could just order a side of tortilla chips minus the guac and she said she couldn't because it wasn't set up on the system.

OK, let's start from the fact we are talking about a diner, no real service at the table (well, actually you order at the counter, and the waiters are bringing you the dish, so not bad).

Let's talk about the concept first. It's self-service which means once you're seated, you're pretty much in control of your dining experience - you order the food from the self-service till and help yourself t bottomless drinks from the refill station as well as any hot condiments. It's like Nando's meet Wahaca.

Was a nightmare to get seated as they were struggling with their new tills, and took forever to order food as it seemed like there was only 1 guy working.....HOWEVER...when we got seated, our food came in lightning speed, and it was AMAZING Nachos, fish tacos, cheesy fries and chicken burritos all amazing fresh and yummy. Great casual atmosphere and not pretentious. Good prices too, especially for London. Big shout out to one of the staff NICK....he was working under so much pressure doing 20 jobs at once with all the till issues, and he didn't stop smiling. I hope management read this as he is a credit to the company!

Came here after a few drinks when spitalfields market was closed. I find it’s hard to get decent Mexican in London but this place does great tacos. I had the fish and my friend had steak and cheese. Good value not fancy but good quality Mexican and just what we needed.
