I went to this BURGER KING with friends who go very often and who surprise me every time with their new arrivals and the sandwiches that I really like! the staff are very kind and very, very understandable. Very often they have offers not to be missed! I would happily return.

Fui esta noche de postre con mi novio y mi hijo de 7 años. Al llegar, no sabía que tenías que esperar una mesa porque no había ningún cuerpo allí, y la mujer detrás del mostrador dijo que perdona que te conseguirá una mesa. No me gustó eso desde el principio. Entonces pedí un helado de sundae para mi hijo y pedí dos veces salsa de chocolate en él. Teniendo en cuenta que el helado cuesta casi £ 7 y tiene que pagar un extra de £ 1 por un pequeño chorro de salsa. Nos sentamos y esperamos por nuestra comida, todo vino menos el helado. Mi novio se acercó y dónde estaba y había estado sentado allí en el congelador todo el tiempo. Luego me preguntó dónde estaba la salsa, y ella dijo ‘no hay salsa es extra’. Grité y dije que sí pagué extra, a lo que ella luego me miró con la mirada más boba que he visto y dijo que imprimiré su recibo. Dije si está ahí o no, pregunté dos veces. Ella me miró de nuevo y dijo ‘lo haré esta vez’ como si fuera una especie de vagabunda que no podía permitirse un £ 1 extra después de ya gastar £ 30. La actitud era apestosa. No vas a volver no deberías estar trabajando en hostelería sin una sonrisa, parece que no soy el único que piensa que esto tampoco se sale de las críticas. El hombre del personal era encantador y quiere enseñarle algunas lecciones de su libro.

Oh my awful awful awful...Brian the manager needs to come forward and pre warn people of waiting times, then customers are forgiving!! 😡 Young staff working hard but no manager coming forward..I demanded a partial refund as half my order was wrong or incomplete.. Shambles, should of remembered my son had to walk out the only time him and his family had ever been in and never been back since..Mcdonald's get some help for manager for goodness sake.. ps seem to prioritise drive through. Obviously need to employ more staff. Come on Head office I

Disgusting staff made me look stupid because they got order wrong ! Ordered a Might Bucket for one when I got to pay she wanted £!7 !! When I told thats not right she started talking about a APP ? I ordered just now on drive thru ? Then another clueless member of staff asked whats wrong whilst another member of staff stood behind her laughing ! In the end I gave up as none of the staff had a clue what I was talking about.Awful place avoid

Ordered £22 worth off food on deliveroo as I was at my sisters and with the road closures thought it would be easier to have it delivered (rather than take my 6 month old out in the cold) an hour and 40 minutes it took to be delivered when the initial waiting time was 30 minutes! The delivery guy was lovely but McDonalds was at fault, tried twice to cancel my order but was told it was being prepared, it was like warm, won’t be going again as when I do visit they miss orders or don’t get the things we order right! Crap service too!

this is a clean location with good parking; That is it. The staff walks by people when they are waiting to place orders. Now I ordered a new Chicken sandwich which is advertised on your web site and on TV as $3.99 but when you drive up it is marked $4.99 and that is what you are charged. Why? The sandwich itself is not bad. It is the service that kills the taste. No discount for Vets or Sr.Citizens. All the other placed do it. Never a smile. Work is very slow. The soft drinks are priced higher than the compatition. so get your staff in line and the place will be better.

We ordered 1 hamburger (no pickles), 1 mayo chicken (2 mayonnaise & no lettuce), 4 chicken nuggets, 1 ketchup, 1 large double cheeseburger saver meal, 1 medium fries & 1 large fries. Our meal was served cold, the fries had no salt on and were stone cold. The hamburger came with no mustard/ no onion/ no ketchup. The large double cheeseburger came with no mustard & no onions. I would understand if the restaurant had no pickles/ no onions or no mustard but it doesn’t take a genius to get a staff member to make customers aware that there isn’t any of this incase they may want to change their mind and want something else.

1 out of 5 staff just not good enough the order was short boneless filet and dips meal. The dips didn’t appear with the order. The chap who took the order in the first place couldn’t speak much English which you’d have thought was a must given the job. This isn’t the only time I have had bits missing from previous orders. Only use the place once in a blue moon, it’ll be a long time till I go back there if at all.

I often come to Tim Hortons to sit on my computer working whilst having a cheap drink. What I noticed today was how exceptionally clean it was. I am often happy that I can work somewhere that is quiet during the day and where the food is cheap but what stood out to me more than that was the cleanliness. As I worked, I noticed a young woman going around cleaning. She was so thorough as if she took her job seriously. Rarely do you see anyone in any restaurant taking such care. She cleaned every part of the restaurant barely being noticed by anyone and I was so inspired by her work ethic and dedication to her job! She should get a pay rise! I saw her name was Rebecca and so think she should be honoured for the hard work she does. I want to say thank you to her!
