The best restaurants serving American food in England

Such a shame as KFC is the better option for a take away but Ellesmere Port is a joke. Orders are never correct, I ordered 3 chicken wings and got 33 (jackpot), but many drive through orders are missing items discovered when you get home. The reason I left this review is because yesterday I got home to find no top bread bun. Whoever made this knew that this was missing, what’s the point of a Zinger Burger when it’s not complete. Absolute joke of a store.

More often than not one's order is missing items. This has happened more times with this store than I can remember. We normally order through Uber Eats but wont again.

Pedí un boleto vía Uber Eat. Supongo que 4 trozos de pollo con papas fritas. Recibí solo dos pequeños trozos de pollo por los que me cobraron £ 9. 98 (el precio de 4 ) . Traté de llamar pero nadie contestó. ¡Las 2 piezas de pollo más caras! Robo de luz de día ¡! ! ! ! ! ! 😡😡😡

Wish to feedback on the wonderful Barista Diane today in St John’s Wood. What a true delight. So bright and bubbly with nothing too much trouble for all customers. A true gem

Evitar a toda costa. Solía ser un cliente habitual de La Habana. Esta vez he pedido en Deliveroo. La hamburguesa cursi King todavía estaba en el menú, pero enviaron otra hamburguesa aleatoria completamente diferente. La hamburguesa que enviaron estaba empapada, grasienta y totalmente repugnante. El queso hamburguesa era horrible, y ninguno de los rellenos era como debían ser. No se molestaron en llamarme para decirme que ya no hacían la hamburguesa cursi de rey. El batido de chocolate y dulce tenía un sabor diluido y sin sabor. Creo que han cambiado de manos y la comida no es ni de lejos de la calidad que era seguro decir que han perdido un cliente habitual. Tan decepcionante como esta fue mi comida favorita, pero realmente es simplemente horrible ahora, evitar a toda costa.

Starbucks: Totally bloody awful. Food cold, coffee gross. In future would go somewhere else - Even KFC and that is as bad.

Absolutely disgusted with how poor their customer service is. Paid over 17.00 for loaded fries. The chips were rock hard and inedible it was like they were raw. Messaged them directly and was ignored 5 times. They eventually came back to me saying they would check with their managers. That was two weeks ago and been ignored again. Never going back

I ordered a large oat milk cappuccino extra hot, but ended up with severe cramps and on the toilet for the rest of the day as I am intolerant to cows milk. I now realise that they must have put the wrong milk in my coffee as there was no label on my coffee and after reading the reviews for this store there is very similar reviews. Good job I am not allergic to cows milk as this could’ve been fatal. Won’t visit this store again

Poor customer service on Monday 19th May - we ordered two sides of mac 'n cheese and two sides of fries along with drinks. We always choose to eat here when in Westfield and have never had any issues but when our buzzer went off and I collected our food only one mac 'n cheese was there along with the fries. I was told the other mac 'n cheese would be ready in 5 minutes. We ate the food, had our drinks and still no second mac 'n cheese - this was at least 15 minutes later. Went to ask for a refund and was told it was almost ready. Really poor customer service, the kitchen wasn't busy so not sure why the order wasn't ready together and will definitely think twice before visiting again.

By far the worst Burger King I’ve ever been too. They took forever to make our order (over 30 minutes) and they even messed it up by giving me the completely wrong burger, and when I went to get it changed they assumed I must have made a mistake with the order when the receipt clearly said they got it wrong. The staff member was pretty bad… I’d avoid this Burger King at all costs.

Honestamente no estoy seguro de por qué todas las críticas aquí son tan negativas, como estudiante en york street john uni con mi alojamiento a solo 5 minutos a pie de Starbucks soy culpable de venir aquí a menudo, ya sea solo o con amigos es un pequeño lugar agradable, nunca demasiado ocupado y el personal siempre es agradable.
