Burger King - M61 Services in Bolton

By far the worst Burger King I’ve ever been too. They took forever to make our order (over 30 minutes) and they even messed it up by giving me the completely wrong burger, and when I went to get it changed they assumed I must have made a mistake with the order when the receipt clearly said they got it wrong. The staff member was pretty bad… I’d avoid this Burger King at all costs.

Great staff! Fast effective communication! Hot food was very happy with my meal. Very friendly atmosphere.

I went here for Lunch and it was a good experience. The staff was Lovely and Food was Nice And fresh. Loads of Parking Spots and Loads of places to sit down and eat.

Salty chips moldy bum and cold flat tiny burger for 17 pounds meant to be double with bacon. Unbelievable. The tiniest single burgers should of been duo burgers double with cheese and bacon iv been totally ripped of by rivinghton burger King horwich Bolton.

I came here for a bit to eat on the way up the motorway. I ordered via the computerised terminal. There was a short wait for my food even though I only ordered a portion of fries and a portion of onion rings. I assumed then, that the food was being cooked fresh to order but I was wrong. The chips were ok but the onion rings were cold, stale and chewy. The seating area was filthy. There were spillages and food everywhere and the tables were sticky.

Freezing cold chips which were replaced but with zero customer service..an apology would have gone a long way. Cant find an option to comment on the services themselves but the food court was filthy!

2 cold burgers and stale bun taken back. Given replacement again within 60 seconds and was cold with stale bun again. Sure they are meant to cook burgers to order as flame grilled 🤔 Went to complain second time and bloke said “Well, nobody else has complained Pal” Told Them didn’t want refund or another and left. If you fancy cold , stale burgers then this is the place for you. Otherwise avoid 😡😡

Stopped here in desperation, starving. Services were very quiet, food cooked to order and was way above BK average. Chips delicious. Well done M61. Would not hesitate to stop here again.
