They leave the chicken out so it's not freshly fried - the chips are good - but the chickens batter is bad

Late delivery. No apologies and no explanation, delivery time jumped from 55 mins to 1 hour 40, I assume they had lost the order. These things happen but its really poor customer service that no refund or apology was offered, they clearly expect the customer to just suck up their bad service.

Staff too busy chating to customer who already been served. Waited at least 5 minutes before I had to approach the staff if they can serve me. But staff wasn’t interested so I left with out a purchase. Going to Starbucks now!

Not surprised at the other bad reviews. Rude staff, desperate to grab your money.... Not happy how i was spoken to, the way they fronted us as we walked in and how he rudely pointed as well. Been to most of the shisha places round liverpool and the staff are always welcoming and respectful. Not here though. Won't be coming back.

Disgusting papas and the girls were brought cold pancakes, I can't even say that they forgot to bring them!

CCTV in the women’s toilets beware. It was a complete shock to see the camera over the first toilet cubicle. Surely it’s not legal to do that. Ladies be very cautious about visiting this place

How hard is it to make a sandwich honestly the food was shocking the sides were freezing cold absolutely disgusting tried calling them and nothing

I made an order an hour ago for collection, we came to collect the 2 pizzas. I’m very sick, i wanted to order delivery but they don’t provide delivery for the area where we live, so had to come and collect it. Now we came, and they said ‘they gave our pizzas to someone else by mistake, because they had a similar name. They are sorry.’ I asked how can this happen? They said ‘they had a similar name’. I asked ‘don’t you ask for their order number when collecting the pizza?’ Their reply was ‘no, we don’t, it’s his mistake.’ Then they asked me for the order number I clearly said I ordered an hour ago so they have time to make it as I don’t feel well, I don’t want to wait for it in the car. Then now, they told me they will make it just now. I’m very disappointed about this service!

Just never open. Closes whenever it feels like it and always out of ingredients. Staff are lovely and they make some nice sandwiches but not being open at peak times is wild.

This place has a great atmosphere and the BBQ is very decent for London (only Bodeans is better). Staff was very friendly but restaurant always seems very quiet which is a shame. The BBQ pork sandwiches are amazing!

Ordered €23 euro worth of takeaway and I don't think I'll ever be back - it was awful yuck!!!!! Used to love Dinos but obviously standards have dropped big time.....

the delivery was assigned for 230 then the app changed it to 330 driver delivered at 330 problem was being changed this affected my plans

The inability to put the promo sauces in your order is quite impressive. no matter how many times I have ordered the share box and selected the sauces they never put them in. At this point, I think they do it on purpose

Was not happy with the delivery driver. He was rude and in a rush. Ended up leaving my food on the floor outside the house as I am in support living and couldn’t unlock the door without my carers who were literally 2 minutes from the door. Not happy with this driver! Food was good though. Thankyou
