The best restaurants serving American food in England

My second time visiting here The food is 10/10 The service everything was on point My partner said his boil bag was banging Will be visiting again soon

I believe that the venue doubles up as a lunchtime cafe (when I visited) and as a bar for the Symphony Hall evening performances. Light and airy with efficient friendly service and some local specialities such as the Birmingham bacon cakes as seen in the BBC Hairy Bikers programme. Mostly tables and chairs, with some fairly uncomfortable seating at small booths - thankfully these had ordinary chairs as well as the booth style. There are short lunchtime concerts through the summer - on my visit for 20 minutes - which appear to be very popular

Bought 2 cinnamon and sugar pretzels, came home to find out i was eating only bread. Hardly any cinnamon or sugar on it..when you pay £11 for 2 pretzels with no taste…yes you write a bad review and never buy again… complete rip off…

The food was good not great with good service. A solid performance if you like. Would not set the world on fire but alright

Second time coming here, constantly good service. Our server this time, Taylor, was very friendly and helpful. Food is great. It's the only food place still open at EK that's worth going to really.

Order a mother fupper and spicy fries and it was great … a bit messy, but decent burger which it should be for £12. It’s moved now and isn’t at the Dog House.

Popped in for a quick lunch. Midway through my order a manager started telling off the person taking my order advising her of an error on another customer's bill. The conversation between them progressed into a full blown training session all whist I was waiting to complete my order. With no end to their discussions on the horizon I simply walked out. Pathetic service !

I go here all the time and it amazing! The chicken kebab is so flavoursome only once have I had the chips and a saveloy and the chips was lovely but unfortunately the only bad thing to say bad about it was the saveloy, just tasted bland ! but since moving here I always go in there and the staff are lovely and now always make sure to get a chicken donner kebab taste just like if not better then GDK

Absolutamente espantoso, los trozos de pollo tenían un tinte marrón, entonces cuando se examinaban estaban empapados, goteando en aceite, debería avergonzarse de llamar a KFC

Tuve otra experiencia fantástica en Chickaros Ladypool carretera. Nos atendió una señora encantadora llamada Sadia que era muy amable y educado. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la comida en la que se manejaron con tanta gracia! Toda la comida era deliciosa, el servicio era excepcional y me aseguraré de volver una vez más! ! gracias : )

Visitamos aquí por primera vez en 3 años anoche para una celebración familiar y no podría haber tenido un mejor tiempo. El personal de camareros era amable y servicial, las hamburguesas deliciosas más allá de la creencia y las bebidas muy agradables. Restaurante limpio y no demasiado ocupado y ambiente perfecto. Volveremos pronto!

When something goes wrong and you make a complaint the Manager Saima Tabassum refuses to deal with it she will ignore all communication with you! Very unprofessional and ignorant of a Manager even calls customers a liar! Be warned she is v unprofessional as a Manager!
