Tasty Fish Bar Ltd in Harlow

I go here all the time and it amazing! The chicken kebab is so flavoursome only once have I had the chips and a saveloy and the chips was lovely but unfortunately the only bad thing to say bad about it was the saveloy, just tasted bland ! but since moving here I always go in there and the staff are lovely and now always make sure to get a chicken donner kebab taste just like if not better then GDK

We’ve used this chippy so many times but after just being charged £12 for a chicken and halloumi wrap I don’t think we will return !! That seems very pricey for a wrap to us and the wraps were quite thin compared to normal. £24 for two wraps is a meal out ! Shame because we’ve used this place lots

I would like to compliment tasty fish bar, old Harlow! It has a lot of negative reviews, but I have had several meals from here over the last few months and cannot find any fault with their food, they are very polite on the phone, never had a rude member of staff! The food is delicious and reasonable! Would recommend you try for yourselves. I’ve had fish n chips plus kebabs and food has been great! Chips are of high standard. Delivery service is very quick, not much to complain about really. 10/10

After ordering a large shish kabab I was sent a pitta bread And salad , no meat I phone the shop to tell them the lady on the other end was so rude I will not be using them again them wanting more money from me for there mistake Please do not use this place

Awful food, and think it’s pathetic that they have left 9 reviews for each fish bar in Harlow very pathetic, let your food speak for itself rather than rating all other fish bars a one

We ordered fish & chips burgers and nuggets and was delivered, the delivery time was much faster then the time advised with was a bonus to us as we had very hungry children. The food it sell was piping hot and delicious 5 stars keep up the fantastic work

Stopped there Friday night for our fish and chips to take home always very good food and very nice owners

The food here is absolutely amazing, best in all of Harlow, I would recommend it to any of my family and friends.

Unsure about some of these reviews, but I’ve been getting food from here for many years, chips are great, kebabs are delicious, staff are always friendly, promp deliveries etc and the same staff and quality I’ve always experienced.. Will continue to return - will be ordering grub for the family again shortly 🤩

We have got our fish and chips from here ever since we moved to harlow it is always cooked fresh and the people that own it are very nice always smiling and happy . we have also had the chicken and lambe would recommend is as one of the very best

My husband and I had a doner kebab here and it was very below par which left us very disappointed indeed I would not try again

Popped in to get a fish takeaway supper a couple of Fridays ago. Was charged £5. Lovely meal. Really enjoyed the food. Popped in again last week, same order, was charged £7.50. Thought must be larger portion of fish and chips - no, the same. The fish was dry, no flavour, chips not fresh either. Will not return.

Ordered chips and a vegetable spring roll - got them home to tuck in, Chips were 'old' and the spring roll had meat in it. My first taste of meat in 30 years. I'm not happy at all with this.. Won't be coming here again.

Had a donor kebab, tasted and looked liked it had been reheated so many times. Was hard and dry. Chips were ok

Never ever ordering from here again!! The Service was Absolutely appalling, not only was the order incorrect but the food was stone cold and the women on the phone was SO RUDE!!! When I phoned up to query this she started Shouting at me and then put the phone down on me. When I tried calling back the phone was constantly engaged. Was very quick and Happy to take my money though wasn't you!!!

Been here twice wrong order both times food was cold phoned to complain and got shouted by staff when I phoned they said I hadn't been there to collect food and they hadn't served anyone yet when I had been there just thirty minutes before.

Food is cooked and served fresh never greasy best fish chips around .. also kebabs are tasty.. service is always friendly happy and good place to go for local take away

Great service. They allow you to put your own halen a finegr on yourself. Lots of choice and reasonably priced. Quite big portions.

We use the chippy as we find its the best one around here. Even the fish cakes are lovely compared to other places

Staff are always very friendly and happy and pleased to cook any fish you like ,also one of the best shish in the area .

A local chippy in the middle of the Old Harlow High Street that does great kebabs (+ chips, burgers, etc.). Mainly take-away but you can eat-in (from a plate) as well. Been going there for years. Consistent good quality. Nice staff.
