Food was fine. The attitude of the girl in the staff was really rude. She had no sense of how to speak to the customers politely and her facial expressions were very rude while answering any questions. It was more of a directing/ordering attitude rather than serving and being hospitable.

Lovely food & delivered perfectly

the cookies from both of the meal deals were missing, although everything else was there.

Not fault of staff, must be training, salad was pitiful, less than a handful of lettuce and other toppings, about as much as would fit on a 6 inch sub

My food never arrived? I’ve been waiting almost two hours and then the status changed to delivered. Where has it been delivered to? And why was there no delivery information. The order never arrived.

The food was really cold, wasn't impressed by that considering I asked for the sandwhich to be toasted it didn't seem like it had been!

My order was on time, the third time! A salad and two small sides to take as long as it did. Then, when tracking my delivery driver was in church Langley 😂 requested a refund for our sides, £3 something…a joke! Not the first time. Get a Maccys

Went into shop to get some food staff were rude and moody as soon as we walked in there was no seating and couldn’t eat in this was shocking

A good subway. Better then a few I've been to. Google asked has it changed. Yes. I dont like the new add signs over ya head as they change and I'm trying to look at kids menu then it disappeared. So I prefer the old static ones. And they now they can't make a decent tea just put the tea bag in add water hand it over.

Driver took 25 mins for a 5 min drive! Not sure what was going on there! Obviously food was cold so had to bang it in the microwave! Wrap was lovely

What’s the point of ordering for a delivery at a certain time if you’re not gonna prepare the food until that time. Also watched the delivery driver head in completely the wrong direction taking him twice the time to get here. I now have 5 mins left on my lunch break to eat.

Wasn’t toasted, freezing cold sandwich

There was a long queue, there was one staff member who had such an attitude she was dirty and her long sleeve cardigan was allover the subs when she was preparing them, I had to ask the manager for my sandwich to be remade because of hygiene reasons, the rest of the staff were polite. I would never spend another penny at that location.

Failed to get the order correct. Having to request a refund.

Ordered two subs in person at around 6pm midweek. There was only one operative making the sandwiches and unfortunately this meant that the first toasted ‘Sub Melt’ was stone cold by the time the other one was ready, as meatballs needed to be heated up which took forever. The staff were friendly and attentive, there just weren’t enough of them.

Placed order at 9am for 12 o'clock delivery. It arrived at 1:35 and the order was incorrect. Don't take large orders if you can't fulfill them.. and don't prioritise walk ins. Absolutely disgusting service. Would score 0 if I could.

Two small scoops of tuna in a 6 " Barely tasted the tuna and seemed like yesterday's batch Shop could do with a deep clean and hoover

Food was delivered early but we asked for 2/3 subs to be toasted and they weren’t so we had cold subs! Tasted awful won’t bother again as only like toasted

1 I asked lettuce mayo and pickles in it it I had one pickle no lettuce at all two deliver driver throw it me no manners at all iam total disgrace I want my money back

Ridiculous Subway! First off the breakfast subs are always unavailable so they clearly don’t want to sell these. Secondly they are more expensive in every item than all the other subways in the town. Don’t bother with this place and use one of the other subways in Harlow.

The food quality was good but there were so many items N/A to select. This included salt and pepper along with half the drink options.

Unfortunately, it is always hit & miss on whether they have coffee available.

I am absolutely appalled by this service, the delivery driver couldn’t find my address and prompted to tell me my address was wrong even though it very obviously isn’t!! proceeded to then have a go at me down the food. disgusting. food has now arrived stone cold. will not be using again.

Food came early, everything I ordered was there! My sides were still hot when delivered and everything tasted great!!

driver was estimated to be at the store at 13:22pm and didn't show up until an hour later where my food would've been cold. I call the store at about 14:00pm asking if they had an update they said it was ready for 40 minutes so they offered to remake it if the driver shows up he eventually makes it to the store at 14:20pm and then had to wait for the food to be remade and I didn't receive the food until about 15:00pm and the food ended up being made wrong.

Food was tasty, coffee wasn't good.

delivery driver was not capable of following simple instructions. food was not prepared properly and was delivered freezing cold. drink were layed on side.not enough sauce in BLT was really dry.

Food was good but…..so fed up of takeaways using the just eat drivers. Wish they would use their own drivers. Just eat drivers are always foreign and have no idea where anything is in the town and rely on sat nav’s. That’s why delivery takes so long and food is always cold and sometimes never even turns up if they can’t find your place.

Delivery times changed multiple times, food also turned up stone cold. Not ordering again. Also called up and only said its the drivers fault.

If you like a sandwich 🥪 😋, it is a big variety. I think it is a little expensive 😕 😅 but is only my opinion 🤔 😅

The place was clean, and there were at least 5 members of staff serving the customers, so there were no long queues like some other branches, food was also fresh and tasty. Thanks, keep up the good work 👏

Oder missing, not the first time

App says order has been delivered but it has not. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Very, very disappointing 👎👎😕😕

Subway melt biggest rip off ! Tiny cold and well !! That’s me done with subway £25 for one ok roll 2 bags crisps 2 drinks and 2 cookies and the melt thing 😮 never again

I Have to say i have been going here for many years and the regular staff that work there are amazing , nothing is ever an issue. I always have salads and they always go the extra mile to make it. just wanted to write this review to say the service with a smile is always the best. all of the staff are always helpful

Extremely poor service, roughly 30 minutes to get two foot long subs. Extreme in my opinion given the fact there was two people queuing ahead of myself and they were not at all busy. Used to be a very good place to grab lunch, but has massively declined over the years. Never have I known when ordering a sub to be limited to only one choice of sauce?? In past years I remember being able to have whatever I wanted, a shame really but not much more to expect from a heavily franchised company.

Completely Wrong filling in sub, no cheese, bread was hard and dry, two bites and in the bin it went! will never use these again!! I mean how can you mess up a sandwich? Especially for the price you charge, not acceptable!

2023 update, new staff still politeand friendly, tried the new Sub Melts and thet were delicious. . 2022_____Nice friendly staff, subs are awesome.

Terrible! Ordered a salad which was almost inedible. Pretty much a whole box of lettuce stumps and red onion. Definitely wasn’t the double meat that I paid for and had about a teaspoon of dressing. Complete rip off. Won’t be ordered again

Staff was friendly and polite but the food was not OK we took a cheesy bites which were soggy and sandwiches were left a lot to be desired. The only nice thing was a cookie and coffee.

So glad that a subway local to me has brought back breakfast subs, awesome. Some good and some bad about this order. Firstly it was delivered slightly earlier which is always good and the food was top notch. Only bad but ended up a positive was I ordered a foot long and a six inch and 2 foot longs turned up! Nice surprise. Also no option to buy 3 of the white chocolate cookies as a bulk item which wasn’t good. Can buy the others but these you have to pay for individually. Overall satisfied customer

Delivered on time but the quality was very poor. Ordered a salad and instead of the usual plastic salad bowls it was served up in a cardboard box. The portion size they gave was ridiculously small considering this cost over £8. Lost a customer now sadly because of cut backs and penny pinching.

It's a Subway. You get what you ask for. Staff friendly. Place is clean.

Used to be a great place, but lost its way on customer focus. Purchased 3 sandwiches, crisps and 2 bottled drinks, to eat in. Asked for a cup so 2 young boys could share a large drink bottle and told NO, its part of the stock…. WOW.. seriously. Maybe a reason why subway was empty and independents are doing well.

The cheese bites we’re rank, but the sub was spot on

I went into the subway and I was served by karim and he didn't greet me and I asked for two subs he took a minute to get them from straight behind him I asked for a veggie patty to be toasted and it took him 5 attempts to get right he was extremely slow and had poor customer service and the cheese had meat bits on it and pasta sauce aswell he didn't change his gloves before serving me and was so quiet that I didn't hear him

Food was ok, staff were friendly however the place is filthy! I honestly don’t know how they get away with it, I don’t mean like lunch time mess on the floor I mean like behind there advertisement stand was disgusting hasn’t been cleaned in ages, in the corners were build up of dirt and thankfully I went to use the toilet as I was leaving because the toilet is something else. The toilets over the town park are cleaner than these. There is literally no excuse to let a toilet get like that, it puts you off eating there, this is what they let you see I can only imagine what their work space looks like! I personally won’t go back there, they need an inspection.

My partner and I mostly visit the Edinburgh Way branch due to it being local to us. The quality of the food is consistently good, we haven't had a bad experience. I do want to make special mention to the staff because they're always friendly and polite. There was a recent altercation involving a very rude customer, he was being abusive to the members of staff for absolutely no reason, but staff didn't rise to it and handled the situation very well...so kudos to them, hopefully these incidents are rare as they don't deserve that! My only criticism is this branch and possibly others lack atmosphere; the interiors need modernisation and music...perhaps a Subway radio station taking customer requests? We choose how we want our sandwiches made, why not our choice of music? Just an idea...
