Subway Harlow in Harlow

New machines are slow and one doesn’t work, they got my order wrong somehow. Also a lot of ingredients said out of stock but they had them so I had to ask them to add on extra. The steak was watery and ruined the bread

it was cold, ordered large Waffle but not even half the box was filled, the Chipotle cheese balls were soggy

NEVER GOING BACK ! I loved this Subway was the best around but they decided to brake something that was working well. For some reason you can no longer order at the counter. Have to use a screen no choice. Also the deal that I went there for they will not honour. So don't trust the app or there new screens took me 10 mins or more to order only managing to complete the job as a helpfull member of staff helped. The screens don't all work kick you out half way in to the order. It's terrible so much slower. I can't even half and half a foot long now would have to get 2 6inch. So so back. Here is hoping they change it back or at least make it optional. Or this was the last time I will ever go there. Only stuck it out for the kids or I would have walked out. Food was slow getting to us.table is broken and rocked all over spilling drinks. From best to worst. Thanks to the young chap who did apologise but it's not staff fault.

Food is the only good thing about this place. Staff are rude and clearly don’t like there job being rude to customers forgetting people’s orders who are waiting the new machines are terrible too one out of service and 3 that just are slow and glitchy

I love subway it’s always been so good and whatever you have it always tastes nice. But today I went in for the first time in a while and they have screens to order and you don’t order with the person anymore. I think it’s a bit of a shame, especially because now it takes so much longer for the order to be ready and they got ours wrong. My sister had the steak melt without onions and peppers and it came with onions and peppers. I ordered the meatball marinara which was really nice and chipotle cheese bites, which were not good and I had to ask them to heat them up, they still weren’t good.

Food was cold. Only 3.50 back from £14 order. Do not recommend

Extremely disappointed with the quality of food at this particular location, missing ham in BOTH BMTs, salad box had a tiny amount salad and meat, was missing the sauce, and there was a short black hair embedded in the salad. I called the store and was not offered an apology, refund, or to re-make our order. Subway’s prices have increased throughout the years but unfortunately the quality has gone the opposite way. Won’t be ordering from this branch again, Staple Tye is much better!

The salad was a joke, barely anything in the box, also missing the sauce. The BMT is also missing ingredients. £40 for 3 people and it’s well below expectations

Ridiculous, gave us the complete wrong order

Went there today and they have a row of tablets to place your order on, right in front of the counter. Hate it, absolutely hate it, get rid of the tablets. This might just be my last subway.

The food is typical for subway sandwiches good enough to go back, the chips were soggy and barely cooked. The food was okay it was the state of the place! every table empty but covered in food and floor was a joke! looked like it hadn’t been swept in days

Have no issues with the staff and feel sorry for them. You have to order via a screen which is rubbish, it takes twice as long to get your food and it’s wrong so you have to get the staff to change it. Won’t be using any subways going forward with this stupid system that they have installed. Its a shame as the staff have always been helpful. You can also see the additional stress it causes for the staff. Very bad subway, not looking after your staff.

Is there a shortage of salads? The worst salad box Iv ever seen, and half a tea spoon of guacamole.. not worth the price at all

Went today and was helped by Danielle who was amazing! 3 stars are for how wonderful she was Unfortunately subway have decide to add these screens in ‘ to make service better’ they do not they are a complete waste of money for subway to add them in. It has taken away the person touch subway had where you would chat and watch as your sub was made. They have now replaced that with screens which have given it a move robotic feel. My best memories with subway are from when I was young watching the stand which be made and talking to the person making it. This screens idea has taken that away.

Missed 1 of our 3 subs and no answer when we called the store to see if it could be delivered, family member had to miss out on their food.

Hate the new self service tils reason use subway get to choose what we want unable to do that now WONT BE USING EDINBURGH WAY AGAIN .WHAT A DISAPOINTMENT

It took ages to arrive, the time kept changing for the delivery slot. Food was cold by the time it got here, sadly wouldn't recommend. Shouldn't take that long. Have requested a refund as it was cold and bread was soggy.

Absolutely shocking, the staff have no idea what's happening and gave me bread with basically nothing on it.

The first bad experience I’ve ever encountered at a subway, the staff are very blunt, rude and not welcoming at all.

TOASTED footlong was more wet than my clothes coming out the washing machine and stone cold, Dorito chicken triangles was stone cold and whole thing cost me £20

My delivery driver collected my order, left Harlow - then came back into Harlow 10 minuted after collecting my order. It arrived and everything was cold and almost inedible from how soggy it was from being left in the box for too long. Im autistic and texture is a big issue for me when eating. This food was wasted and I didnt eat any of it.

I cannot believe that someone made my margarita slice and thought it was acceptable!??? I wish I could add a photo to show how much sauce and cheese is on the bread. It’s a foot long and I don’t think there’s even enough for a 6 inch!! RIDICULOUS!!

Food was fine. The attitude of the girl in the staff was really rude. She had no sense of how to speak to the customers politely and her facial expressions were very rude while answering any questions. It was more of a directing/ordering attitude rather than serving and being hospitable.

My food never arrived? I’ve been waiting almost two hours and then the status changed to delivered. Where has it been delivered to? And why was there no delivery information. The order never arrived.

What’s the point of ordering for a delivery at a certain time if you’re not gonna prepare the food until that time. Also watched the delivery driver head in completely the wrong direction taking him twice the time to get here. I now have 5 mins left on my lunch break to eat.

There was a long queue, there was one staff member who had such an attitude she was dirty and her long sleeve cardigan was allover the subs when she was preparing them, I had to ask the manager for my sandwich to be remade because of hygiene reasons, the rest of the staff were polite. I would never spend another penny at that location.

Ordered two subs in person at around 6pm midweek. There was only one operative making the sandwiches and unfortunately this meant that the first toasted ‘Sub Melt’ was stone cold by the time the other one was ready, as meatballs needed to be heated up which took forever. The staff were friendly and attentive, there just weren’t enough of them.

Placed order at 9am for 12 o'clock delivery. It arrived at 1:35 and the order was incorrect. Don't take large orders if you can't fulfill them.. and don't prioritise walk ins. Absolutely disgusting service. Would score 0 if I could.

Food was delivered early but we asked for 2/3 subs to be toasted and they weren’t so we had cold subs! Tasted awful won’t bother again as only like toasted

Ridiculous Subway! First off the breakfast subs are always unavailable so they clearly don’t want to sell these. Secondly they are more expensive in every item than all the other subways in the town. Don’t bother with this place and use one of the other subways in Harlow.

The food quality was good but there were so many items N/A to select. This included salt and pepper along with half the drink options.

I am absolutely appalled by this service, the delivery driver couldn’t find my address and prompted to tell me my address was wrong even though it very obviously isn’t!! proceeded to then have a go at me down the food. disgusting. food has now arrived stone cold. will not be using again.

Food came early, everything I ordered was there! My sides were still hot when delivered and everything tasted great!!

driver was estimated to be at the store at 13:22pm and didn't show up until an hour later where my food would've been cold. I call the store at about 14:00pm asking if they had an update they said it was ready for 40 minutes so they offered to remake it if the driver shows up he eventually makes it to the store at 14:20pm and then had to wait for the food to be remade and I didn't receive the food until about 15:00pm and the food ended up being made wrong.

Food was good but…..so fed up of takeaways using the just eat drivers. Wish they would use their own drivers. Just eat drivers are always foreign and have no idea where anything is in the town and rely on sat nav’s. That’s why delivery takes so long and food is always cold and sometimes never even turns up if they can’t find your place.

Delivery times changed multiple times, food also turned up stone cold. Not ordering again. Also called up and only said its the drivers fault.

If you like a sandwich 🥪 😋, it is a big variety. I think it is a little expensive 😕 😅 but is only my opinion 🤔 😅

The place was clean, and there were at least 5 members of staff serving the customers, so there were no long queues like some other branches, food was also fresh and tasty. Thanks, keep up the good work 👏

App says order has been delivered but it has not. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Very, very disappointing 👎👎😕😕
