the food was amazing, can’t beat it. unfortunately it did take quite a while to arrive, but it was definitely worth the wait

food was really good although by the time the just eat driver delivered it was all stone cold

whole rack of rib smaller than a cats rib and it was not made on a grill thanks for nothing

We ordered 1 meal & 1 kinds meal and some ice cream. £32 and half the order missing and delivery was pushed back

food was delivered to an address on the other side of town ! Restaurant was unhelpful and said to contact just eat and also had no way of contacting driver ! So somebody got a lovely free meal ! Followed the driver on the just eat map .

What has happened to the food in this place ....where is the decent burgers you used to sell and where are the cheesy chips . Used to love this place not anymore

ok, so ordered from here last week and it was brilliant, ribs were lush and chips were crispy as we like them, so this week got 2 portions of chips as they were so good, but not so good this time, ribs were ok but the chips were soft and soggy, absolute pants tbh will think again before ordering another time !

Absolutely awful customer service! An item was missing from our order. The restaurant claimed they were too busy to send it out. Asked us to pick up..what’s the point of a takeaway. Could give no compensation. Shame as food delivered was actually good but can’t recommend as customer service is so bad it’s not worth it! They had left an 18 year old in charge on a busy Sunday night…will not use again…clearly bad owners..absolutely awful customer service…avoid!

Part of order missing, phoned outlet and was told I would have to collect as they have no drivers. Stated not happy with this and not prepared to drive out since delivery was what I wanted and had paid delivery and service charge for. Asked to speak to manager, put on hold then cut off. Took 4 calls before my call was answered to which the supervisor informed me they were too busy tonight and messed up our order. On top of this the supervisor was 18 with one other staff member on duty. Poor service and poor quality checks prior to sending out via driver (the receipt clipped to the bag also listed the missing item valued at £14 and main meal for a family member). Not impressed at all and shame on management having such young staff to run the business.

Awful experience. Didn’t deliver the main part of our order. When we contacted them to tell them they told us they were too busy to deliver and hung up on us. We were having a family movie night and it totally ruined it as it was too late to arrange for anything else. Very poor. Won’t order from them again.

Most of the food we ordered was lovely, however one of our burgers was completely burnt and was not enjoyable to eat. The chips were also very soggy and seemed undercooked.

Superb quality, I had ribs and onion rings both impeccable. Even though onion rings are deep fried they were not saturated with grease and tasted so good. Ribs fell apart and were melt in your mouth soft with a beautiful BBQ glaze. Excited to order something different to try next time. Yes a little more expensive but i felt the quality deserved it

The Sriracha burger was delicious, the chips on the other hand was too SALTY.. You should state their is a service charge on your MENU …

The food looked unappetising. The bbq chicken came in lots of different pieces and was poor quality. The children’s meals were also missing chips, the restaurant didn’t take responsibility and I wasn’t able to get a proper refund. Wasn’t worth the money, won’t be ordering from here again

Food was amazing! Burgers were juicy, chips really cheesy. Presentation was even good. Loved the little notes on the boxes too. Thanks for a great meal.

Ordering a delivery to my lorry can sometimes cause problems but not with Serial Grill, food was delivered early and piping hot. Although the food was reasonably tasty the chips were slightly soggy and the burger patties were bland, they were crying out for seasoning..!! However this will not stop me Ordering again.

Food amazing. It is a bit pricey so will just be a treat rather then a regular thing due to this. I literally live with 50 yards of it and have to pay for delivery (2.99) feels like robbery to me but like I say the foods amazing

I had the siracha mayo burger I felt it could of done with more seasoning the burger was slightly overdone so not juicy like I expected, the chips where soggy not very crispy just thrown in a box with loads of American spice which made them too salty so I couldn't eat them. The boneless fried chicken stripes where very nice and where the best things I ordered. I feel the price doesn't warrant the quality overall I was left full as I ate the burger and chicken strips just not fully satisfied delivery time was perfect and all the food turnt up hot so I can't fault that maybe just a lil off night with my order I will try again soon

I don’t normally leave reviews but this place deserves it! The best burger I have ever had, I visit America every year and will try as many burgers as I can and this beats it!! The food was hot, fresh and tasted so good! Will definitely be recommending and ordering again!

Absolutely one of the best delivery's we've had in a while. We had the ribs and double patty jaw lock burger! Food was amazing only downside is that we now can't order again?! Despite having the same postcode it says we're too far away and because you can't collect or order from anywhere other than just eat we can't order again! Which is very sad indeed

Amazing. Delivery was quick, about half hour. The ribs were great, perfect texture, still a bit of bite and cut perfect. The buffalo chicken was beautiful, nice kick to the heat but not too much. Fries were also fantastic. A new favourite in town

Wow absolutely incredible food! Ordered the SG Double Patty Jaw Lock. This was the ultimate burger, cooked so well and the taste was phenomenal, also had the Cheese Fest Fries which were also amazing! Fresh food, cooked to order. Would definitely order again and recommend to others 😊

Who ever left a bad review about flavours, sauce was too much or something. Clearly they only eat food with salt and pepper and need a better pallet. WOW this is the best burger / ribs I’ve had in Harlow! Highly recommend the kraken burger. Will definitely be ordering again!

Food was very good however the fact you can only have it delivered is odd hope they get it sorted soon cause having to pay a 2.99 delivery charge is stupid especially when it's being prepared in a chip shop that you walk in to order and collect from??

Well I don’t think I will be ordering from here again. The burger was the only thing that was any good. The ribs were warm at best and I also don’t remember ordering a whole bottle of sauce sauce on them. Chips had way to much seasoning on them to even eat. And the chicken was lovely but there was no rub on it. Very disappointing considering the other reviews on here was good.
