Loaded Burgers N Kebabs in Harlow

I have ordered several time from loaded and they are usually very good. Yesterday the chips were cold and the burger had deconstructed while in its wrapper. The burger was still tasty but I was a little disappointed

Chips are usually nice and crispy but they were cold and soggy. The wings were also cold.

Wouldn’t even give it a 1star!! Disgusting!! Took well over an hour and half and turned up stone cold and not what I had ordered! It looked a mess and wasn’t eaten! Tried calling back but went to voicemail! AVOID

Food was 20 minutes late, cold and dry. Patties were too thick and dry, we are also missing a drink Use to be my favourite burger place don’t think I’ll be ordering again unfortunately

Tonight I ordered from here for the first time and stupidly forgot to change my location from Harlow to Bishops stortford for food while I was working. The delivery driver - Omer called me and we realised my mistake. And after speaking with the guys at the shop, they agreed to kindly drop my order to stortford. I felt so silly for doing this but so greatly appreciated the effort that shown by driving the 20 minutes to deliver my food. The kindness and understanding really sat with me. At that point I didn’t care if the food that I’d ordered was cold when I got it because I just appreciated Omer coming when he could have easily declined. BUT my food was still hot, the flavour was incredible. I thoroughly enjoyed everything I’d ordered. I had such a positive experience that I was eager to write this review (I NEVER review places I shop) and share with both, loaded burgers and kebabs and any future customer in hopes that this kind of experience can reach others and, encourage such a business to flourish more. Could not recommend the food and workers more. Well done Loaded Burgers and Kebabs and Omer. I look forward to my next order with you!

Order never arrived but took my money. Had the cheek to hang up on me when finding out where the order is after and hour and half.

This is burger perfection. The patty is succulent, the toppings are fresh, and the bun is perfectly toasted. I will order again Highly recommend 👍⭐

40 min to 50 mins quoted and turned up hour and half later, chips were cold, chicken bits were frozen and not even a refund as apparently cant claim for that through the app

I order many times, and they get worst and worst. Last time sadly, I ordered a few weeks back and still waiting…my app shows heading my way 🙄

Ordered for me and my children. The latest it said it would be delivered would be 6:30. It didn't come until half 7 by that point the food was stone cold, my children were asleep and didn't eat that evening. Offered no money back and awful service. Definitely do not recommend. Feel generous to give 1 star.

The food was stone cold considering I live 5 minutes away it dont make sense the chips were still hard in middle too much mustard on the burger that my partner couldn't finish it literally smoothed in it..... kebab was freezing I still can't understand how the food is cold when we live in the same cm20 postcode...not ordering from here again avoiding 🤢

Burger were Juicy and not over cooked, chips were good too.

I ordered hoping it’ll be something special, chicken bites are made out cheap chicken thighs (literally biting into the chewy bits) the burgers are tasteless! Donor meat is old and dry! Definitely avoid!

Such a long wait for delivery time! Food was late and cold and absolutely shocking with delivery updates!! Don't bother ordering, its a waste of time and money!!! They are lazy didn't even bother to carry out customise reqiests and just lie about driver breaking down.

Me and my partner order from here quite often but to are disappointment we ordered two burger meals and it’s arrived after some time on further inspection the fries was soggy and undercooked, the burger buns was soggy quite a disappointment as we really liked coming here and we pay quite a bit for what we get we will maybe consider some where else from now on

Nice smash burgers, for the Kapsalon I'd recommend cutting the doner into smaller pieces.
