We had a good time there, the service is very good.

Ordered food for delivery took over a hour to deliver and didn't come with any dips disappointed

Pop in to have a lunch time buffet. Good selection of pizza and fresh throughout our visit.

We went for the lunchtime buffet, and unfortunately, our experience fell short. It took 45 minutes for a child’s gluten-free pizza to arrive, despite having to ask for it twice. By the time it finally came out, everyone else had already finished eating. On top of that, the ice cream machine was broken. Initially, we were charged full price for the meal, even though we couldn’t get dessert from the ice cream factory. We had to point this out, and while the manager was helpful and did adjust the bill, it was a bit frustrating to have to ask. The waitstaff seemed to be mostly students, and while they were polite, it felt like they weren’t fully invested in their roles. Overall, not the best experience.

Best Pizza Hut I’ve been to in a while. Friendly and efficient staff!

This is based on a thursday visit. Week ends are crazy and rating would be a 2. Covid is finished, why do we still have to use QR code and place order ourself is beyond me. On this occasion, after slogging for 20 minutes, trying to place order and pay. System froze, had to ask waiter to do it anyway. Another issue i have is that you are asked if you want to leave a tip, you don't have to, but why would i, if i do the job myself? Anyway, food was good, quick and hot. Salad bar is great, refreshed often and clean ( depending on messy customers who don't give a crap) Will go back during the week only.

Went to pizza hut in harlow and we had to wait 40 minutes before getting glasses for refill drinks and we still had to ask 3 times, no one told us we had to order with QR code and we had someone with allergies with us. When it came to kids wanting their ice cream it took twice to ask for the bowls and then had to wait longer for the spoons. Extremely poor service any time I asked they would then ask someone else to do it. When I asked for birthday cake to be bought out the guy went off and sat down to eat his pizza and have his break so I then had to chase this up again.

Food was greasy and the restaurant wasn't as clean as it could be.

I feel quite ripped off - there was literally a single piece of mushroom, two pieces of peppers and a single piece of onion in each slice of the pizza we just ordered! The pizza cost £10 for literally bread dough and some sauce, the few toppings listed above and barely any cheese. This is daylight robbery Pizza Hut and I won't be returning!!!!!

Pizza Hut never disappoints! The pizza was fresh, cheesy, and full of flavor. The service was quick and friendly, making the experience even better. A perfect place to enjoy delicious food with family and friends. Highly recommended!

Me & my wife only used this restauraunt today so it was our first time.I rang up beforehand as my wife is gluten,wheat & dairy free so its not easy to book a meal locally.We were clearly told there was a few options available to her for lunch.We were pleasently greeted by the front of house staff...who couldent do enough for us,i opted for the buffet ,drink & desert for £15...my wife had a gluten free base ,vegan cheese hawaian pizza...which she loved..oh forgot to say the salad cart was well stocked ,fresh & had a good variety & was super clean ...This just gives us another option re a quick pop out for lunch...10/10...

Very greasy pepperoni pizza but delicious cookie dough pudding

Waited 15 minutes to be seated, no server, order beer got cracked glass, asked for another but no luck. No manager controlling things, no explanation on how to order, was very disappointed after the 5 star service we had at Pizza Hut Cardiff. Unfortunately, Cardiff is not my local outlet, so really disappointed.

Was welcomed by a young member of service staff, shown to a free table. He was very polite and friendly.. Food was good.. same as salad bar and ice cream factory.. would defo take the kiddo again..

Booked a table and still waited ten minutes to be acknowledged and seated. Ordered via app. Mains came quite quickly and then we were forgotten about. Waited an hour for dessert. Had to ask someone to get our desserts and still took 25 minutes. Disgusting service.

The small amount of staff they have working are clearly doing their best and do not stop, but management needs to sort it out. Every time we come (which isn't often for obvious reasons) we are hopeful it may be different but it just seems to get worse. There are nowhere near enough staff, we had to ask 3 times for glasses for our drinks, food came quick enough and was nice but everything else was just a mess. We then had to ask repeatedly for our desserts, which we ended up asking for in takeaway boxes as we needed to get our kids home to bed. The pepsi ran out and despite being may times wasn't filled for a long while so we was unable to get through drinks we wanted. It's just chaotic and unfortunate we won't be giving pizza hut in Harlow another chance as nothing ever seems to improve.

Can't really comment on food as I didn't eat there. But party I was with enjoyed it apart from the bolognaise

Ordered online half cheese and half no cheese. Unable to fulfil that order and sent me a pizza with no cheese on the whole pizza When I called, Igot told it was my fault for ordering it like that as they are unable to do that. They offered to collect half the pizza with no cheese for an exchange for half a pizza with cheese which I thought was ridiculous . Rude on the phone when called

Unable to fulfil a custom order you can place online and then blame it on you for them being unable to fulfil it !

There was a problem with the order but after speaking to the store they re made it and a store member delivered it personally, the company should be proud of the employees involved, not only did they sort a problem out they went above and beyond .

Nothing against Pizza Hut restaurant our problem was the just eat delivery! He was over an hour late and showed up on a peddle bike carrying our pizzas in a bag for life hanging off he’s handle bars, recon he’s road past the skate park an done a couple of backflips not a single pizza was a circle anymore looked like Mike Tyson had smashed it around the ring for 12 rounds! Every item we had was ice cold so we ended up wasting most of it, just poor employment from just eat!

Apart from having to order via an app even when seated in the restaurant, we have a lovely meal. Staff friendly and helpful (especially when I couldn’t get my order through on the app). Food expected standard, atmosphere was as expected.

Writing this sat in the restaurant! Been sitting here for over 1 hour 30 mins and no one has bothered with an update about our food. Service is the worst I have ever seen. No one care or bothers to follow up. Worst experience ever Edited: tried to get hold of the manager and speak about it, staff are clueless and manager would not come out to even apologise. Has asked the staff to say that they won’t charge for the order but what about the poor experience. If I had not followed up I might be still sitting in the restaurant at closing without food !

Food was good, once we all had our food. Two out of three pizzas served together, the third then took ages to arrive and had to ask three members of staff to find out why. First waitress didn't seem to have much idea which pizzas were which either. Atmosphere typical pizza hut, was glad one particularly noisy group left shortly after we arrived.

Pizza arrived luke warm along with the onion rings but no plates... they did bake a new pizza which was warmer.. salad bar choice was weak and then they totally forgot puddings.. seemed surprised when we asked about them! Customer service was non existent! Didn't realise Pizza Hut has gone down hill so much... shame for the money it cost!

Food was only okay thing , service was barely even a relevant thing to rate as they hardly interacted with us unless when our food took over an hour or so and then brung us wrong items and so on. Ice cream stand was vile and not clean at all and ice cream was a weird colour and texture. Many staff too but only 2 of them actually doing anything other than standing behind the non working tills

£32 now for a large pizza, what is that all about. Staff were friendly enough but a little put off by the fact that you need to order via an app at the table. Not my thing as I believe that if you go into a restaurant, then you should have staff to take your order. Won't be going back anytime soon with those prices.

Clean and family friendly fast food. Good variety on the menu, caters specifically to children of different sizes (a small kids menu, a normal child's menu etc). Online ordering isn't the easiest to navigate but the food was good and quick and the staff friendly - can't really ask for more! Cashless restaurant

No my order wasn't collected because I wanted a delivery from my local branch in Debden like I've done many times before. The pizza in Harlow hasn't been collected at all and I've had to order directly after waiting over an hour for a delivery that was never coming in the first place. Please refund me or this is the last JE will see of me.

I wanted to bring to your attention an issue with my recent order. Unfortunately, the delivery driver dropped the pizza, resulting in it being squished. Additionally, mayonnaise was added to the pizza without asking for my preference. I do not like or use sauces, and I believe it would be helpful for the future if you could check with the customer before adding any condiments. Thank you for addressing these concerns.

Only had to wait 20mins for my takeaway, and it was really busy. The staff were really friendly and so helpful despite having 100 other things to attend to they dealt with it like true professionals👏 👌

pizzas didn't have enough tomatoe base or cheese on them. both Pizzas were well overcooked and burnt in places.garlic bread was overcooked.Asked for extra dips and instead we didn't get any.

Pizza Hut are supposed to know for there pizza I haven't been to one for many years but I felt like they have gone down hill £48 for pizza sides and dessert drinks extra I don’t mind, but we all expect value for service but cheese on a pizza and even Cheesy garlic bread expect to have on maybe it’s extra the toppings was decent and food was warm, salad cart was nice and stocked but a lot has changed in a few years wow

worst experience I have ever had using this app the driver went to wrong address, promised he would bring it to the correct address only to then put down that the order had been completed when in fact was not, it is no part the restaurants fault but the drivers. I would very much like for the driver to be held accountable for this as due to this I was left waiting with no information for over an hour.

Food was fine, very tasty, fresh and hot. The salad bar was regularly cleaned up during my visit, so whenever you went to top up your salad it was always clean as can be. The staff seemed nice enough but the wait time for the food was terrible. Ordered via QR code on table. Drinks came quick enough, but food took longer than expected. Ordered a dessert at the end and waited 20 minutes for a single item from desert menu. Lack of interaction with waitresses, they show you to your table and say "order from the qr code". That's it, no one came during our visit to see if we wanted anything. I think if this place sorted out their service a little bit it would greatly improve the experience of many visitors. I can see many reviews on here stating the same about the staff

New members of staff really lovely tried their best to help us and place our order! Asked manager for help eventually she was really helpful and offered us a complimentary drink whilst we waited great service shame wasn’t a bit busier :( was only one table in there very quiet for a Friday night hope it picks back up for u all xxx thanks for your great service and to your new members of staff xxx

Slowest service I’ve ever recieved in my life. Waited over an hour for pizza to come and a further hour for our desserts. Overall the food wasn’t good, pizza tastes chemically and the state of the salad bar was awful. Good job I don’t live in Harlow, I won’t be returning.

Went there on a Saturday night, and we was the only ones in the restaurant, it took 35 mins for my order, and it came out stone cold. I asked for my pizza to be well done, and it was far from it. He sent it back to the kitchen and came Out 10 mins later no different. I said I wanted a refund and we left the store. I really don't understand how they can get something so simple so terribly wrong.

I spend £11 on a cookie dough for it to be a plain milk chocolate one when I ordered rolo and it was cold tiny and late

The service was excellent as was the food: The table QR ordering system is a nightmare- thankfully the one only waiter was there and took our order. This idea is a computer arrogance of the highest degree. When I eat out, I expect to be waiting on not go through an horrific computer test An extremely bad idea. Worst of all you can only pay by card and absolutely outrageous Liberty, all companies, especially in the Restaurant business should take legal, tender, cash, absolutely disgraceful that you don’t, and I would never go there ever again

Good pizza, tasty and you know what you're getting with Pizza Hut. (However, and this is across the pizza world, the cost of a pizza seems to have increased dramatically over the past few years). The decor was good, it was tidy and appeared clean. Music was not overly loud that you could talk comfortably. Salad bar was well stocked and not a complete mess. Dessert was good too!

Sharing Double Pepperoni & Spicy Honey - Just without the spicy honey flavour then. Really sort your pizzas out guys this was just pepperoni & cheese only. Otherwise pretty good.

4 of us went here yesterday wasn't busy walked in waitress told us card only and fizzy drnk machine out of order shown to our table waited to long for order to be taken got up and walked out I bet if the card machine wasn't working they would have accepted my CASH which is still legal tender went to KFC no problems there

Front of house staff are very attentive and really helpful. However, it was the chef (Alex) I really wanted to leave this post for. I stopped using Pizza Hut around 4 years ago as the deep pan pizza had become thin, tasteless and anemic. Todays chef delivered a combination of well balanced ingredients to make the pizza, light, fluffy and mouthwateringly tasty. You have managed to reinvigorate my love of your company, looking forward to returning soon. Would highly recommend.

Food is freezing cold absolute joke will not be ordering again

Service consists of showing you to your seat and bringing you your food. Ordering is self-service via a QR code! Tables were left full of dirty plates/dishes/glasses after diners left while the server cleaned the serving hatch. Food was ok, but when we asked for a take-away box for leftovers, the server just carried on cleaning the hatch.

Loads had run out in the salad bar. Service was poor and slow. Made no effort to even sing happy birthday to my daughter despite me telling them it was her birthday when I booked. Really disappointing and a waste of money
