Lack of attention to order, had to chase for glasses to drink, ice-cream bowls, lack of choice for pizza

Food was good, once we all had our food. Two out of three pizzas served together, the third then took ages to arrive and had to ask three members of staff to find out why. First waitress didn't seem to have much idea which pizzas were which either. Atmosphere typical pizza hut, was glad one particularly noisy group left shortly after we arrived.

Ordered at the table by my iPhone for the first time. Quite easy

Food was only okay thing , service was barely even a relevant thing to rate as they hardly interacted with us unless when our food took over an hour or so and then brung us wrong items and so on. Ice cream stand was vile and not clean at all and ice cream was a weird colour and texture. Many staff too but only 2 of them actually doing anything other than standing behind the non working tills

Pizza arrived luke warm along with the onion rings but no plates... they did bake a new pizza which was warmer.. salad bar choice was weak and then they totally forgot puddings.. seemed surprised when we asked about them! Customer service was non existent! Didn't realise Pizza Hut has gone down hill so much... shame for the money it cost!

Pizza Hut used to be a fun dining experience with reasonable prices. Now feels soulless and overpriced.

Ordered. waited 40 mins. Asked where the food was. Oops I think we sent it out as a takeaway we will start again now. Poor

£32 now for a large pizza, what is that all about. Staff were friendly enough but a little put off by the fact that you need to order via an app at the table. Not my thing as I believe that if you go into a restaurant, then you should have staff to take your order. Won't be going back anytime soon with those prices.

Clean and family friendly fast food. Good variety on the menu, caters specifically to children of different sizes (a small kids menu, a normal child's menu etc). Online ordering isn't the easiest to navigate but the food was good and quick and the staff friendly - can't really ask for more! Cashless restaurant

Staff were really helpful and kept checking everything was okay.

No my order wasn't collected because I wanted a delivery from my local branch in Debden like I've done many times before. The pizza in Harlow hasn't been collected at all and I've had to order directly after waiting over an hour for a delivery that was never coming in the first place. Please refund me or this is the last JE will see of me.

Great food, free salad with takeaways for a limited time. Speedy service with a smile.

Only had to wait 20mins for my takeaway, and it was really busy. The staff were really friendly and so helpful despite having 100 other things to attend to they dealt with it like true professionals👏 👌

I wanted to bring to your attention an issue with my recent order. Unfortunately, the delivery driver dropped the pizza, resulting in it being squished. Additionally, mayonnaise was added to the pizza without asking for my preference. I do not like or use sauces, and I believe it would be helpful for the future if you could check with the customer before adding any condiments. Thank you for addressing these concerns.

Food was ordered at 13.14 on the receipt they didn’t have a driver and delivered cold food at 13.52

on delivery the food was cold, very very badly delivered and shockingly priced. when the food arrived there was no pizza left intact it was all over the place from the delivery and there was ice cream that had leaked out of it's box and on to the pizza. absolutely shocking and will never order from pizza hut again. if I could give less stars I would

pizzas didn't have enough tomatoe base or cheese on them. both Pizzas were well overcooked and burnt in places.garlic bread was overcooked.Asked for extra dips and instead we didn't get any.

Pizza Hut are supposed to know for there pizza I haven't been to one for many years but I felt like they have gone down hill £48 for pizza sides and dessert drinks extra I don’t mind, but we all expect value for service but cheese on a pizza and even Cheesy garlic bread expect to have on maybe it’s extra the toppings was decent and food was warm, salad cart was nice and stocked but a lot has changed in a few years wow

worst experience I have ever had using this app the driver went to wrong address, promised he would bring it to the correct address only to then put down that the order had been completed when in fact was not, it is no part the restaurants fault but the drivers. I would very much like for the driver to be held accountable for this as due to this I was left waiting with no information for over an hour.

Food was fine, very tasty, fresh and hot. The salad bar was regularly cleaned up during my visit, so whenever you went to top up your salad it was always clean as can be. The staff seemed nice enough but the wait time for the food was terrible. Ordered via QR code on table. Drinks came quick enough, but food took longer than expected. Ordered a dessert at the end and waited 20 minutes for a single item from desert menu. Lack of interaction with waitresses, they show you to your table and say "order from the qr code". That's it, no one came during our visit to see if we wanted anything. I think if this place sorted out their service a little bit it would greatly improve the experience of many visitors. I can see many reviews on here stating the same about the staff

New members of staff really lovely tried their best to help us and place our order! Asked manager for help eventually she was really helpful and offered us a complimentary drink whilst we waited great service shame wasn’t a bit busier :( was only one table in there very quiet for a Friday night hope it picks back up for u all xxx thanks for your great service and to your new members of staff xxx

Went there on a Saturday night, and we was the only ones in the restaurant, it took 35 mins for my order, and it came out stone cold. I asked for my pizza to be well done, and it was far from it. He sent it back to the kitchen and came Out 10 mins later no different. I said I wanted a refund and we left the store. I really don't understand how they can get something so simple so terribly wrong.

Slowest service I’ve ever recieved in my life. Waited over an hour for pizza to come and a further hour for our desserts. Overall the food wasn’t good, pizza tastes chemically and the state of the salad bar was awful. Good job I don’t live in Harlow, I won’t be returning.

I spend £11 on a cookie dough for it to be a plain milk chocolate one when I ordered rolo and it was cold tiny and late

The service was excellent as was the food: The table QR ordering system is a nightmare- thankfully the one only waiter was there and took our order. This idea is a computer arrogance of the highest degree. When I eat out, I expect to be waiting on not go through an horrific computer test An extremely bad idea. Worst of all you can only pay by card and absolutely outrageous Liberty, all companies, especially in the Restaurant business should take legal, tender, cash, absolutely disgraceful that you don’t, and I would never go there ever again

The chips were so undercooked, inedible.

The service is very slow, the restaurant section is disorganized, the salad section is in disgrace.

Good pizza, tasty and you know what you're getting with Pizza Hut. (However, and this is across the pizza world, the cost of a pizza seems to have increased dramatically over the past few years). The decor was good, it was tidy and appeared clean. Music was not overly loud that you could talk comfortably. Salad bar was well stocked and not a complete mess. Dessert was good too!

Sharing Double Pepperoni & Spicy Honey - Just without the spicy honey flavour then. Really sort your pizzas out guys this was just pepperoni & cheese only. Otherwise pretty good.

4 of us went here yesterday wasn't busy walked in waitress told us card only and fizzy drnk machine out of order shown to our table waited to long for order to be taken got up and walked out I bet if the card machine wasn't working they would have accepted my CASH which is still legal tender went to KFC no problems there

Slow service but you know that each Pizza is freshly made. Not a negative comment just a fact.

Front of house staff are very attentive and really helpful. However, it was the chef (Alex) I really wanted to leave this post for. I stopped using Pizza Hut around 4 years ago as the deep pan pizza had become thin, tasteless and anemic. Todays chef delivered a combination of well balanced ingredients to make the pizza, light, fluffy and mouthwateringly tasty. You have managed to reinvigorate my love of your company, looking forward to returning soon. Would highly recommend.

Food is freezing cold absolute joke will not be ordering again

Service consists of showing you to your seat and bringing you your food. Ordering is self-service via a QR code! Tables were left full of dirty plates/dishes/glasses after diners left while the server cleaned the serving hatch. Food was ok, but when we asked for a take-away box for leftovers, the server just carried on cleaning the hatch.

Loads had run out in the salad bar. Service was poor and slow. Made no effort to even sing happy birthday to my daughter despite me telling them it was her birthday when I booked. Really disappointing and a waste of money

There was hardly any salad bar. The pizza was cold in the middle of it. You can only pay buy card, which I'm lucky my friend had hers. There is no friendliness.

Never get acknowledged when walking in until we ask for assistance. Staff avoid eye contact even after waiting by the door for minutes at a time when the restaurant isn't busy. Staff are more concerned with cleaning up and going home than serving. Prices have shot up and portions have reduced, e.g. cookie dough. Music is way too loud. It definitely has potential so we do still visit, but have decided not to anymore. The new manager is always very friendly and has always been!

Overall this is a nice Pizza Hut restaurant. We stopped here for lunch on our way to the airport. We had the buffet, and although there was plenty available to eat, the variety of pizza could have been better. They had pepperoni, margarita, chicken and sweetcorn, and ham and pineapple. Don't get me wrong there were some of my favourites available, but they only seem to replenish these four types whilst we were here, and at other pizza hut buffets we have visited there is usually a bigger variety. The salad bar had a great variety and they had two types of pasta as I've seen at other pizza huts, which was perfect! Staff were constantly cleaning floors and tables, etc.

Sat there for ages waiting for our order to be taken while the staff chatted at the bar area, the place was practically empty. Left and spent our money elsewhere.

The food was lovely, music was surprisingly good and service was excellent, from Chloe R especially, but everyone else in general was great, checking up on us and making sure we had everything we needed!

Had to wait for over 2 hours for the desert.

So been here a few times but won’t be back, salad bar grotty and low on stock, pizza not great, service beyond shocking, despite only needing to be given bowls and a brownie (apparently that’s really difficult for the kitchen) for dessert we waited 55 minutes and I asked 4 times finally we were given two bowls as compensation for the inconvenience, way to go Pizza Hut great customer service there really going above and beyond. I feel your kitchen staff need some lessens in organisation as your foh staff said they asked you to prep the dessert but apparently the kitchen decide what they feel like doing 😳, also I would not have been paying for this meal but wait your cunning policy on pay up front by the QR code on the tables means I have and would probably be unlikely to get a refund, just got a final kick in the teeth the brownie that at 50 mins was coming in 2 mins eventually arrived 15 minutes later so that was in total wait between courses of 1 hour 5 minutes 🤣 so for 2 children to have a quick meal in total it was 2 hours, ridiculous in one word! Never again!

Not great at all. The 2 side orders didn't turn up, most of the drinks were unavailable and the service was poor despite the restaurant not being to busy

Wrong pizza was delivered although it was vegan it wasn’t the pizza that I ordered there was no mushrooms/ peppers or red onion and there was added meat substitutes which I didn’t order. The driver was also very rude, I live in a flat and he called me when he was outside and said you need to come out as I am not coming in. Very rude and disappointing

Well actually my food never even got to me. I sat up waiting for hours. Starving. And my food never came so yeah I’d like a full refund

Food was mediocre at best the staff were generally good and were working hard to keep the place tidy. Customers behaved like filthy animals in there staff were constantly having to clean the floors up but it was the walls that I found disgusting some of the walls were covered in what looked like food and drink that had been sprayed up them, I definitely won't be going back.

Manager is extremely rude, and does not let the staff refill the salad bar, after a certain time, as I was told by the server that the manager doesn’t let them put even salad dressing out. The food is appalling. This restaurant is really going down, as it’s a-shame as there isn’t any pizza restaurant close by any more.

The food is great for the price, easy accessible for the children to help themselves and also very fun. Everything was always being topped up and cooked fresh. Everything was very clean and kept tidy!

Upon arrival, we waited in line for ten mins, until a manager approached saying the wait would 30-40 minutes, which sounded okay due to how busy the restaurant was. We ordered at 7pm and ordered 3 sides ,2 bottomless drinks and a pizza. After 45 minutes ,we went to ask for our sides where they came out straight away. Whyy?? Were they waiting there for no reason? After finishing them, we were expecting our pizza to come very soon after. My partner went up to ask where they said they would check but didn't come back to tell us. Granted, the staff were lovely, but clearly, communication was lacking. Anyway After a whole HOUR AND A HALF of waiting! We got our pizza to go after missing both of our cinema times. Sides were great. Pizza tasted like someone accidentally dripped sauce on cardboard and the toppings felt like we were on war rations.

Worst pizza delivery I've had to be honest, I have to eat at a certain time and delivery was 30mins over latest time so i couldn't eat it and missed out on dinner and when it arrived it was cold with a pizza and some ice cream missing and a burnt cookie, no-one seemed to care when we called we waited forever then were cut off.

The boy working last evenings shift 12/07 was really kind and looked like he was working very hard comparing to the rest of the team. He deserves some recognition.
