Absolutely disgusting !!! Staff are so rude towards someone I know who has hearing impaired …. I won’t ever be ordering from here !!!

My nephew rang this pizza shop to make an oder, and he has a hearing impaired, and he ask what we wanted and he was talking but he couldn't understand what he said, so he said pardon? Then the staff put the phone down, so my nephew rang again, and he put the phone down! So I've phoned and I said can you put someone else on please, he went I don't know what you want to oder and go somewhere else! He was so rude and nasty!

Ordered deep pan pizza, got thin one, cold, after 1.5 h waiting.. called and texted, but got completely ignored.. never again

ordered pizza and it came half an hour late, waiter a total of an hour and 49 minutes. the pizza came cold, had to be microwaved and when i called to complain i was told “the mangers not here thank you” followed by silence.

Abysmal service, hardest place to order anything from. Never answer calls and charge for orders that end up declined for no apparent reason, then have to wait weeks for refunds. Won't be ordering from here again.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING FOOD AND DISGUSTING STAFF. FOOD RUINED WOULDN'T REPLACE NOT THAT I WANTED A REPLACEMENT AFTER SEEING SHOP ITS FILTHY EVEN CEILING FALLING DOWN DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE

Great service and friendly staff

we found hair cooked inside the pizza and hair around the side of the box, i called up asking for a refund, also offering video proof but the person on the phone stated “i dont know how to do refunds on card” this shows how this establishment is untrained and unhygienic. wont be ordering from here again! absolutely disguted, wasted a whole pizza and left my family hungry.

Ordered food took over an hour to come, food was stone cold and had ice still on it and was hair on the pizza, We then complained and said they will send another one, and took over an hour again. So unhappy and disappointed

I placed an order through the Uber app and the food arrived over an hour and half late. To make matters worse the half the order was missing. I wouldn't mind but it was stone cold. Disappointed as normally the food is good.

Best place for the massive sharing pizza... Regular order for me...

I placed a pre order for the adults at my daughters birthday a few days before the event and ordered 4, 20” pizzas! The pizzas were massive and everybody loved them & were asking where they were from! They turned up exactly when we had asked and the driver was lovely and friendly as was the person I made the order with! Everyone said they were better than other well known pizza places… !!!! Thanks so much! Xx

Disgusting service, ordered half and half pizza (kebab and munchies special), sent us plain base with cheese only…. Called them, they just laughed from us and said we ordered like that. NEVER EVER AGAIN… by the way promised us to bring a new one, but never received…

Avoid! Avoid! never ever didn't have the worst service. Delivered wrong pizza, promised to deliver the correct one but we got nothing!!

Ordered seafood pizza thin and crispy base Lots of cheese that swamped everything few bits of tuna and even less anchovy Base thick and soggy Threw most of it away

Munchies are thief's I ordered barbecued wings and they delivered supermarket wings they just heat them

Always use this place, great pizza friendly staff and this evening didn’t even realise they hadn’t delivered my bottle of fizz until someone knocked on the door with it having realised it was still at the shop, proper quality service that is!!!!
