Top notch shop, Great customer service 💯 and food is decent too, but it used to be one best shop where I used to eat all the time but they've changed the sauce for their buffalo ranch burger, still food has good taste.

Hard to fault this pub. It's not the coolest and it's not the most interesting, but it's exactly what you want if you're in Zone 1 and you want a chilled, cosy pint. Good mix of drinks, nice to see Hammerton on tap. Very friendly staff. Nice atmosphere, without being rammed. An island to swim for if you're adrift near Warren St. Solid pub.

Pub type bar upstairs buy downstairs stage n nice area. Good venue.

Visiting Cheltenham en-route home and stopped here for lunch. Our burgers were great and tasty and also onion rings and dirty fries very good. Good service

I was there early in the evening and was made very welcome by the excellent team. They are very customer-focused, friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend the Queen's Head and i hope to return, when i have the opportunity.

Chips were soggy the burger was cold and the bun was also soggy

Food was all wrong, the chicken was sour like it’s rotten drinks all wrong

Ordered a tuna and jacket potato. The jacket potatoe came without Tuna and barely any cheese. Will not be ordering here again.
