Martin's Burger House in Brighton and Hove

I like this place. I had a great veg burger with fries and a can of lemonade for £9.50. I much enjoyed this, and certainly cheaper than a lot of other nearby places doing similar

Thank you Martin’s Burger for serving food till very late so I can have something decent to eat after work! The hotdogs are fantastic! Delicious polish sausage in a very tasty baguette. It’s a must try!

Being Late wasn't a major problem.....I wasn't going anywhere. Burger was great and cold fries were easily salvaged by a few minutes in a flying pan.

The signatures burgers were just amazing , would be definitely a place to come back and recommend

Absolutely shocking food. The spicy wings are shocking. Definitely bought in frozen and fried to order! The burgers are also bland! This is not worth the money they are charging. Food came wrapped in foil as well and NOT secure packaging to prevent cross contamination!

Nice people, good prices ,amazing burgers and quick coming out . Also I get a unique burger made from blue cheese and satay everytime so i am grateful for this they mix and match this combo:)

The meat on the burger isn’t real meat. It’s a fake premade composite with weird consistency. I really wished it was better bc I love hamburgers. If the price was a little more for a better product I would have been happier.

Checking reviews 2 or 4 years later i am pretty sure, the owner improved everything a lot. As we visited this place for the first time today. Burgers tasted very very nice, chips excelent. So we are def happy customers. Updated: Our favourite deliveroo burger place since we tried it for first time.

Great on a sunny day and a bargain deal for a good vegetarian burger, fries and a beer. Loved the pineapple burger.

since switching from uber eats to just eats the food has been spot on, but our order tonight was terrible, the fries were burnt due to being kept warm whilst waiting for the courier , ther rest of the order was cold, everything was inedible

Kinda trash! The first bite was okay, but the more you eat the burger, the more you can taste the trash meat. Fries were good, other than the meat for the burger was good. They even had fancy nut topped bun. And the only employee I saw hid in the back to whole time. Maybe they were cooking? Idk, weird vibe and trash meat

A must try the blue cheese burger. I love their sauces, onion rings and burger buns specifically. They are usually open till late so that it is a great alternative for late night burger fans like me.

Sorry for arriving just before closing. Everything was lovely, as always! This place offers great quality produce, cooked well and for a reasonable price. The portions are generous, too, so you won't be leaving hungry! This place was a real find and I can't wait to go back again!

THE place to go if you are looking for a value for money burger meal. The burger was juicy and the bun was so fresh and tasty (unlike those terrible brioche buns that are being served everywhere nowadays).

Brilliant restaurant. Had a meal here today. All of us enjoyed it. It was really good. Good atmosphere. Quality food.

Fake bratwurst sausage terrible

Ring the bell if no one is around says the sign. Sadly, no bell in sight but it was not a problem as we were served after a few short minutes. There are only a couple of different things on the menu but if you go for a burger there are a number of ways you can have it: all the usual burger fixings are on offer plus a few you might not expect too. I had a double with blue cheese and fries and a pint (Staropramen) for £13.50 which set me up for the evening nicely. Good to see somewhere that recognises the pointlessness of oh-so-trendy brioche buns. Here you get a substantial seed-topped bun that holds together right up to the final bite. The skin-on chips were fabulous too. I'll be back for pre-gig grub on my next visit to Brighton too.

Probably one of the best fast food burgers ive had to date. Had the double cheese burger meal, was a step above what i expected. £10.00 with a can of fanta, lots of freshy cooked fries, a seeded bun, Great filling and good burgers. Highly recommended!!!

Had a brilliant meal here today! You can’t beat the price and the burger quality was amazing, no processed rubbish. Hard to comment on service as you go in and order, bring your drink out and they bring food out later. Had to go back in for sauces. This place has been far better than some other ‘premium’ burger places I’ve been to. The £12 deal is certainly one I’ll return for!

Sausages are so tasty! Food is always hot and on time

Whoever said the food is bad... what? The burger was great, a reasonable price for a fried egg on a burger. Good fresh toppings, a great fresh bun. Fries were like McDonald's, but they were crispier and not drowning in salt. The service was as good as you would expect, we said hello, I placed my order and he said 8 minutes. They said enjoy your meal, and that was it. Short but sweet.

Only good thing about this place is the price. The food is below average and I would never ever choose to eat here again unless it was the only place open after a night out of drinking. Overall id rate it a 5/10

LOVEEEEE these guys. I always get the double pineapple burger, and I have allergies so I get no sauces or cheeses, and they're always so careful. There has never been a messed up order, even when I've order a lot for my whole house (we're students and we eat a LOT). Even when I was suffering really bad anxiety and couldn't leave my house, I would just order from here most nights because it's cheap and SO delicious. They have even given extra tomatoes before when I asked on the deliveroo app, which was so kind:) Sometimes they draw a smiley face on the bag too, which feels more personal:) I love these guys so much, the staff are so lovely and honestly I wish more people knew about them (but also I want to keep them to myself because I'm selfish haha) anyway! great value for money, great food, speedy service, open late, fantastic staff, fantastic variety! if you're looking for good comfort, quick and cheap, but not something that tastes like cardboard fast food, PLEASE order from here :) they're so slay

Big portions and cheap. The quality unfortunately was lacking. Great for youngsters to have a cheap feed, but overall not a great place to go. Plus the toilet was cold, damp and without toilet roll.

Incroyable. On arrive à cinq pour manget un lundi soir. On est très bien accueillis. On est tous servi avec de gros burgers, on a du mal à en finir les frites. Le personnel est receptive alors qu'on est un lundi soir qu'il est seul et qu'on est cinq. Franchement, des burgers bien au-dessus de tout ce que j'ai mangé Londres en six mois.

Great place for a burger, the cheese sticks were yummy!

Burgers dégueulasses, secs et fades. En plus le pain est loin d’être frais il est clairement rassis, pas de sauces et une petite portion de frites immangeable. C’est pas terrible tout ça. J’ai mangé car j’avais faim mais j’ai pas apprécié. C’est honteux !

Sadly there was a delay in assigning a driver and the food im assuming was cooked at the time I placed the order so was stone cold by the time it arrived. Very tasty though

Probably the seediest joint I've been to, ever. The food was fine but, the place seriously needs an upgrade. Looks like it hasn't been decorated or smartened up for 10+ years. Come on guys, put some effort in.

After paying £10 for the bacon burger MENU, which comes with chips and a soft drink, when the driver finally arrived he brought only the burger and said he was given thr bag like that. Then I tried to call the restaurant twice, leaving 16 times the phone to ring there on each call and no one replied. I understand the food came late as it was a really cold night and everyone was having the same plan, and I don't think many drivers would be working. But the food arrived 1h and 30mins after I ordered, and the delivery was wrong. I want a refund of the delivery fee and the difference between the menu and the singe burger.

Great burgers! we had bacon blue cheese burger and it was phenomenal. Service wasn’t the best Cause it seem like they were ready to go but the burger was worth the visit. Such a cute litttle street to seat and have a burger.

When ordering for the first time I was a little hesitant. I have to say this was a really tasty meal and everyone in the party were fully satisfied. The burgers were delicious and the fries were done beautifully. Thank you to the staff at Martins. Another fully satisfied customer.

Couldn't fault the food, good burgers in a lovely seeded bap. Girl who served us, late on a Saturday tried to charge us, a lot more than she should have. I paid what was asked but after thinking about it and challenging her, she immediately gave us £10 in cash back, without any thought. It made me think that they're happy to fleece any slightly drunk individual, who might not be aware of their prices. Overall good food but be careful.

Frozen burgers - absolutely horrific experience. They must be writing their own reviews because thats the only way they can score this high. We came here based on the reviews(‘ best burger ive ever had’) and it was an awful experience. Absolutely tasteless burgers - veggie and beef and definitely heated up from frozen. Wasted £17 and the manager didnt even apologise. They served us the meal, including fries, in PLASTIC BAGS as they didnt inform us that they now only offer take away. And even then Ihavw never been served fries in plastic bag for take away. I could even swollow the bite as it was so bad , regardless of being absolutely starving. Will laugh at the experience soon but I hope at least 1 person will find another burger place to eat based on this.

I was looking for a burger place and came across this one on Tripadvisor and a few other local guides. As much as it honestly doesn’t strike by its decor (nothing for Instagram here), this place serves excellent burgers, the best I had in a while. Also kudos on the veggie options and the price.

Possible the best burger I've ever consumed and that is a bold statement to make as I travel the country and has experienced many burgers up and down the land. Fries were fries possibly only way to make these better would be with abit paprika. Garlic sauce, again, absolutely nailed it, perfect garlic sauce, not none of the minty stuff you see in alot of takeaways. Only wish I could rate higher, keep up the good work guys, best in Brighton by along shot.

Drink was in the bag so when I took the fries out the bag was wet and split and the chips went on the floor. They had a separate bag for the ice cream though
