Room was lovely and big and clean. Only problem was noise from traffic and the mattress was too firm for me.

The food and wine was amazing along with the cocktails on special offer. A great evening celebrating our daughter’s GCSE results. Special mention to Jemima, who took care of us throughout the evening and made sure we were never without an empty glass and had cutlery sauces etc to make our meal just perfect. Thanks Jemima x

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal! Half rack of ribs was so tender and tasty and the mini selection of deserts to share was the perfect end to the meal. Our lovely waitress Fran made our night extra special.

Waited 15 minutes before we got asked if we wanted a drink, than we ordered our food, the starter took half an hour to come out, than we had to wait at least another 40 mins for the main meal, it's just not the way forward, especially as it was my daughters birthday and my family were there to celebrate, it totally ruined the night. We would have loved a few more drinks and even a dessert but was to tired of waiting. We love Miller & Carter but i won't be going back to the Brighton Restaurant again. Very poor

I love the place as my partner take me here for my birthday I like the service of the waitress who assisted us and admitted that she is new and she did the best that she could and her name is Fran she is friendly, nice, kind and has a positive vibes in her face.

We had a lovely time being served by Fran :-) She was so sweet and chatty and the food was amazing!

Kim went above and beyond for us at our meal! She was super kind, helpful and polite to our family. She has a really gentle manner and made us feel very welcome. This was particularly important as I am a coeliac and she made me feel reassured that my food would be gluten free.

What an outstanding venue. We were served by Kim and her service was 6*. Nothing was too much trouble and she even sorted a birthday plate for my 8 year old son, and treated us all so so well. The food was superb and the 3 course Prix fixe lunch has a wide range of options.

Fran was very friendly and explained that she was training when trying to find items to submit our order. She was accommodating to our daughter being shy and not wanting to say out loud her order. Puddings took a while to come out, but otherwise a good meal and good service. Thank you

Convenient for reaching Brighton with convenient parking and good breakfast. The bathroom is very strange as it is buried in the room which is also a bit cramped

Lovely meal with my family, Kim was a lovely waitress! However since I made my original review I have received a parking ticket for not registering my car with the pub for parking in the car park. It may have been helpful if staff reminded customers to register your car when entering the building. So as a warning to fellow customers, don’t forget to register your car when parking in the Miller and Carter car park, otherwise you may receive a £100 parking fine! Unfortunately for me a lovely experience has now been spoilt by a bad! Therefore now having to change my 5 stars to 2!

My wife and I arrived at the Miller and Carter and were met by Kim. She was welcoming and friendly and she was our server. She was a delight, so much so that we are rebooking a lunch in a few weeks times.

Went there this week with my family, had a lovely experience from start to finish. Our server Josh was amazing and he did everything we could’ve asked for.

Fran was lovely and worked hard to make us all feel welcomed and cared for. She did so well and spoke through everything which I appreciated hugely. Bathrooms were battered and unclean.
