Room is definitely not worth the money . Food was really really good though from the restaurant but the hotel is run down

There could have been a little soundproofing (maybe a thicker door) between the bathroom and the bedroom. But the room was comfortable, spacious enough, and clean. The staff were lovely and the service was excellent. Check in/out were quick and simple, good parking and obviously good food. Bus connections are also fantastic, so no worries if you want to have a drink and be out late.

From the minute we walked in we were greeted by the manager Joe he was welcoming and friendly. We were seated straight away service was excellent….the food was delicious and nothing was too much trouble! This was our first time we had such a great experience we will be back! Joe also made sure everyone in the restaurant was looked after and took time with everyone despite being a busy Friday night.

Olivia was the best server! Everything was delicious and clean.

Shame about this place, it used to e the life and soul of Patcham. Not a single person there and couldn't get served and so left.

My sister had a wonderful meal, despite the busy crowds, with a specially prepared Birthday desert. Moreover, Kim and the manager? were very accommodating in our numerous meal changes and seating arrangements. Did not visit rooms.
