Our server was Linda, she was nice, bright, charismatic, and super helpful taking our orders. She made sure to ask for allergies and food preferences and was really nice. Definitely coming again. Amazing.

We had a lovely family meal at Miller & Carter Brighton to celebrate my nephew’s birthday, and it couldn’t have gone better. The food was delicious as always, but what really stood out was the fantastic service from our server, Ellie. She was warm, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the evening. She even made a special effort to make my nephew feel celebrated, which really added a personal touch to the occasion. Thanks to Ellie and the team for making it such a memorable night – we’ll definitely be back!

She had a warm personality and great timing, checking in just the right amount without being intrusive. Her recommendations were spot on, and she really made us feel welcome. Exceptional service.

Our steak expert Charlotte was very helpful and we had all our steaks cooked to her recommendation. Food was delicious and the steaks spot on. Will go back again to try a different steak platter.

I came here for the 1st time for lunch with my mum & sister who had already dined here previously. From the minute we were shown to our table the service from Kim was excellent. A softly spoken, friendly lady who knew all the answers to any questions. The food came out better than I expected, really well presented & cooked to perfection by the Chef Lily. A great restaurant with great staff. I will definitely be returning soon.
