Mi esposa y yo estuvimos aquí (que ahora se denomina hickerys Roadhouse y grill) en el camino a scarbourgh. Nos dio la bienvenida y nos sentamos y nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos el menú es variado aunque un poco elevado. La comida era estupendo, aunque la única queja que tuvimos fue mi esposa tuvo el bistec y costillas y quería el bistec cocinado medio estaba bien hecho cuando preguntamos qué cambiar enseguida

Went in November And there was no heating on!! Ridiculous. Didn't hang about and won't go back till they put it on

¡Absolutamente terrible! Pedí un Strawberry Acai, la señora que me sirvió era miserable y básicamente dijo '¿qué quieres?'. la señora que lo hace simplemente lo golpeó hacia abajo sin decir nada, de nuevo realmente miserable, la bebida era terrible que era básicamente agua con un par de fresas! ¡Cargando casi cinco centavos! ¡Completa broma!

When first open, the owners were spending more time and the food and service was best in Business... since last year new staff has come, food is just slap dash and who talk and treat customer in a very rude manner.. take it or leave attitude with a scary and threatening tone of voice (I hate it when the one with the beard at the front throws the food at you when picking up the takeaway).. I think the owners need to come back in and take control of Mr Joes Blackburn.

The person who served me gave fake coin as changes. I didn't realize until I had to use the coin and it was Turkish coin. And when returned back the person lied about it was suppsoed to be 2 pounds. Scammer. She didn't even gave receipt of payment.

April 18 11 am called in for a coffee usually the service is good but not today not only the staff served other people before me but continued gossiping too eachother before realising my order has not even been put in how rude shall I go back? Not unless these perticuler staff members book themselves in to a customer service course promptly. Dissatisfied customer. James Freeman West Midlands

Unbelievable. They forgot to put in fries x 2 for the 2 meals. Bizarrely the girl at the drive thru collection counter even asked whether I wanted any dips for the fries 🍟. I was not going to drive back for them, and nobody was picking up the phone. The fillet o fish looked and tasted of old fish. Rather than the lovely white fish that was before, these ones were some nasty looking brown/grey fish. Put me off for life.

Took the money but our order didn’t arrive, tried to contact and all phone numbers were not recognised and can’t get hold of them for a refund, will not be returning

Coffee was grim. Straight into the bin on the prom. Cappuccino-they sprinkled chocolate powder in first which overwhelmed any coffee flavour that might have been. We were a walk away by the time we opened the lid or would have taken it back.

We visit a few times a month and everytime we have been no matter the time of day they never have any meatballs. In the whole of last month we have been they have not had them once!!! Staff aren't the friendliest either.

I ordered a sandwich platter just the day before a 50th Celebration at Royal Preston Hospital the staff so helpful when ordering and collecting the platter I have always used Greggs as I just never thought of Subway but will never go to Greggs again went Tues to order 3 platters for Thursday and the said it wasn’t long enough at least 2 days before so I will always use Subway now good price beautiful food and fantastic staff thank you

First time visited the new BK at Telford town centre, what an absolute joke. First which genius designed the layout??! So we parked In designated carpark but in order to walk to the entrance you have to walk through the kitchen extractor fumes. So instead of a nice meal with the family we all smell like burnt burger even before walking in. (Do they know they can point the extractor upwards??!) So to enhance our experience our 3 whopper and bacon burger came without bacon on it and still took 15 minutes. To finish us off the kids felt sick after walking through the kitchen extractor smoke on the way back to the. In short we won't be back and very disappointed in Burger King.

Nice food but the service wasn't great due to them messing up my order and I didn't get my order until 45 minutes after ordering when every one at my table got their food very quickly.

We made a reservation for three at 6o clock on 16th July but at 1 minute past 6 when we where almost there due to traffic we got a email saying reservation cancelled no explanation given , we where then left to find somewhere else to eat, disgusting way to run a business

I use this place regularly and never had cause for complaint. However today all 3 pieces of chicken were dry and chewy (3 breast pieces as well, normally a mix) and the chips luke warm. At least the drink was ok. I will come back for one more try but if it is the same again I shall take my business to Subway next door.
