KFC - Junction 11 M20 in Shepway

I use this place regularly and never had cause for complaint. However today all 3 pieces of chicken were dry and chewy (3 breast pieces as well, normally a mix) and the chips luke warm. At least the drink was ok. I will come back for one more try but if it is the same again I shall take my business to Subway next door.

Best kfc I've had in about 5 years, service was quick and the food lovely and hot, taste like it use to years ago. Defo be using stop 28 kfc again well worth the visit

After long delays on the Eurotunnel crossing back to the U.K. we were in need of something to fill us up for the remaining four hours of the journey. Food was hot, service was quick and the order was correct. Seating was an issue as both a result of social distancing, but also lone diners choosing to occupy tables of four instead of single tables meaning my family had to eat outside.

I went to KFC with my partner ordered banquet meal and half of it was missing was very disappointing waste of money as by rights I should have all the items it says and I paid for for everyone's information I suggest that you check ur meals before leaving

Popped In for a bite to eat on way home, service was great very polite and efficient. Food arrived very quickly freshly cooked and piping hot. Tasted great as always.

Just what was needed on the way home. Service very quick, staff friendly to the kids, tables all clean. KFC tastic

On route to family get together yesterday and popped into this restaurant ? We were so looking forward to a naughty treat as fast food tastes so good but so bad. Firstly we had a long wait while my wife's order was replaced, she wanted a chicken wrap and was served a chicken burrito , not a good start especially as we saw the said burrito go back up onto the shelf for sale again. My chicken mighty bucket ? for one seemed a little on the light side, with two very small pieces of chicken served to me in a bag and I said we were eating in , no plate! No sauce , no salt, ...the chicken was dripping in oil , not crispy ... We wont be eating here again that's for sure.

I have been there several times, Sunday is not day to go there because of bad service. HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE TOO MUCH, none you can see when you sit. the food also not nice on sundays but other days is everythinbg is good

We queued with14 people in front of us about 10pm after a very long trip from Italy. When it was our turn to be served there was almost no food (if that's what they call it) left other than popcorn which looks like highly processed kids food. I asked for the manager someone called Devi. He could barely speak English, and when I complained he turned away and ignored me. One of his staff starting speaking for him saying they should be closed??? The tables were greasy and littered with rubbish. No one cared about the customer. The whole place is an embarrassment - is this really a visitor to England's first experience of our motorway services? Kent County Council should close it down.

I'm local and do give it a chance , however they Always gets the orders wrong, always get cold chips and very greasy chicken, I live off junction 11 but now travel elsewhere at least 10 extra miles for decent kfc
