Ordered in person, was great food!! Portion sizes were spot on for me! I don’t understand the slander people are giving to them in the reviews I’d say they are a great small business and it would be about the same as you would get a meal at kfc except fresher and tastier 😌 will be back again with a tip

Para empezar hay un olor horrible en el interior. Visitamos la sucursal de Leicester Square. Las mesas claramente no están limpias y la nuestra estaba pegajosa. La comida estaba por debajo de la media. Los palitos de mozzarella en realidad eran bastante agradables, pero la hamburguesa de pollo fue una decepción, al igual que las patatas fritas con queso. Lo peor de todos los baños fue una desgracia absoluta. La salsa está sucia, los cubículos no se cierran correctamente, el jabón barato de Tesco y los portarrollos estaban rotos. ¡No malgastes tu dinero o tiempo aquí!

The restaurant should never have been open, no heating. There was one potable gas heater which wasn't making any difference. The food was good but I have never been to a restaurant and had to keep my coat on. We weren't even offered anything off our bill. Won't be back.

Over half of the other tables gave up waiting for their food whilst we were there. We waited over an hour for our lunch (4 burgers), when the food eventually turned up it was wrong (salad instead of a burger in one case). Complete lack of apologies or updates from waiting staff. Pretty shocking.

Ordered a wrap and beer at the bar and was charged £14.50, turns out I was charged for 2 beers. Lady at the bar called over the manager who said he was giving me a refund. No refund was received and not only that - my food never turned up! After everyone else in the party received their food, we alerted the waitress and was told that I never ordered the food, even though I had proof on my phone of the purchase and I had a beer in my hand. Both waitress and manager were extremely rude and I was told I could not have my money back for the food or drink as it was not registered on their system. An absolute scam and will never return. Do not go here.

Customer service was on point wish i could name the server, was a tall slim girl, very knowledgeable . Ice cream and desserts were amazing and cheap and even got sung happy birthday and given a free 🎂 . Will be back. Keep it up

I was staying at the nearby Premier Inn when I ordered food from here via the McDonald’s app for collection. As I wasn’t in a vehicle and the place was shut for walk inns it took an age to collect my food as they said they would only bring it to the click and collect bay if I was in a vehicle. Madness. Finally agreed to place my order on an outside table which they had to walk past to get to the click and collect bays. Shouldn’t have bothered. Food was awful and cold.

I visited Bar Sport over the weekend to watch the football. The menu looked tempting so we decided to order some food and were very impressed with the quality of the food and the service received, particularly considering how crowded it was. Compliments to the chef!

Not much food in stock, went with the chicken and it was undercooked and now have food poisoning. The mash potato was so dry and beans was over powered with bbq Sauce. Wish I now looked at reviews before going as this looks like a common thing.

The food was great, very tasty and fresh. However, we waited almost an hour for it to come. When we asked for the bill, we were told with a sigh, that's great we're waiting for your table! Believe me, we didn't take long to eat as we were hungry from the wait. Unnecessary really. The draught lager was flat with no bottle options. A vodka and mixer was served with no ice. I would recommend the food, but maybe don't go on a Friday or Saturday night as you'll feel more of a nuisance and be rushed.

This is a very basic Burger King with the counter, self-service screens, and a few tables and chairs. I've not been for a while and I was delighted to see that other than the screens not a lot has changed. It was spotlessly clean, and the staff were warm and welcoming, as always. The food was perfect; hot, well-cooked, and plenty of it. What more could you want? This is my go-to Burger King, despite having one that is only a couple of miles from home, and it's well-worth the travel. Happy to recommend.
