A lo largo de los 17 minutos, no se lavó las manos ni una sola vez, a pesar de manipular varias superficies, cerrar menús, hacer batidos de otros clientes y usar la máquina de helados. Fue bastante antihigiénico y preocupante presenciarlo. Lo que más me impactó fue cuando tocó mi crepé con sus propias manos, a pesar de no lavarlas en ningún momento. Cuando le pregunté quién era el gerente, respondió: “Soy yo”, con actitud. Luego le pregunté si usaban guantes al preparar los postres, y él simplemente respondió: “Nos lavamos las manos regularmente”, a pesar de que acababa de verlo pasar 17 minutos sin hacerlo. En general, fue una experiencia muy decepcionante e insalubre. La higiene debe ser una prioridad, especialmente cuando se manipulan alimentos. No voy a volver.

This spot will fire up your taste buds. To start of with try the cookie dough that can get realy good but dont forget to blow on this fine dish. I would love to come again

Refused to take Scottish notes and very unfriendly staff especially the over weight guy that served us at the tills. Won't be coming in here again.

The full breakfast came out with the bacon cold, as were the fried eggs which were also hard. The butter in its packaging had obviously been left on the plate under the heat lamps and had liquified. My wife's crushed avacado and egg came out about 10 minutes later, just as I was finishing my breakfast. The eggs were again cold and hard. She took it back and as we didnt want to wait for it to be recooked, we got a refund for hers and left. Very disapointing and wont go back!

We just called in to check it out. An awesome addition to teesside park. Food is lovely and the desert counter WOW!! A box of 12 donuts to take back for the kids ♥️

Ordered a wrap and beer at the bar and was charged £14.50, turns out I was charged for 2 beers. Lady at the bar called over the manager who said he was giving me a refund. No refund was received and not only that - my food never turned up! After everyone else in the party received their food, we alerted the waitress and was told that I never ordered the food, even though I had proof on my phone of the purchase and I had a beer in my hand. Both waitress and manager were extremely rude and I was told I could not have my money back for the food or drink as it was not registered on their system. An absolute scam and will never return. Do not go here.

Customer service was on point wish i could name the server, was a tall slim girl, very knowledgeable . Ice cream and desserts were amazing and cheap and even got sung happy birthday and given a free 🎂 . Will be back. Keep it up

I was staying at the nearby Premier Inn when I ordered food from here via the McDonald’s app for collection. As I wasn’t in a vehicle and the place was shut for walk inns it took an age to collect my food as they said they would only bring it to the click and collect bay if I was in a vehicle. Madness. Finally agreed to place my order on an outside table which they had to walk past to get to the click and collect bays. Shouldn’t have bothered. Food was awful and cold.

I visited Bar Sport over the weekend to watch the football. The menu looked tempting so we decided to order some food and were very impressed with the quality of the food and the service received, particularly considering how crowded it was. Compliments to the chef!

Visited with a friend and was disappointed as the chips were soggy and my bread on my fillet burger was stale, couldn’t say if this was normal for this branch as i was on holiday and first time i’d visited. I’ve been in a lot better KFC’s up in Yorkshire.

Not much food in stock, went with the chicken and it was undercooked and now have food poisoning. The mash potato was so dry and beans was over powered with bbq Sauce. Wish I now looked at reviews before going as this looks like a common thing.

This is a very basic Burger King with the counter, self-service screens, and a few tables and chairs. I've not been for a while and I was delighted to see that other than the screens not a lot has changed. It was spotlessly clean, and the staff were warm and welcoming, as always. The food was perfect; hot, well-cooked, and plenty of it. What more could you want? This is my go-to Burger King, despite having one that is only a couple of miles from home, and it's well-worth the travel. Happy to recommend.

Visited this morning with my family. They have a family deal for 2 adults and 2 children £30 which is brilliant. It was a lovely treat. Staff are so friendly, welcoming and the service is super quick. 5 empty plates after and the kids can't wait to return. Thank You.

Amazing , I ordered the maple pancakes , my daughter had the all day breakfast and Childs pancakes for my granddaughter , iced coffee What can I say the best breakfast that I have had for a long time The pancakes were so light and fluffy tasted amazing. The breakfast was very tasty and the poached eggs cooked to perfection The child’s pancakes were lovely
