The Pancake House At Ribby Hall Village in Fylde

Was at the zoo nearby on a hot day so can't here for something cold! I got an iced latte which was good, and my wife had the Biscoff sundae which was also very nice. Friendly service, plenty of tables and would happily come back again for crepes next time we're in the area.

Not very impressed with the atmosphere, cleanliness or prices. Luckily only visiting and not staying in the village on holiday. Another pay before you eat establishment and if using a card for payment a tip is expected 5%, 10% or greater, I think not!

Served by Damian who gave friendly and warm service. Food arrived quickly and tasted great. Damian ensured my gluten allergy was adequately catered for (first picture) 10/10☺️

Excellent customer sevice and the pancakes are yummy! Came here with my mum on the morning of her 70th birthday which had not gone to plan due to a family medical emergency. However the Pancake Hut really helped to make my mums day special. We were served by Elsbeth who was very welcoming, understanding and friendly. She really couldn't do enough to put a smile on my mum's face...Even adding a candle to her pancake. She brightened up the morning. Although they were extremely busy, the service was quick, the pancakes were delicious and the whole experience was worth every penny. No complaints here. Would definitely recommend!!

Visited this week, food was good. Price felt a little high for what we got, especially on the desserts. When we arrived, a young girl came to the table and just threw the menus on the table without saying hello (or anything!) and then just walked off. Luckily we knew we could order through the app.

Dropped one mark due to being a little overpriced. The ordering and service was super easy and quick. Very friendly approachable and helpful staff.

Terrible experience today the manager is rude. Ordered via the App it said the chicken and mushroom pancakes were out of stock and to choose something else. We had ordered 2 so we chose 2 hunters chicken and put the order through. When the order arrived there was one chicken and mushroom arrived as well as 2 hunters chicken. My daughter in law picked that over the hunters but they charged us for the hunters as well. I explained there was a problem when we ordered as it told us there was No chicken and mushroom so we ordered 2 hunters. They would not refund the extra pancake despite it being a problem with their app. The place was dead in the school holidays hardly surprising when the manager puts profit over customer service. We go there every birthday at least 8 times a year and spend around £80-£100. Today was my birthday it was ruined by this experience. We will never go back again.

Food was wonderful The service was superb especially Claire, she is absolutely brilliant & so nice. Worth every penny, loved it.

We ordered Waffles and ice cream when I had the first taste I could taste something is out off place. On further inspection I found out that they do not make their waffles in-house. They bought in and are heated up in the microwave as it was very chewy. When I asked the waitress she confirmed what I expected. At no time was I asked if they could replace it with something else or refund my money back, they just took it away and that was that. £11.50 I just lost and left feeling as if I have been disrespected and as if I was in the wrong.

The staff here are brilliant. Our 5year old grand daughter is coeliac and wary of eating out. The chef let her into the kitchen so she could see her crepe being made and reassured her. Other staff were really helpful and understanding too. It made such a difference to her experience and she really enjoyed it.

This is the second time we have been here but the only difference this time was you had to scan the code and order on line. I understand why the do it, but it was a pain. By the time you ordered on line and paid you could have been served by a member of staff. I would be no good for people who are not very tec savvy or do not have an up todate mobile. The food is still excellant especially the fruity pancakes and the full English breakfast

Food was ok so gave the extra star for that reason for being just ok. Negatives….staff are terrible, prices are high and I really would of expected quality sauce with the prices being so high but just use cheap ingredients. I wouldn’t return here unless the kids really begged me and I don’t expect they would.

We visited on a Saturday for Brunch. We were seated in a booth, but then asked to move to a table as the booth was reserved for a children’s party. The waitress realised the table was too small for five of us and moved us to another booth. She was very helpful and ensured all our meals were as we’d ordered and our drinks had arrived. We thought it a bit expensive for pancakes, but it was nice for a treat.

We came here (4 adults and a 4 year old) on the last day of our trip to Ribby Hall and we were most disappointed. After all looking forward to our last breakfast before heading home we stood for around 5 minutes at the door to be seated even though the place wasn't full. When we did sit down we sat and we sat and we sat and no staff came near us, 5/10/15 minutes and noone to take our order. An angry 4 year old was getting impatient and we walked out. Will not be back.

Visited for brunch, beautiful food. A little pricey but I dont mind when it's something a little special. Lots of choice and good choices for vegetarian too. Staff were friendly and quick to serve us. We will return

We arrived and the waitress we had was a nice girl , the staff were typically friendly all together, it did take us a while too get served and get our order through , once they put our cutlery on the table I realised that it hadn’t been washed very well and still had food from the last customers which put us off , we ended up getting it cleaned and asked for new cutlery, the food was good but not worth the price they’re set at , it was kinda hard and also maybe a bit undercooked as well
