All fine this morning food hot and delicious drinks fine,prices same as usual others.menu ok service good and i will return

Stale donuts !! Shocking called into the restaurant on my way home to North Yorkshire for a box of 12 donuts as my Father in law loves donuts. Got them back and these were well past there sale by date. Dry and actually to the point of literally no softness left in them. I know Tim Hortons donuts are good for a couple of days after purchase. I reckon these were at least a week old. Completely disgusting and at nearly 15 quid a box these should be fresh. Shame on you Tim Hortons. I won't be going back anywhere near this branch again shocking.

Sometimes come here before work for a quick meal and all ok food nice and prices not bad service hit n miss especially drive thru but generally ok breakfast meal deal bit of a con by adding 50p for a hot drink but i prefer these to M chain ad not as greasy ,will return in new year

The food was terrible. Cold fries and burgers that are on par with a festival burger van. We will not be going back.

I have never used a Tim Hortons before and based on this won't do so again. I went through the drive through, the menu is pretty hard to make out and it wasn't clear that coffee was extra in the meal "deal", the staff member was also barely audible and appeared to completely uninterested. The dip was missing and the meal, at over £8 was to be frank overpriced , sloppy rubbish. The lattice fries were ok at a pinch. I have no idea if this is typical of the chain, if it isn't then the company need to get a grip of this place as I certainly won't be visiting any other restaurants in the chain thanks to this poor example. Avoid.
