Came here with my young son and partner for food as I’ve been previously and always been good. However was not the case this time, all 3 of us having food poisoning , sickness,and my young son having diarrhoea as well .Chicken was burnt, looked like it had been fried, left to sit and re fried. Seems to have gone downhill which is a shame. Hopefully they go back to how it used to be. However don’t think I would go back… service was okay until taking plates away and I was told “I should feel guilty” for not eating my meal , had one bite of the chicken and have fallen really ill so quite glad i didn’t eat it to be honest.

"Escape to the 1920s" for a "premium drinking experience" encourages the website. The photos depict a cosy, sophisticated location. So we were excited for our visited. On arrival, a gigantic TV screen was blasting the rugby match to the extent that it was difficult to hold a conversation. This wasn't mentioned when I booked. So not 1920s, not immersive, not cosy, not relaxed, not transported to a time gone by. Just generally not the atmosphere that is advertised.

Large car park on arrival for a town,spacious garden area friendly staff , Clean restaurant area ( even some children’s toys) . Large clean organised toilets, Good choice on the menu ( vegetarian and vegan). Service was good and knowledgeable waiting staff, Food was as menu worth the waiting, All food and drinks are good value,

I had the misfortune of attending the restaurant with my parents as it was my fathers birthday, They had travel 1 hour to get there as they had previously enjoyed their experiences there. I drove three hours to join them in what was meant to be an enjoyable experience that my father was greatly looking forward too. My parents ordered a mac and cheese which was lacklustre and not close to as good as it used to be, while maintaining the same price. I ordered a veggie bean burger and a side of onion rings. The onion rings were under cooked and soggy, one of them had been made using the skin of the onion instead of the flesh rendering it inedible- something which a member of staff described as "eww". However the horrors continued as for some inexplicable reason the Vegetarian burger I ordered (due to be a vegetarian) was substituted with a bacon cheese burger which contains two types of animal. A significantly higher number of animals I had ordered to eat. This was returned and further disappointment was served in the form of a tepid bean burger served on a cold bun. The bean burger deserve special recognition for being by far the worst burger I have ever been served. The burger was in fact disgusting and inedible with an unfathomably high price tag for the quality. The burger was removed from the bill and a discount was added to the bill. However this does not make up for the disappointment and the frustration caused to all of us. Especially to my father who was excited to go to one of his favourite places to eat on his birthday. When I emailed a complaint to the manger they didn't even reply.

Visited with our family on the 9th May for breakfast as we were in the area. Lovely waitress, very attentive and just really polite. Food was amazing - we were all equally shocked by the quality and how quick it was. Thank you!

fantastic food in this place lovely skotch burgers and fish and chips best ever highly reccomend to anyone this is without doubt the best fish and chip shop in the area or hard to believe anywhere better than this place

Rosins Restaurant würde hier eine gute Folge abgeben. Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall amüsiert. Inzwischen ist neben 150£+ für ein Kobe Steak auch Pizza für 12,95£ im Angebot. Noch Fragen? Leider war diese nicht durch, und kaum runter zu bekommen. Der bestellte Salat wurde vergessen. Zum Glück haben wir noch Kekse und Joghurt im Hotelzimmer um die Ecke.

Fuimos muy emocionados a probar el helado. Vimos el helado de chocolate de Dubai y mi amiga me preguntó si podía probar una cucharada. El servidor le suspiró y volvió los ojos y le dio una cucharada para intentarlo sin decir nada. Entonces pregunté. Entonces estábamos trabajando si tenía nueces o no, así que le pregunté al servidor “¿es una nuez” a lo que ella respondió “bueno, no sé, inténtalo” - decirle esto a alguien que potencialmente tiene alergia a las nueces es severamente desdeñoso, grosero, arrogante y potencialmente mortal. No vamos a volver.

Honestamente, una de las mejores salidas como familia numerosa que no hemos tenido nada fue demasiado problema para los miembros del personal, todo y todo el mundo fue atendido con ninguna decepción, normalmente para un grupo tan grande como horas hay alguna forma de mosap o comida, pero estos chicos absolutamente lo rompieron sin una reserva previa, muy bien hecho a Simon y su equipo.
